But, more lies as MT said in interview 2 iirc that everything from the report she knew she knew from FOTIS! But this couldn’t be true as she wrote up 67 questions for the visit to the psychologist to talk about her being unsafe due to JF! MT must have a really good memory!

For those interested in some history on my earlier above post about Atty Jon Schoenhorns ongoing behaviour in the pre trial period and some history as well on the discredited Family Court report, here is a Marisa Alter Channel 12 report about a hearing on the issue. NOTE the the State makes a very clear statement about how Atty Jon Schoenhorn is releasing case evidence to the public in his motions (as Atty Pattis did with FD during the gag period) and Judge does nothing. This is but one example of the long and brutal pretrial period as I believe Schoenhorn had over 70 pretrial motions. Judge in this hearing had a choice to request exhibits be sealed or issue a gag order and so far as I can tell did neither. I am not 100% sure that the video used by Marisa in this posting was public either as previously Schoenhorn has also leaked Zoom footage that I don't believe was public.

Take a listen and make your own decision about what is going on and whether anything has changed once the Defence team entered the Courtroom?

Yes, Schoenhorn said in his long winding road ramble rant that MT was not interviewed. But, the ramble was so long and so winding that I might have dozed off and so not remembered correctly.

For those interested in a bit of info about FD estate at the time of his death here is a short video from Fox61 explaining that FD apparently died without a will (so, does this mean he didn't intend to end his life or didn't he care what happened to anyone after he died? IDK).

The info I think is relevant to the issue of what MT knew and didn't know. I simply don't find it credible that MT knew nothing about FD financial situation.

She knew that Judge Heller had disallowed the discredited Herman report and ordered it strikes from the file in Family Court and that FD bid for custody had also been denied by the Court.

Bonnie and Clyde by mid April 2019 were out of options and out of cash and were just days away from murdering JF.

The video starts with Rena Dulos (FD sister) drama about FD being robbed in death.

No mention of the fact that 4JX is owned by GF/JF.

But the unpaid utilities and taxes imo show great financial strain during the lead up to the Murder plot of FD and MT and KM!

I very much bet that MT was using her child support money to keep the lights on at 4JX and fuel in the tanks around the time of JF Murder.

I would LOVE to see MT credit card statements from that time. Who can forget either that for the fraudulent bail bond disaster FD only contributed $1,000 and Anna Curry provide the balance of cash needed.

FD died broke.

What an end imo.

I think loftus just talks about her studies and examples probably.
And then Ole JS asks her his “isn’t it true that if my client blah blah blah, Correct?

Also remember that MT did not even show fake concern when Jennifer went missing. So what’s the traumatic event? Being hungry at state Police Group whatever HQ that is in Litchfield- and did you know that is a 45 minute drive in the DARK from her hotel in Avon? Not hardly.
Her traumatic event likely did not occur until FD killed himself imo. Even if Loftus’s research has any merit and is not total junk
Science ( remember JS said in court that it was not “science”) it does not apply to immed after JF’s murder and for any of her three interviews IMO

Not only did she not show fake concern to Jennifer, she didn't show ANY concern for exposing her 12 year old daughter to a murderer! None. I honestly can't believe she's still allowed to be her sole guardian.

On the day of JF Murder per Det Kimball on 4/24, the PG FD MT game of the Tacoma 'hide the keys' statement of Detective Kimball at on 4/24 42:36
Summary: PG said as he was leaving 80MS he initially saw his keys in Tacoma, then when he returned with FD to 80MS he didn't see his keys and and then MT BROUGHT THE KEYS back TO 80MS. This was new information found by CSP between June interview and August, 2019 interview of MT.

For those interested in the reference to the Restraining Order Application (45:22) believed to be filed by MT against JF. This reference first appeared in MT LE Interview 2 iirc where MT claimed to be 'afraid' of JF and so had KM draft an application which she supposedly delivered to Farmington PD. The status of this application has not been disclosed in the trial so far. This frankly surprises me given the number of press and podcasters following this trial as this document is a matter of public record and easily found. Sometimes I just think that the Press simply don't want to do the basic work of finding a public document and making it public which in this case imo has consistently been an issue and I believe to be negligent on their parts.

State brings up the issue of the Restraining Order, Schoenhorn pops up and DEMANDS sidebar which lasts at least 7 min and then when the attorney's return to their chairs Judge R says that the Defence objection to the introduction of this evidence by Atty McGinnis is SUSTAINED. NO REASON PROVIDED FOR THE RECORD OR JURY.

SO, no Restrating Order details coming in now but perhaps later? Doubtful. This Restraining Order saga was quite an interesting aspect imo of this overall story in that it imo saw MT, KM and FD working together quite closely on an issue related to JF very well in advance of the JF murder so its imo quite disappointing that it won't be available to the jury at this time. I wonder what precisely the Judge believed the justification might be for Sustaining the Defence objection? Prior bad acts perhaps? IDK. Could this joint activity have possibly represented the beginning of the execution of the conspiracy by the three parties to murder JF? We and the jury won't find that out now and perhaps it will never re enter the trial but I wanted to document this event here as I believe it to be highly significant.

If KM was at 4 JC at all that morning (and I have serious doubts), perhaps he left in the Suburban for NC when things went south.

You know what MT never said she saw at 4 JC? KM's vehicle.

KM is like an invisible agent because his involvement has been kept masterfully quiet by the Prosecution. But he's been charged so he was somewhere through all this.

My guess, he got the Suburban the night before. Maybe was in and out at 4 JC just long enough to have his personal vehicle recorded on the neighbor's security camera but I don't think he was still there even when the 8:26 call came in.

I think he was an essential party in NC between 9:30 and 10:30/11am.
