Why is JS arguing about the tiny bit of DNA on the faucet?
He just said FD is ultimately responsible.

Tick tockJS started at 10:46. Let's see if he tries to go over and if so, what the judge does.
I interpreted Judge Randolph's mention of the mop handle differently. He brought it up in reference to whether the State could justifiably say that multiple blows had occurred. JS protested that, claiming that there was not evidence of multiple blows, only that JFD's head had hit the pavement multiple times.Judge Randolph postulated that the jury may or may not deem it the murder weapon.
If it came from JFd's garage, maybe. Blunt force. Or for clean up.
If it came from Home Depot, however, then it was from strictly uses for clean up IMO.
