Did you all catch that? -- $6000 retainer.

JS moved the page fast.
I hope the prosecution asks her a lot of questions, so it takes longer and costs the Troconises more.

This is just her script - she is using the same verbiage as she has in past interviews. The cars smashing or hitting thing? Yes, she has regurgitated that one several times.

Witness.... after the retention stage.... memory starts to fade... more susceptible to contamination.

A lot sounds like PTSD, wonder why she doesn’t bring that up. Particularly in accidents etc Moo

L&C Commentary:
"What Loftus is suggesting is it’s the cops’ fault if MT never stops lying. The jury is not going to be persuaded otherwise."
"In order to form a correct analysis of someone...you need to spend time with them and talk and let them talk"
"When people don’t want to be punished for murder do they have a reason to lie or is it that the cops traumatized them?"
"lets get to the cross!!!"
"Horn used all of his verizon mobile hotspot for the month thats why we have no cell service"
"Remember this interview was years ago when the murder was fresh No memory loss here with Michelle just covering up for futos"
"FYI Horn, WE ALL REMEMBER MT in the truck while JDs bloody clothes being dumped, WE REMEMBER MT stating JD should be buried next to the dog, WE REMEMBER MT lying in all of her interrogations".
"zzzzzzzzzz this will take hours."
"too many mushrooms in college in the 60's for this lady"

"She’s definitely staying at the super 8 in Stamford with Horn"

This does not compute....MT lied at first and second interviews, then admitted some truths at third interview. So her memory did not get worse or "contaminated" as time passed.

If you expose people to misinformation, they become more confident in their memory including the misinformation.

[What about people who remember but just dontwantasayit?]

Perhaps Dr Loftus just explained the ENTIRE Jon Schoenhorn and MT and Troconis Crew MISINFORMATION Campaign that we have seen over the past 4 years.....

So…in other words, memory is BETTER, not WORSE, closer to the event in question?

JS: are you aware that any many jurisdictions like Connecticut LE are permitted to lie?

Memory expert: I'm sorry. I forgot the question.

Expert is describing that a witness can accept misinformation--

[Yes, but what about DEFENDANTS?]

She does the I forgot thing all the time when giving testimony. She's such a scammer. I hope the state calls her out on it.

Her work has now moved from trying to affect single cases to pushing for broader changes in the legal system. Loftus has been working with Pennsylvania trial judge Jeannine Turgeon to compile a set of guidelines similar to those instituted in New Jersey last year. They instruct jurors that memory “is not like a video recording” and ask them to consider the many factors that can alter memories, such as the presence of a weapon, which can draw attention away from the perpetrator's face.

Loftus wants to go further. Almost every stage of the legal process — from the identification and questioning of suspects to cross-examination of eyewitnesses in the courtroom — is prone to error.

More likely to accept misinformation from authority figured-- LE, loved ones?

Can that lead you to have false memories or creat false memories?

Expert can't think of a scientific study that includes loved ones --

But if it's a trusted person, you might be more susceptible? Witness says she could speculate....

[Does anybody have a dog I could walk? Stuffed animal? Paper route? Anything?]

Do not even try to tell us that MT trusted FD and what he told her and that then became her memory. It is impossible to believe as she did not trust Fo-TIS and stated so many times.
