GUILTY CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, deceased/not found, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #71

Blahblahblah -

This whole sordid mockery of reality makes my head want to explode 🤯🤯
A highly relevant CUSTODY REPORT ?

Stop the madness. It has no relevance - it never did - these people are beyond the pale
If I am Judge - I'd throw the whole thing out - Frivolous disregard for facts and a time wasting exercise for the court
Also she is using public defenders for this charade ?

Can't she just have a this tantrum on her own dime?

It’s just another ploy from the Troconis coven to attempt to both sully Jennifer Dulos’s name (the victim), and try and paint Michi (the co-conspiritor) as a “good person”. Dr Herman didn’t evaluate MT as a co-conspiritor, and had limited exposure to her. And… the Troconises are still attempting to say that Jennifer may not be dead, and exonerate Fotis Dulos at the same time. Now, why would she say that FD is innocent of murder, and Jennifer absconded for part unknown? Because she was involved in the planning. If she was innocent, she would be outraged that FD involved her, AND committed suicide and left her holding the proverbial bag. She certainly wouldn’t be trying to dirty up the victim.

Very true. As we've said from the beginning, if she were innocent, she would have immediately taken her daughter away from this high risk situation, fully cooperated with law enforcement (handed over her phone(s)), explained what was asked of her to do the morning of the murder (phones etc.) and waited in a safe place away from FD and the drama to find out what happened to his soon-to-be ex wife. There were soooo many immediate red flags for an innocent person to see this isn't a safe place for me or my daughter. An innocent person would wonder, why can't he see his children under such concerning circumstances? Shouldn't they be together comforting and supporting one another? Why isn't he concerned about the mother of his children's well being and frantically searching for her? Why are we doing these very unusual things like cleaning out car seats, burning documents, sealing up hefty bags and quickly tossing them outside of our leased dumpsters and on and on and on. An innocent person and an honorable mother would have protected her daughter and fled the situation IMMEDIATELY offering full cooperation with law enforcement without feigning "I speak a no english" and blaming her highly respected legal representation for her situation. She was represented by one of the best attorneys in the State of Connecticut for crying out loud. IDK where this is going to go, but it's certainly is facinating to watch.

...and who shaved his head? Was it before or after the Murder Eve Dinner Party? I'm pretty sure it was post dinner party and wouldn't an innocent person ask Why do you suddenly want me to shave your head? Aren't we exhuasted hosting a dinner party...can we do it tomorrow morning? Not possible the following day. Too many other things on the agenda.

Yup.

And that's what's missing too. No chance FD and KM's meat up was a unrelated. It was all planned. Which means there was a script. It just got destroyed IMO. No way this dance wasn't all written down and rehearsed, if not in action, in out loud. You go here, I go there. This vehicle this way, that vehicle that way.

That MT, to this day is trying to canary-sing that she's innocent because the report favored FD and JFd had a history of disappearing herself, tells me that was in the script. She can't let it go.

I think it's what she burned. I think she also burned reams of divorce papers because she knew the divorce was done, finished, over, finally.

Pay day. She was about to get FD to herself. 4 JC to herself. All the Farber trust money to herself. And a nanny to raise the kids so she could have the appearance of JFd's life without the work.

She's full of it. Celebratory dinner? To celebrate that the divorce was winding down? That FD would eventually be getting unsupervised visitation? Did MT think even for a servos that FD would get full custody, no child support obligations, JFd would lose full custody but be ordered to pay full child support? In what universe? That would NEVER have been the end of it.

The end of it was to make sure JFd couldn't contest FD's self-styled divorce. End the court's involvement right now, Take the kids, manipulate GF into paying up and make sure JFd never ever shows up to contest it.

Had FD been successful in abducting JFd from her garage but without a struggle, without blood loss, and been back at 4 JC before anyone knew she was missing, he might have pulled it off. No bus to capture the Tacoma. His alibi might have stuck. If he got back at 9ish... like he'd never left. And MT off having her Most Normal Day, nothing to see here folks, just MT waltzing around town taking selfies.

Had it gone according to plan (had JFd not fought like hell), there might not have been the Albany Odyssey of Stupidity. No blood in the Tacoma.

JFd died saving her children ... refusing to go down without a fight. All that careful planning fell apart....

Yet MT remains hung up on it. And doesn't even realize how much complicity that reveals! She knew how it was supposed to go.

Spot on as usual! Also want to add that if FD had been successful at his JOB and made the appropriate pivots in his FORE group business he wouldn't have had to grift of the Farber family. Self importance over self made was never his style I guess.

In other news, Michi’s foxy boyfriend has closed up his Breckenridge Churro shop, and dedicated himself to the one in New Jersey, in the Garden State Plaza. I imagine this is so he can visit her regularly. I wonder what the attraction can be, to a not-very-pretty menopausal 50 year old, who is currently spending 14 1/2 years in prison?

Wow, that's so interesting. Paramus NJ is a good 2.5 hour drive to Niantic, but you are right. Much closer. Fourteen and 1/2 years of limited visits and most likely no contact might strain the relationship. Especially at their age.

He always had the New Jersey shop (weird…NJ, and Breckenridge, but whatever…), so I imagine that it made sense to him to stay in NJ, and not open a churro shop in one of the malls in CT. Still, I imagined that he would have dropped Michi like a hot potato by now. That kinky sex must really be something! Anyway, he is not what I’d call a “looker”. During the trial, I rode down in the elevator with him, and as broad as my definition of handsome is, he did not fall anywhere within. Still, every old sock has an old shoe to match, so maybe this is how it works. Michi must be very convincing when she rails on and on about her innocence, too. I doubt that this guy really knows what happened, but I’d bet that her family knows what she did, and they just don’t care.

I think his name is Julio and they appear to have heritage in common. Although, I don't think a churro shop will provide the fancy lifestyle that she's was hoping for with Fotis. Maybe they just enjoy speaking spanish during visiting hours.

Yes, Julio. He probably has money, since he had more than one shop. And I don’t think MT is attracted to men without money.

Now seems like the perfect time to post her dreamy bedroom portrait again.

But I can't find it so...

You're welcome.

What do you think the plan was with the abduction (zip ties)? Where did they plan to murder her? Who was going to participate in her death?

The zipties tell the whole story.

I think he intended to incapacitate her, zio toe her, throw a baseball cap on and drove her vehicle away (to appear as her). Destination unknown. 80 MS, maybe. Transferred to a second vehicle, maybe. Another Suburban, another driver, another rooftop storage container, maybe.

He never intended to leave any sign of a struggle. I think he used his children at the picnic dinner to learn (by watching) the garage security code. As vigilant as JFd no doubt was, she would not have been expecting him to be in her garage. Which is exactly where I think he was, lying in wait. As soon as she exited her vehicle, he intended to subdue her. Then restrain her.

But she fought back with the strength of a thousand warriors, and from that moment, FD was reeling, panicking and improvising.

He may have intended to keep her alive long enough to get passwords, account numbers, whatever else he could pull from her.

Where he would have held her or ultimately murder her, I can only guess. He has access to so many places, doubled if KM was part of that step.

In water. In cement. In multiple locations.

It all fell apart when he left the bloodbath in the garage, took hours longer than planned, had no easy way to move her from her vehicle to the Tacoma (which may not have been in the original plan either). For sure, he didn't intend to transfer blood into PG's truck --

I think he may have intended to pass her to KM for "safe-keeping", may have intended to get back to 4 JC and perpetuate the office meeting alibi, to make it look like he and KM were together while KM was off doing whatever it was they conspired to do.

Whatever did happen at 80 MS, with a knife for cutting and ponchos, may have been part of the original plan or not.

But there's a long list of things that these three braintrusts didn't factor for, all of which incriminate them.

FD did only one smart thing. Diabolical as the rest, just smart from a self-protection standpoint -- IMO he enlisted KM and MT in ways that fully insured him from then turning on him. He made certain they were equally culpable and therefore can't turn on him without convicting themselves.

Which tells ME they're both far more involved than we can even imagine.

When LE executed the search warrants on 4 JC, I wavy to know if they found volumes of divorce papers. By my math, there should have been reams of them. Contested divorce, hundreds of motions.

If LE didn't find that, why?

I contend that that's what MT was burning. Because she couldn't help herself. She was so ecstatic to be done with the divorce, that burning it to the ground was her happy dance.

She couldn't contain her excitement. Same as at the Murders Eve banquet.

Getting JFd gone solved everything, in their minds.

Evil.

Very good questions, Pernickety! Who was going to participate, indeed?

I agree with your theory. I think the original plan hatched by Fotis immediately went south when Jennifer fought desperately for her life (i.e. crawling under the car) and they dealt with Plan B under FD’s frantic direction with the surprise circumstances, weaving in and out of the new plan and the old plan (back on track with the altered license plates and dumping trash bags in public trash cans far away from Farmington where MT on que opens the car door to hide the nefarious activity). How three minds didn’t fore see CCTV possibilities is mind blowing, but I, for one, are thankful they didn’t. Oh, and NOW we have to switch out a car seat blah blah blah and etc…so new plans/old plans was the theme of the day and weeks to come.

An innocent person would have wondered why in the heck are we doing all of this high paced activity in a matter of 24 hours? Something we’ve never ever done before. And it just happens to be on the day and day after my boyfriends soon to be ex wife has gone missing? Why aren’t we hitting pause with worry for her safety? Searching every forrest, field and parkland? Why doesn’t my boyfriends soon to be ex MIL allow his children to see him during this high stress situation? Something doesn’t add up here. Evil Evil Evil is spot on.

Stmfd Advocate article today re her habeas trial witness list.

"...Troconis' witness list for the habeas trial includes Colangelo, Bowman, attorney Norm Pattis who represented her boyfriend Fotis Dulos, who died by suicide in January 2020 while facing murder and other charges in his estranged wife's death.

"...Pawel Gumienny, a former employee of Fotis Dulos, and his attorney Lindy Urson are also on the Troconis list. Kent Mawhinney, a friend of Fotis Dulos, and his attorney Jeffrey Kestenband are also on Troconis' potential witness list..."

Kent Mawhinney is on the potential witness list? I wonder what that means-everyone else appears to be definitely on the list-I wonder why she may not want him testifying? Are Mawhinney and Troconis supposed to be in contact with each other? I wonder if they have been?

What do we think will happen in MT’s upcoming court proceeding? I am assuming this will take place in the same courthouse in Stamford, where she was convicted…I wonder if it will be open to the public? It might be an interesting drive over there, to see what this is like. There are a lot of witnesses to hear from, so maybe a multi day event.

I have in my notes it will happen on 1/5/26, 1/9/26 & 1/16/26 - all at 10am.
