JS has nerve to complain that Prosecution is posing “testifying questions”.

“People with a lot of life stress…” What is she talking about? MT’s life stress was minimal-she didn’t work, or even have to pay any substantial bills, like rent or mortgage. She didn’t own a car, or any of the attendant costs of one. She had one kid, and shared custody of her with someone who wasn’t trying to defame her in order to get custody. She was living a life of leisure on someone else’s dime! Life stress?!
Wanting much more, like living someone else’s life, can induce stress. I think she was so obsessed to such an unhealthful degree that she was unable to see any of the things that she should be grateful for.

If the defendant said, yes, she wasn't 100% truthful, would that change your analysis?

Witness yes, was she trying to say she meant she wasn't 100% accurate. Not lying, just misremembering.

Was not asked to interview MT

Do you remember her saying that she didn't tell them things because they didn't ask.

The paper towel. Did any LE suggest that? Did any detective suggest FD spilled coffee? Did any detective suggested physical activity against the Tacoma?

She just has to look at that jury…

Attorney McGuinness is so well prepared for this witness that he isn't even phased by witness saying I don't recall and just smoothly says I want you to assume in order to get his point across.

Asking about MT having anything to eat, any sleep deprivation -- would that have helped you in your analysis?

Wouldn't change anything in my earlier testimony. [The general stuff]

Last question: do you agree that it's up to the jury to determine who is lying and who is not?

LOL….
JS: Objection
Judge: Ground
JS: I’ll withdraw it

Witness appears weary.
SM has worn her down.

JS points out that she gets paid regardless of trial outcome.

JS is asking if she gives her honest analysis..

Never a character witness in those well known csses, testified to memory issues. Gave objection opinon based on science --

Were you asked to hive an opinion on MT? No

Were you onvolved in cases where people had their verdicts overturned, falsely convicted and later exonerated, getting new trials?

In your science, do people sometimes remember certain details but not others?

Can pressure lead to false memories? Produce details that may or may not be accurate.

Are people of high intelligence subject to post event contamination? Absolutely.

Can people who have higher education be subject to post event contamination?

Do you know anything about the quality of education in South America?

Fun fact - our witness was in South America when she learned that Harvey Weinstein wanted to speak with her.
