These experts were engaged years ago but were not listed on the Deense's witness list.

Atty McGuinness says they should be precluded. Or the experts need to produce reports and the State needs time, will need a continuance.

The defense doesn't need experts to prepare reports. Reports are very expensive.....

Anybody can find an expert to testify to anything. All the jury has to do is watch Michelle's interviews and watch the way she bobs and weaves. Lying is not a new thing for her.

Regarding JS' memory expert - the pre eminent memory expert, CORRECT?

The mostly under 50 jury I am sure will take that all with a couple of grains of salt and a tequila chaser
