IMO, even if suicide letter came in, it still only says MT had nothing to do with JF disappearance. Nothing about conspiring or obstructing the investigation. It strikes me JS is so far afield from everyone else’s mindset.

Judge will allow a death certificate to show he's unavailable. But the date, time, manner is not coming in.

Judge says it doesn't include admission so the trustworthiness is questionable.

Judge sees it as an effort -- no admission, didn't intend to go to prison. Fails trustworthiness.

Circumstances surrounding the death, also precluded.

Suicide note is hearsay if it’s offered for the truth of matter asserted - and it’s being offered to prove the truth that MT is innocent. Nope. Not coming in. Suicide notes in general are tainted with self serving statements and are not trustworthy by their nature. I think JS is just clogging up the record with speaking objections for the appeal.

Weeks

If she had that hair spot pre-booked, a few weeks back, she HAD to go w smiling face no matter what. Cancellation would look suspicious.
Makes me wonder if this was a day she & Nicole needed to be gone for 6 hours-what did they have planned?

Would like to add, if there was no involvement, it would have been 100% expected to tell hairdresser (to help (with a flyer ?), help my husbands kids find their mom. MT would have relished being center of attention and viewed as healthy caring person.

Fact she said nothing shows she didn’t care, zero interest and was involved.
