“Participating in rehabilitative offerings at prison is not charity, is not the business savvy her PR  firm family are trying to brand it as.“

Right, you are. I mean, she’s in prison, with nothing better to do with herself. She doesn’t get the medal her family thinks she deserves, for keeping herself occupied.

Maybe while she's in the hum drum of knitting booties, a little light will light up in her head and say, "Hey wait a minute...I know what I should do to help prove my innocence. Allow public access by local journalists to release my cell phone records before/during and after the murder. That'll clear everything up. I don't know why my attorney fought so hard to have them suppressed."

But not just any knit booties--MT's come with a braille tag!

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has custody of the bones and will be conducting several tests to try and determine an accurate age of the bones,” Diaz said.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said Monday it is continuing to investigate the remains and noted that the bones are “not from modern times.”
They have since said “more than a century old”. Jeez, I hope they didn’t dig up somebody’s family plot!

Hope this link is accessible to all. Her habeas trial has quite a list of witnesses! Norm P., Kent M., LE officers, I think even JS & Audrey. And Pawel. Et al

I have been watching with interest the recent moves in DC to do mass deportations of folks from Venezuela and the issue hit the docket of the SCOTUS this past week. Not sure if this might impact Papi Troconis as I don't believe he ever became a citizen or even Mami Troconis (citizenship status unknown). Mami I believe could also be at risk due to the presence of a number of her extended family on the 'US NO FLY' list. We learned at trial that MT is a US citizen.

Family tree of Marisela Arreaza Bustamente

https://gw.geneanet.org/sromeroa?lang=en&n=arreaza+bustamante&oc=0&p=marisela

Various member of the extended Arreaza Bustamente clan are on the US Treasury Dept and US State Department “no fly” list for entry into the US and have been on that list for years under prior US and Venezuelan administration’s.

The role of Marisela Arreaza in assisting her family to evade US government bans and funding questions has long been a question and area of inquiry and research. Is Marisela simply a funding conduit for her banned family in the US? Unclear but imo quite likely as her real estate holdings imo cannot be supported by bona fide or legitimate labour undertaken by her.

One of Marisela’s relatives was caught in the EU on a govt issued plane moving bars of gold for the Venezuelan govt and they and the plane were detained. The resolution of this seizure in Greece was unclear but it was reported in the press. The role of the late Fotis Dulos and his extended family and network of friends in facilitating these gold transfer activities in Greece was also unclear.

Here is article about the arrest and inquiry in Greece:

President Maduro Linked to Ugandan Gold Probe

Quote from article:

The Venezuelan opposition previously claimed a jet owned by Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza transported gold to Greece. Alexis Tsipras, Greece’s prime minister, is one of the few European leaders still supporting Maduro.

US Treasury sanctions info:

Details from US Treasury:

April 26, 2019 Washington – Today, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) designated, pursuant to E.O. 13692, as amended, Jorge Alberto Arreaza Montserrat, the Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Carol Bealexis Padilla de Arretureta, both of whom were determined to be current or former officials of the Government of Venezuela.

“The United States will not stand by and watch as the illegitimate Maduro regime starves the Venezuelan people of their wealth, humanity, and right to democracy,” said Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin. “Treasury will continue to target corrupt Maduro insiders, including those tasked with conducting diplomacy and carrying out justice on behalf of this illegitimate regime. This Administration stands with the Venezuelan people, and alongside an international coalition committed to holding accountable those who are responsible for Venezuela’s tragic decline.”

Today, OFAC designated the following persons:

Jorge Alberto Arreaza Montserrat was appointed the Venezuelan Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs in August 2017. Arreaza also held the following official positions prior to his appointment as Venezuela’s Foreign Minister: from 2010 to 2011, Arreaza was the Vice Minister of Scientific and Technological Development of the Ministry of Popular Power for Science, Technology, and Intermediate Industries; from 2011 until 2013, Arreaza was the Minister of Popular Power for Science, Technology, and Innovation; between 2013 and 2016, Arreaza was the Executive Vice President of Venezuela; in 2017, Arreaza was appointed the Minister of the People’s Power of Ecological Mining Development.

What continues to surprise is that “Michelle” Troconis has never been listed as a child of Marisela Arreaza Bustamente and various rumours existed to possibly explain this fact. Included in this list of possible reasons was that “Michelle” had a twin brother named “Michael” who died and that “Michelle” was never listed or that “Michelle” was transgender and is in fact the “Micheal” listed on the family tree.

Due to the absolute lack of press reporting on who precisely Michelle Troconis and her family actually are, it is impossible to know any of the details regarding convicted felon “Michelle” Troconis or any of her extended family member. We do know that supposedly the Venezuelan passport of “Michelle” Troconis was seized by the state of CT but given the absolute lack of attention to details by the State of CT Prosecutors and Judge Randolph, the status of the passport (believed to be expired but in theory could be renewed) is unknown. There was also the long held belief that due to spending time in Argentina that “Michelle” Troconis had a passport from Argentina but due to lack of diligence from the State of CT, this issue is unclear.

Her father has come in and out of US for years and is presently believed to be in Miami and continues to use a CSA (certified surgical assistant) license to operate in South Florida area under imo highly questionable circumstances. Papi Troconis has never been a licensed medical doctor in the US and has always operated outside the US in the Caribbean and South America using a medical license of some sort from Venezuela and is believed to use a 'clinic' operated by his oldest daughter. Papi Troconis briefly had medical doctor certification in the US to teach only and was never permitted to function as a working and practicing medical professional in the US, despite being called a “doctor” in the US by members of the Press who never did any due diligence.

Mami Troconis and her long history with the law in Southern Florida and her US federal diversion agreement signed in Southern FL District might have precluded her qualification for US citizenship and remains a question of current research.

I hope everybody sees justice for crimes such as money laundering. But I don't wish on anyone, even anyone from this grifting family, any detainment for simply being Venezuelan.
