GUILTY CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, deceased/not found, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #71

This article made me think of the various Troconis family members who are in the medical profession, and medical adjacent professions.

Oh, it sure does! Marisela Arrezza was very crafty. She was indicted on federal Medicaid fraud charges in Miami-Dade County. The feds found at least one case where she paid a person more than $19,000.00 in 2012/2013 so the practice could receive Medicaid payments. Once indicted, she closed the practice and used the space for her “legal team” which was her employees to keep the federal government from interviewing the employees. Unfortunately, the case was dismissed in 2019 when she agreed to a diversion program. I hope they are keeping an eye on her practice.

Recent Medicaid fraud involves CT state government players. Remember Kosta Diamantis, of the Office of Policy and Management, who asked former Dulos prosecutor Colangelo to hire one of his daughters for almost $100,000 yr in exchange for giving salary raises to all the state's attorneys? KD now set to go to trial on 2 federal cases. The Medicaid mischief is the 2nd one. The first one has to do with no-bid construction/remediation contracts for the schools. Pattis is representing him. Small world.

This is interesting. I did see the reference in the book but do not recall learning about the alarms going off! Thanks for sharing.

Article above, in Greek publication, seems pretty much a reiteration of speculation. I'm still thinking KM was the helper.

I agree because there is phone “ping” evidence that Fotis was in contact with KM quite frequently before, during and after the murder of Jennifer. The human grave was filled in with dirt on May 31st (KM’s phone “pinged” near the Gun Club as well), so I think their burial plan was redirected. He knows where and I bet MT does, as well.

CT media recently made a FOIA request for police body cam video of LE entering house of hoarder (whose remains were found). But media isn't interested in what records LE has about KM re Dulos case?

Good catch-and good question…

By their own admission, whatever evidence the State had on KM-- including phone tower pings, they knew it wasn't sufficient to convict him at trial of conspiracy to commit murder!

IMO, they charged KM hoping he'd turn State's witness against Fd, Essentially, authorities wanted Jennifer recovered, and Fd convicted for her torture and demise.

The State was also willing to make a deal with MT-- but she thought she was smarter than the police. FIDIOT. JMO

They did have enough to bring charges and keep him in jail for an extended period of time, even though ultimately determined they didn’t think he’d be convicted. If I thought I was in jail just to turn someone else in, I would be pretty teed off. But I bet KM isn’t…he is probably thrilled just to be off the hook now. As for MT…she’s definitely a “fidiot”, as you say.

Why doesn't Rich Cohen write about KM? There's sure enough there--an interview with KM's ex-wife, for example. Her lawyer said, as I recall, that he believed she was to be another victim of Dulos and KM.

KM was in jail because he couldn't make bond! As a group, LE had cause to arrest KM for conspiracy but their case weakened substantially when fd took himself out. The same was true for MT except she convicted herself when she talked and talked -- thinking she could manipulate investigators and gave the jurors everything and more to convict her for conspiracy!

IMO, the prosecutor made a deal with KM to back them on prosecuting MT, and this got him out of jail when his bond was suddenly reduced from $2M to less than $300K. Through no fault of KM, MT did such a good job exposing the truth about herself that the state did not need to call him. This left the State not knowing what to do with KM -- had he testified against MT, they could say they made a deal with the devil, as is often necessary, announced the reduction in charges and closed his case. Instead, they just left him in limbo, letting the clock run out on his lesser charge, and where the parties agreed to call it good with time served. JMO

Do you think he ever really meant to testify against MT? He was always better off saying nothing, except “prove it”. I know he couldn’t make bond, but if I recall, they maintained his charges long after FD was dead. Surely they knew at the time FD was gone that their evidence against KM was weak. Maybe the authorities were hoping that they’d manage to find Jennifer’s remains-that might have helped.

His ex-wife probably wants nothing to do with getting KM all worked up again. From what I understand (from someone who knows her), she is genuinely afraid of him.

Well, a person can be subpoenaed to testify in certain legal proceedings, it is not up to the witness whether or not they are subpoenaed. They can refuse to answer a question if speaking on the topic could self-incriminate.

He probably does not mean to testify on the topic. But if subpoenaed, he has no choice. And he no longer has the ability to refuse to answer questions, if he can't possibly be in legal danger doing so.

On the topic of KW ex-wife- yikes. I'd be afraid too. I hope CT supports her in staying safe.

Who knows what CT will do to protect her. I can’t decide if I think he will leave her alone, since he’s gotten lucky enough to be free, or if I think he’s enough of a sociopath to keep stalking her. But I am pretty sure she doesn’t want to put her foot into anything that involves him.He is a terrible human being, who probably knows what happened to Jennifer’s remains, and I wish he was in prison, where I think he belongs. It made me sick when he said that if he knew where her body is, he’d have told the police, which is ridiculous, because it would implicate him.

I got a follow request on IG from Michi.. I'm not active that much on there. Probably because I am not very nice on their relentless never ending "Free Michi" posts. Hysterical.

So, I guess she must have access to IG @ York? That's interesting. Well, she only has 5,296 more days in prison, so must find a way to kill time (no pun intended). I would think she'd be focusing on learning/understanding the english language that she, apparently, struggles with, so she'd be as sharp as a tool for all of her future appeals.
