The answer to that question is simple: There was evidence in two places.

In the Tacoma in Farmington where they could be quickly gathered and taken to 4JC to be burned before PG arrived back into town at the end of the workday: the bags of bloody paper towels from the cleanup of the garage at 69 Welles Ln, New Canaan.

Somewhere else, where JFD's body was taken independent of the Tacoma and which was not close enough to Farmington to run over to 4JC for a quick burn, but which was accessible sometime after PG returned the Raptor and prior to traveling to Albany Ave: the bags containing items more closely related to the murder and disposal of JFD (the t-shirt, the bra, the gloves, the ponchos, the mop handle).

My guess of what Det Kimball, Sgt Ventreska and the CSP Crew did after hearing that rambling and disorganised close.

Wish I could be there to see it in person. LE has been vilified every step of the way imo in this tragic case and also received little to no support from Judges either also imo.

My guess is that it will be seen on twitter/x from one of the reporters and most likely announced on L&C. You could just set up google alert too I would think.

I have missed so much of this trial so I had to come here often to try and catch up. I did get to see the closing by the defense attorney. You all are correct. He was all over the place. It was not cohesive. I had the feeling he didn’t even prepare his remarks in advance. I have never seen a closing like that one. I don’t know what the jury will do but their decision definitely wont be decided on his closing statements. it made no sense. Just my opinion.

PG was the main culprit of Horn wrath
PG had immunity
PG switched the seats
PG had know FD for years
PG didn't have citizenship
PG had lots to hide from his years of working with FD
MT had never met JF
MT and her family thought the Family Court proceedings were going well
All the "Murder Eve Dinner" guest said FD and MT were 'happy'
Atty Mike Rose and GAL Atty Mike Meehan told MT there was light at end of tunnel [you all know my thoughts on these two miscreant lawyers but I'm including this comment anyway as Horn said it]
