JS leaned across the table and put his hand on MT's shoulder as she was crying. Meanwhile, AF had already gone to fetch the next witness, MT's friend Petu. JS asked for a sidebar I believe and we saw Petu on the stand for a few seconds before someone (assuming AF) motioned to her and she got off the stand. Then the camera went to the seal for minutes. I thought it was over but left it up because Judge always dismisses the jury. Sure enough, Judge came back on and said defense expects to (possibly) finish up tomorrow. Judge then dismissed the jury.

Wonder if it hurt a little to see the monitor text between Fotis, asking him if he’s all set this weekend or is he still trying on working things out with Jennifer?

Any possibility that maybe he was trying to get back with Jennifer and Michelle found out?

Was thinking “working out plans” with Jennifer.

Maybe this is important as to why he went crazy - he thought he was having kids on weekend, but actually wasn’t. They were going to NYC, and FD hadn’t been remembering to use the Social worker system. He thought was seeing the kids but there was no person to watch him in a safe place …. And do he didn’t have the kids, wanted them and decided to remove JF.
Was it actually agreed that he had supervised visit on 25 May?
Was this already explored and I forgot?

LOL. I'm here trying to catch up on the last couple of witnesses and I'm totally lost.

Let me sum.

The Defense is calling witnesses that help the State.

Perhaps it's simply because the defendant can't be helped, no matter how you spin it.

He indicated that he may have let him have a copy before he understood the Judge's intention!

Honestly, I'm calling BS on this entirely and that is why Judge Heller ordered a complete investigation of all that happened. The other day I posted the Order that dealt with how this report was supposed to be treated by all parties. There was a log, no copies etc. Very detailed rules. Whatever the final investigation ruled (it wasn't made public so far as I know), Judge Heller next move was to push Atty Rose out of Family Court (my guess is he was threatened with sanctions of censure but it was bad imo as he was gone quickly) and GAL was to have been dismissed except JF was murdered by FD and MT and KM. Only reason GAL stayed was to handle transition of the children to Gloria Farber as otherwise there was nobody familiar to them during this period. But, imo make no mistake, if JF hadn't have been murdered then GAL Meehan would have been punted by Judge Heller as whatever happened with the Herman report angered her greatly and this was all on top of FD and Atty Rose handing in the false financial information which enraged Judge Heller where she wrote the infamous order about FD lying on the stand and handing in false documents. FD imo should have been placed in Jail and had Judge Heller done this she might have saved JF life.

Case sadly had a Judge over her head and an imo corrupt GAL Meehan who lacked the skills required for handling a contentious high risk divorce action. BOTH have blood on their hands imo and I don't say that lightly.

I thought the same thoughts and went looking for an article from today and weirdly found an article stating that she broke down in tears 17 days ago when they played her first LE interview! I don't even remember that. Anyway here is that article (not from today) along with a colorful narration.

It has not been determined yet whether Troconis will testify in her own defense, her lawyer said. She is facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, evidence tampering and hindering prosecution.

At one point Thursday, Troconis was seen with her glasses above her head and her hands on her face as she shed tears. She also wiped her nose with a tissue while sitting at the defense table.

One of her sisters gripped rosary beads as footage played while her mother held a prayer card during Thursday’s testimony, CT Insider reported.

It imo was word salad. Judge Heller had him exit Family Court and the way it was handled was in true Corrupticut behind closed door manner too. The sense I got was that he was told to either go or he would be censured/reported etc. for his helping FD with the false financial reports to the Court. Judge Heller had reached the end around that time too as the games were never ending from FD. MOO

Judge begins talking while the seal is still up but just for a few words until the camera man realized he was back.

Judge says: We were just discussing the scheduling and as of right now we are going to conclude today. It is anticipated in court and the court stresses anticipated that the defense will rest tomorrow. So we conclude todays proceedings. Please report for the session tomorrow which will begin at 10 o'clock...then the usual bit about discussing the case and no media.

It starts at around 6:22 something. That lil sliding cursor always thwarts me...

This is Petu (MT friend/former friend) that was on the stand for less than a minute but attorneys were still at sidebar so the issue must have resulted in Judge ending day without Petu testimony so perhaps she will return tomorrow.

There was a time where they disobeyed the no contact and were hooking up. Det. Kimball alluded to this I think in Interview 2 .... talked about disobeying the Court Order of No Contact iirc. MT and FD would not follow rules but also it was clear MT just couldn't let go of FD.
