Happy Tuesday to all!

Have only been able to listen in spirts ... trying to catch up.

Can't believe her replies about the fires in fireplace!!

Lots of “thrusting” today and hand waving from “esteemed defence counsel”

JS -- you'd reviewed phone records, surveillance videos, PG's three interviews over eight hours

You told her there was blood on the steering wheel or door of the Tacoma? No.

Clavvy did.

Choppy questions about blood, DNA on the door.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall of the other detectives in another room watching the interview!

  • #565
This is absolutely bonkers. Something is seriously wrong with her.
P a t h o l o g i c a l

L I A R……..

I’ve not seen anything like this for such a long period by a defendant in an interrogation in a civilian setting….

JS is asking about using MT's statement that Jennifer was in the vehicle after seeing the Luminol photo in the search warrant.

(When it wasn't even blood. Witness: I don't know that. It was cleaned.)

Witness asks to see the warrant. JS says we'll get back to that.

Lots of “testimony cross” at rapid machine gun fire pace …..

5 min. And not a question in sight…..

“esteemed defence counsel” interrupting and arguing with Det Kimball….

Testimony cross continues….

Judge did strike word “opinion”….

You have to be wondering what these judges are really thinking during some of these trials.

Det Kimball says, “they were trying to keep her on topic”.

24th of May det kimball was unaware of fire event of 4Jx.

Regarding MT att phone records

Moo

  • #574
Judge is trying to make JS's question sensible.

Whether they brought in what others said into her interviews.

And isn't true....

That MT volunteered information-- stuff you didn't know --

MT answering FD's phone.

Which interview?

In the second interview, she said she thought the phone was with FD.

JS: asking now about KM being at 4 JS.

Objection

JS wants to show a clip of evidence already shown. Judge says it's cumulative but State doesn't object.

[MT is busy aligning papers. Very precise work.]

JS is struggling to find his video clip.

Who else besides me was watching MT's cell phone like a hawk during those side bars for any incoming notifications. Fess up cause I know I wasn't alone

JS is one technically challenged person!

And it’s beige like her hair and sweater

I’ve been trying.

I don’t understand why her phone hasn’t been removed. Judge discretion.

Kimball is great, not giving an inch. Re MT’s lies

JS moves on.

Asking about MT saying FD was there that morning. But in the third interview, you said you believed FD was in NC committing a crime.
Witness: it was our belief she wasn't being truthful.

JS: isn't it true she said she could have wrong?

Said she may have been wrong...

State objects. Overruled.

[JS is trying to get "wrong" on the record for the purposes of his experts IMO.]

State objecting but Judge says it's up to the witness to decide how he wants to answer.

MT said she wasn't lying. She says wouldn't call it a lie.

JS: and didn't she say, based on what you told me, he couldn't have been there.

Lunch break
