I’ve always been intrigued about the calls between KM and “the other Fotis/Fatos” made by KM immediately after calls with FD the day of the murder. And that “the other F” was conveniently out of state that day in MA. (Alibi).

And then there was “crowbar man” at KM’s ex’s, the grave, the cars shipped to Greece, FDs serenading KM’s ex and trying to lure her to a sex session at 4JC with KM the week before, etc. there is a lot of weirdness and dangling threads still left unfinished even though MT is now taken care of. Maybe this whole gang was just a bunch of weirdo idiots, or maybe the state is still trying to tie some of this up. I’m sure they don’t want to leave any stone unturned that could unearth a clue as to what happened to the body.
There must be some reason KM is still on the back burner.

What was so pressing thst it couldn't wait until their scheduled business meeting the next morning?

Oh, wait. Fotis wasn't going to be able to make that meeting.

Sickens me to credit Fotis with anything, but as far as criminal masterminding, he knew that three people couldn't keep a secret, even if one of them were dead. So he bought insurance, making sure that KM and MT were equal shareholders in the guilt department, no one could rat out an other without self-incrimination. MT would have been given a royal, maddening sweetheart deal to turn on Fotis. Perhaps KM was offered much the same. And neither is saying much, and that tells me they both know more than they're saying and it's beyond bad.

How incredibly bad it must be that MT is willing to sit in prison, taking her sins to the grave, rather than supply new evidence, leading to the discovery of what happened to JFd's remains.

FWIW I don't delude myself at all, that MT is remaining tight-lipped out of fierce loyalty to the late Fotis. Nah. She's a grifter. She's doing it fo ho-self.

I'll never not be able to see JFd's blood-soaked shirt, cut clear off, the two bloody ponchos, and that bit of presumed biological material that looked an awful lot like a broken tooth to my untrained eye.

Did Fotis ever buy any actual meat that night? What did he serve besides Greek salad? I feel like he did fire up the grill on Murder's Eve, I just don't recall the full menu.

Easy to buy 110# of meat, all that butcher paper, free of charge.

Was MT overgrilling meats in the 4J fireplace to free up butcher paper for repackaging purposes?

Is that what leaked onto the Tacoma seats and that why Fotis took PG on that odd, impromtu walk behind 80 MS so MT could unload front seat (as we know, she missed the work bucket in back) before PH could see whatever it was they were so committed to preventing him from seeing?

That's the kind of secret a self-serving co-conspirator souls be very motivated to keep.

Maybe KM has threatened the State with exposing all of corruption in the State of Connecticut (judges, GAL etc), so he's just sitting quietly charging his ankle bracelet every day until they dismiss the case. They've given him so many unreasonable reliefs (2M to 200K bail reduction and forgiven the ankle bracelet tampering), so I have to believe he has some advantage over the State. IDK. How long can you wear an ankle bracelet? Maybe it's already off and he's working as a ref at the local hockey rink.

AIR, KM was caught near the MA border when cops arrested him. I only vaguely recall he had a friend there with a boat.

There should be no question (by MT's new attorney) that neither the attorneys nor MT were supposed to have a copy of the report by Herman. Judge Heller ordered any copies of the report had to be returned to the court where they could be viewed. Also, I recall when JLS was later granted permission to view part of the report that referenced his client, MT, but why he received a copy of the Herman report still baffles me! JMO

TOLLAND — A South Windsor lawyer was arrested at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon in connection with the Jennifer Dulos disappearance, according to a source close to the case.

Kent Douglas Mawhinney, a former lawyer for Fotis Dulos, was detained at gunpoint during a traffic stop in Tolland late Tuesday afternoon.

Mawhinney, who represented Fotis Dulos in the $2.5 million lawsuits filed by his mother-in-law, is expected to be charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the case.

Yes @Diddian and also @Megnut ….. and one additional thing IMO that is unfortunate, it seems IMO that the court has allowed this contempt charge matter with the convicted defendant to languish this amount of time. IIRC the accused ‘displayed’ that document circa February 14, 2024 during her murder conspiracy trial and was charged shortly thereafter in 2024 for that sealed document display. This occurred over a year ago…… and the delay is not in the interest of justice IMO. SMH. MOO

I'm still curious how MT thinks this report will help her appeal? Everyone knows it's been proven to be false and unreliable information. The entire GAL system is corrupt (paid $350.00/hr by the state and who knows how much by Fotis to report in his favor). How does revealing a report with invalid information assist her in anyway? Jon should be punished for distributing an invalid report to his knucklehead client who overly obsesses over something that isn't real.
