Yes, please have the lazy man fire up the Tesla and deliver the expired passport to the Stamford Clerk now!

This original order was given 2 years ago and Schoenhorn himself defied an order with no consequences.

Beyond angry that his continued defiance to basic court orders is tolerated with no consequences.

There is a brief clerical hearing in the case on Monday, March 18 for Judge Randolph to "say the magic words" and order the pre sentence investigation report. He apparently implied it on March 1, but it needs to be done on the record. Troconis won't be there.

Wait. Does that mean she won't be sentenced prior to the April 10 hearing of Horn's motions?

And without six million, she'll be staying in one cell (not three) within the mighty confines of prison.

She didn't even get a field trip out today.
