GUILTY CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, deceased/not found, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #71

  • #961
So, I guess she must have access to IG @ York? That's interesting. Well, she only has 5,296 more days in prison, so must find a way to kill time (no pun intended). I would think she'd be focusing on learning/understanding the english language that she, apparently, struggles with, so she'd be as sharp as a tool for all of her future appeals.
Oh, I doubt she's authoring this fanfic.

You know, if she's innocent (she's not) (hello, fingerprints on trash bags) (hello, alibi scripts) (hello, 'I wasn't cleaning Jennifer') (hello, 5am, where's FD? He's not in the shower doing the Tacoma two step) (hello, Tacoma car keys) (hello, social afternoon fire -- since FD took care of the divorce, did you take care to burn all of his divorce papers?) (hello, Greece, FD isn't here so I'm answering for him) (hello, notification Police, I know why you're here so that is why I'm hiding) (hello, two bloody ponchos) if she's innocent, why hasn't she come clean and filled in all the missing details, from the night before and through the next day? If she's just a poor unwitting pawn, why not put it in writing -- not on instascam -- but to LE? Do tell, MT, how you were used and had just no idea. That should be easy enough. Unless you can't. Because it incriminates you.

But then, we knew that.

Pity her boudoir artwork didn't make it onto her photo gallery.

Lotta scrubbin' goin' on.

At the end of the day, how ever sparkly they try to paint her, she's a convicted felon, guilty of conspiracy to murder.

That's the truth.

I haven’t commented here in quite a while. This is the case that introduced me to Websluths. I admire all of you who really have delved deeper - thank you!
New Canaan was a special place for me: I bought my wedding gown there back in the ‘70’s!
I don’t think a day has gone by that I haven’t said “Oh, Jennifer - where are you?” I soooo want her family to have her back. Especially her Mom, Gloria, who has been so strong though all of this for her grandchildren.
God Bless you all!

And just when you think JLS couldn't stoop any lower, I saw him seated behind Jose Morales' defense today at his sentencing-- only to learn that he's going to serve as his appellate lawyer. The dude was convicted of killing Christine Holloway and disappearing their child -- likely deceased too!

He (Schonhorn) sucks. I know it’s the job that they do, but he seriously sucks. And while it’s off-topic, what’s the “over and under” regarding whether or not he also killed his child? I’m inclined to think that if he killed her, he would have left her with Christine. Thinking that he gave her to someone who knows what he did-but can you keep people that quiet? And is the child in school somewhere?

I wonder if Jose M. has the money to pay for his appeal? Of is JLS taking it on as a special public defender?

I'm sure the State will be funding the appeal for Jose. Given JM was waiting to be sentenced, I don't think Notice of Appeal even filed yet, so I was appalled to see JLS present in the courtroom! Granted, he only told reporter MA "he was doing the appeal," I still think it was very bad form. JMO

As to the whereabouts of baby Vanessa -- I initially thought he sold her for more PCP. Even under JM's ridiculous story about intruders killing CH, he knew the child would be lovingly cared for by CH's family, or his own mother-- but I don't think JM wanted the legal obligation/ burden of supporting the child.

Maybe we'll get to add to a few more "J.S.'ism's" at this trial!

“JS’ism’s”

JS: “SPLATTER vs SPATTER”

JS: “Epithelial Cells as Epidurial Cells”

JS: Just asked the witness if she did a screening test for touch.
There is no screening test for touch.

Witness: I don't understand what you're talking about
JS: maybe I don't either

"You just said a lot of things, I'm not going to ask you about any of them."

Sentencing: Michelle Troconis | Missing Mom Conspiracy Trial

Not all Judges at sentencing are created equal.

I was thinking of Judge Hippler delivering Bryan Kohberger's fixed, LWOP sentence yesterday (by plea agreement), and wondered if perhaps Judge Randolph saw fit to give Michelle a "dressing down" at conviction sentencing, whether this would have done anything to curb her nonsense, 'injustice me' campaign.

And JS, the perennial, annoying fidiot, rustling his papers while Jennifer's children were pouring out their broken hearts....

I do wish Judge Randolph had done so-possibly even expected him to, but…nope. I don’t know if it would have curbed her victim mentality if he had, but she had it coming. It seems that nobody in her life has ever told her to correct her behavior.

IMO some judges in CT don't have autonomy--they're compromised by other folks, or personal motives, guiding them. Here's a recent report about long-time CT Freedom of Info commissioner Jonathan Einhorn, bringing drug-infused documents to his incarcerated clients in neighboring R.I. How did he hope to get away with it?

In 2023, he was so busted!

I recall following a case in Florida years ago when the Court received complaints from the jail that they needed to add staff to handle the amount of legal documents arriving for an inmate.

I don't remember the year when it became policy that inmates there could only receive "copies" of original incoming legal correspondence and/or documents delivered to them in jail. I know it's been that way with inmate USPS mail for decades, but I was surprised when I learned the same was extended to their attorneys. Today, they use thumb drives.

I dunno. The more I think about the 23 pg Motion for Rectification, I think the point of "sealing the exhibit/report" was so it wouldn't be added to the court file.

Not only was the report sealed, but wasn't permission to view the report also limited to a select few?

We know JLS wasn't included here and had to fight tooth and nail before finally allowed to see it, and then on the allegation/ pretense that MT's name appeared in a meaningful paragraph of the report.

One gets the sense that the convicted Ms. Troconis and her attorney-of-the-day are trying every which way to get that report into a court record such that the seal placed on it from the beginning is somehow lost or bypassed. And one worries that - as excellent as the law enforcement investigation and prosecution has been throughout the case of the disappearance and murder of Jennifer Dulos from first moments after JD's nanny sounded the alarm to MT's conviction - the courts in CT might just lack the necessary care and attention to detail to prevent that happening.

Exactly, and why I really hope this Motion is heard by Judge Randolph, with recollection of another Court's sealing order that he went on record-- not wanting to violate.

I'm wondering what good is unsealing a document that has been validated nine ways to Sunday, Corrupt and Invalid? I'm at a loss of it's value.
