No. Except for his farewell to the alternates, he presented the jury instructions to them without editorial. Quite mechanical and in fact almost angry, which I apply to enforced neutrality. Stern, unbiased.@Megnut did the judge say your wonderful statements to the jury.
Is that a typo? CTV clock was 5 hrsJury returning to deliberate tomorrow morning. They have deliberated 4 hours 45 mins.
Has there been a case like this before? Where there is no body, the murdered offed himself and the conspirator was tried? I need to look…In truth, the complexity is as a no body case. Those are always complex.
Make no mistake, however, this case is a no body case because FD and his beigepiece conspired to hide evidence, first and profoundmost, the body.
FD and the defendant's culpability in this? Neither complex nor confusing.

What we saw on TV was everyone watching what was recorded, it was the whole recorded testimony direct and cross that the jury sawDid anyone notice that mt took her earphones out during Petu’s replay of her witness testimony this afternoon but she put those earbuds in during this end of the day hearing?
Also: Just wondering - was Petu’s replay just sound, or was there picture as well?

Wonder if any money is being sent from Greece? To a lawyer in New York? (So MT has no idea where it's coming from....)Working? Probably not…but making money…well, grifters will grift, so could be.
Thank you, Megnut, for this point of view. Makes sense! What has me taken aback is the change in mt’s demeanor. She seems so light and relaxed. No hair covering her face. And the jury is in the room to see this. What can they be thinking??For those who are getting nervous about no verdict, it's virtually impossible IMO for them to return a 'not guilty' on all the charges. So, at a minimum, they have to agree on which to patch and dispatch her.
And, while an immediate verdict of guilty would have soothed our impatience and massaged our souls, slow deliberation is the bedrock of justice. A guilty verdict ought to withstand all scrutiny.
I believe the jury of MT's peers -- who do not share her twinny Petu morals -- are in the process of scrutiny. Weighing evidence. Arguing the contrary.
Good on them for giving the Defense's greased in character witness a second listen. Probably figured like most of us, huh? What was that? How does her testimony relate? How does it lend to a defense? What did we miss?
These jurors are all in. Dedicated. No rush to judgment, no rush to verdict.
It's what we hope for, from every jury.
