Omg! I’ve been reading the posts on here but way behind… and I’ve watched as much as I can of the trial live. Can’t believe it’s finally verdict watch!!!! Let’s hope the jury sees this entire situation for exactly what it is/was and that it’s as clear to them as it is to us that MT is guilty beyond reasonable doubt and she will be held accountable for this horror.
Ps- did you guys see JS’s face/demeanor as the jury left the room after the state rested and it was all done? Not too confident…. No thrusting there. Ha.
You are so funny!

This trial took the “thrust” out of Horn!

He could have used his “thrusters” for his close but it looked like he was out of petrol!

Brilliant work!

Must be family money.
Greek family money.

I have often wondered if FD's beloved Mercier bike was given a third life, returning to its homeland.

From Google AI: "On average, jury deliberations for a serious criminal case last around 20 hours."

So 10-1, 2-5ish is 6 hrs/day = Monday afternoon. Hoping to get something way sooner, but there's a lot to dig through in these charges to make sure they get it right.

It must have been in the white box truck when the “Greeks” showed up to ransack 4Jx.

For some comedy relief for jury watch I’ll repost something I posted the other day as I think it captures what Horn looked like yesterday - courtesy of weekend at Bernie’s

It’s funny also as in many respects for this trial Horn WAS Bernie and simply a tool used to deliver the largely unintelligible narrative of the Troconis Crew imo. MOO

Or a vehicle-shaped FedEx mailer.

They’ve been in an AirBnB since the middle of January. What could that cost them, just by itself?
Yeah and it must be an AirBnB with a fireplace….you know to light all those social fires while waiting for the verdict

I'm hoping for today, but you are likely correct. They've got how many charges to decide? 6?
Jury instructions are confusing enough, and to have to go through all those charges will take a while….that is if all jurors are in agreement with all those charges.

Buckle up folks….

As eager as we all are to hear the verdict(s), just think about Jennifer’s family and loved ones.

Loll, is anybody going to miss Schoenhorn's thrusts?
No, I’m seeking treatment for ptsd when I return as seeing him “thrusting” from his chair simply did me in!

The Greek connections and the lack of LE followup due to the obvious expense and complexity is something that I wish we had learned more about.

On a simplistic level we never got closure on the basic issue of how FD ransacked FORE, mortgaged up all his properties and died with $300?

Did Pattis take all the FD cash for his representation? I think GF sued him and got back maybe $250,000 but in the context of what was no doubt a multi year financial scheme this wasn’t much imo.

Where did the FD money go?

Did LE investigate rena dulos and the crooked ny Greek lawyer Pfofus (idr proper spelling).

Does MT know where the FD money went?

How much did FD pay MT via FORE while paying zero to support his children?

Civil court said MT was getting $120,000 year. But how did this continue when FD had only overhead to maintain the houses and $0 revenue per his testimony in civil Court? Is this the going 'rate' for mistress when 'free housing and transportation are included?

Was the thumb drive that FD tried to hide from LE when they raided 4jx where he had some funds in bitcoin or offshore or with his sister? Was the thumb drive the second set of books he kept? LE never said, so we don’t know.

Nothing but unanswered questions on the
Financial front imo.

Unfortunate imo as I think the money story here was THE story.

God I do. Yesterday afternoon all I could think about was how each of those children are handling this five year nightmare. It’s just unimaginable what they’ve been through with their grandmother.
Thank God she was healthy and strong enough to get through this.
For them to be so young when this happened and now in their early teens, they had to face every day not having their mother and knowing that their father did this to her and them. I am sure that they continue to this day, intense therapy and I pray that each one of them survives this tragedy and grows up to be strong individuals like their mother and grandmother.

Excellent question with no clear answers.

Has anyone checked out the MT pony rug business?

Is it still operating?

Anyone checked out onlyfans?

Bond is supposedly secured by real estate. Who knows if bond goes up whether it can be met?

My guess is that they are evaluating offers to profit further from the murder via 48 hrs and CBS.

Will we see a book deal?

Who knows?

What I do know is profiting from murder is foul and I don’t need to repeat my views on the behaviour of the Troconis crew and MT and horn and mini horn!

Moo and mad!

LE found so much evidence but I wonder about what MT is relieved that LE didn’t find.
Sitting there so beige thinking - “these clowns don’t know 1/2 of what we did.”

Feel like there is much more to know besides location of JF.

I think the same often...we know what was found! - Imagine if police just got to al those trash cans ASAP.

I think the jury will definitely take their time. Knowing if MT goes to jail, her daughter will be without a mother. I don’t think the jury is taking this fact lightly.

Yep, we had the container iirc either going to/coming from Greece and iirc it was supposedly a range rover FD had in Greece. It came up in the Civil Trial but no further details on the status of the vehicle ever emerged that I saw.

Where did this go?

Does LE know?

What else might have been in the container?

I have questions for the Toot Brothers FOR SURE!

Would also love to sit down for some beers with Det. Kimball and Sgt Ventreska as MANY questions for them.

I know LE folks laugh at WS but I do think there is so much info in the folks on this thread that imo LE might just be surprised.

I do know that I have many many questions about the investigative choices and no doubt compromises LE made in the undertaking of this HUGE investigation. How did they decide and makes choices amongst options?

Will there be any changes to the CSP "Crime Van" byzantine organisation structure where even the folks that work there can't really explain it coherently to AVOID SNAFUs such as the one that kicked the MT Phone out of evidence. FWIW I don't think Judge R is any great supporter of CSP and LE and I very much wish to hear from him (he wrote virtually nothing to explain his ruling on the MT phone situation imo) on the entire topic of 'exigent circumstances'. Will have to add this topic to my 'to do' list as he no doubt hits the school speaking circuit in CT and perhaps might end up at Quinnipiac or Yale? Who knows but his decision on this changed the trial imo.

FD gave new meaning to the phrase, "DIE BROKE" and it no doubt was meticulously planned imo. Who were the beneficiaries of his cash or did the bulk of it go to Pattis?

Never ending questions....

Feel for the family and loved ones and I very much hope that they have more answers that they deserve vs what we have here on WS.
