Well Crikey, give poor Relevant Rena a break. She prolly can't read US papers and knows only what lil shrimpy, er FD tells her.

Besides what's a big Sis for if it isn't to enable lil bro?
Exactly!!!! Whatever it takes...

If FD is so caring and innocent, per RD’s delusions, then why no specific examples of his kindness and sacrifice for others? Literally, not one specific example has come out in defense of FD that would counter JD claims about him.

She has that typical “herd” mentality that many close-knit cultures have where the person they like or are related to can do no wrong in their eyes. Even if that person is a murderer and they know it, they will defend them to the end. She has no place commenting on this case as she is as demented as her murderer brother.

I've wondered about why RD was facebook friends w/ GF. Were
the D's making an effort to befriend the Farbers at FD's sugggestion?
Maybe I'm just cynical but I've seen numerous examples of people
trying to befriend 'old' people right before they're ready to kick.
Sometimes they position themselves so it pays off.
Don't you think people often maintain "friendships" on Facebook with people from whom they're estranged to keep an eye on what they're saying and doing? (Not that I would....ahem!)

I know!
“I hope everything will end nicely” What?

Last time I heard a similar statement was during a highly competitive bake off.

(Darn it, gotta go to work. Will read up on you soon smart people)

IMO it's a bizarre and irrelevant missive from left field, and fluff piece that does nothing to address any of the charges against FD, his treatment of his wife who was in fear for her life, the money he owes his wife's parents, the years of acrimonious divorce proceedings when he refused to provide financial info to the court, or the attendant damage that has been inflicted on their family. Oh, and the disappearance of his wife and mother of his children right after a 'serious physical assault'. How dare they dance around the reality of the situation, it's misinformed at best, IMO. Save it for your personal SM to people who know your family and want to hear something like this about your family member who has been charged with serious criminal activity and is being investigated for murdering his wife.

IMO who cares, and no it is not 'relevant', whether he seemed like a decent guy to his birth family who saw 'another side' of him. What a joke, sis, this is yet another whitewash piece thrown out to the media on FD's behalf trying to make him seem like he's not a total monster; just like FD's lawyer has been doing. I don't think it's well written at all, just asks the same question over and over again, in a rambling, nonsensical, flowery, style of prose that paints a picture of a guy with some ambitions that happens to be a family member. Consider the source, JMO.
There should be a huge black box warning on all attorney/family/friend articles about this joker: "Consider the source before swallowing this garbage."

It's interesting that it took a month to even herd the sister into the "speak for FD" corral! Where, indeed, are the others?

The money going to Greece probably stopped in 2017, and FD probably told his family there that it was because JD was divorcing him and holding “his” money hostage with the divorce. I am sure he never told his sister that all of the money was Farber money, and not Dulos money.
I agree. Doubt they had a clue.

There was a Silver Alert put out on her that evening, I wonder if that is how he learned of her disappearance.
The distribution of the Silver Alert has generated quite a bit of commentary on earlier threads. Many saw the Silver Alert later on the evening JD went missing, some saw it the next day and others mentioned not seeing Silver Alert at all and read about it in paper. I'm not even certain that a Silver Alert from NC would be posted all over the State. Have to research this more as it would make sense if Silver Alert was statewide immediately.

I think there’s risk here of a supplemental agenda re ReDu’s formal press release/statement today.

I think her Plan B is “Pick me! Pick me!” as the guardian for JD’s kids because the money follows the kids.

I don’t know ReDu, so for all I know the strategy is pure FoDu/Team NP.

I think early on FD and his perpetual mouthpiece psychic channeler a la Whoppie Goldberg as Patrick Swayze in Ghost NP did what FD likely did on every project and every job: over promised and underdelivered. Pitch first. We’ll worry over the details and figure out how to fake it till we fake it later.

NP told everybody (if I correctly recall) about this TBA mystery alibi witness guest from Greece who was coming in who was they fronted full confidence was going to be able to vouch for FD and back up his story Uh I mean innocence.

They worked this woman over for three or four days. Wouldn’t you vomit to be a fly on the wall of that hard drive during drafts one through ten of her statement — until they were able to patch together something bait and twitchy.

I’m guessing she agreed to this draft only under three or four days of pretty intense pressure, but at the end of the day it’s the styrofoam box of wilted iceberg lettuce, a slice of Kraft, a a mealy hothouse tomato wedge on a piece of Wonder — it ain’t the luxury villas or Kylie Jenner rendezvous on the private yacht at FyreFest you were told was coming.

Too little too late and totally different from what you were promised is what this is.

Epic Fail. But ReDu must be to some extent vulnerable legally and otherwise likely due to the chuck wagon and the business conflicts of interests, plus some degree of darkness she’s always been kept in and assumptions of normalcy and gaslighting and snake charming by the serpent in chief, the Pater Familias, Baby Brother.

She might not know where the bodies are buried. It doesn’t snow much in Greece you know. Have I got a job for you!!!

Facebook is filled with Frenemies!!

They aren’t likely going to be picking a jury over there, so it doesn’t really matter how much support he has in Greece.

The sister of Fotis Dulos, estranged husband of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos, says “he is not the person they say he is”
"
Rena Dulos said that she had talked to Jennifer about the divorce two years ago when it started. She said that she was emailing with her until about six months ago when her lawyers told her to stop.

“We had a fantastic relationship even when the court situation started. She was a loving person for our family and we are so much worrying about her and I hope everything will end nicely,” Rena Dulos said.
"

Hope LE can find those emails and read their discussions....They should certainly cast some insight into JD. (Add-on....I would think she might turn to FD's older sister for advice on how to work with FD.)

It’s possible that as FD waited to be notified by LE of JD’s disappearance, he became more anxious and impatient.

Wondering if his kids and their grandmother GF knew anything yet, FD made a call to them under the guise he was calling about their weekend plans.

It’s possible one of the kids, if they were told yet, told FD that JD was missing. FD may have then said he was coming to NYC to get them.

At which time GF called the body guards. And FD & MT made the trip to Albany Ave.

MOO

IMO, he did not expect to receive the call yet, because he still had the trash bags and had not yet completed, IMO, the 'Set Up' of the Ex-Employee by the 'Trash Bin Odyssey of Stupidity'.

FD would have definitely wanted to get those bags taken care of first since he would not want them anywhere near him or one of his properties when he is notified.

Since FD could only have Supervised visits with the children and Supervised phone conversations, I highly doubt that he could have direct phone contact with them and vice versa through conversation, texting, or IM.

It is possible to block people from calling to and receiving from someone's phone. I have done this with my grandson's phone and I had to enter a passcode that he does not know, nor could he figure out.

IMO, LE contacted FD late Friday night or early Saturday morning, after they determined that a 'serious physical assault' happened in JD's garage at 69 Welles Lane and GF told LE about the contentious divorce.

IMO, LE saw FD as prime suspect #1 right from the start and took measures to not make a situation where FD would Run.

LE took their time and kept everything even keel so not to spook FD until they could get enough evidence to make the arrest.

IMO, FD and MT would have turned their phones off for the 'Odyssey' had they already known LE was on the case.

The circumstances of that early FD trip to NCPD headquarters was also something that wasn't fully explained IMO in terms of timing. FD must have had notice and agreed to show up as he lined up his atty to attend the meeting. I'm also not so sure anyone in JD friend group would have raised the alert with FD. Wonder if his first call was from NCPD? I also wonder what time the friends showed up at NCPD headquarters to file the report as it no doubt took time to take the information etc.
Exactly, FD would probably be the last person JD's friends or family would call if they were concerned about her whereabouts. They were estranged. He had threatened her. She was afraid for her life. He was not allowed to contact their children or speak with them or see them without court appointed supervision.

The very next week after 2 long years in divorce court, FD was due to be in divorce court to finally cough up the financial information that he had been refusing to provide in the previous court proceedings, that would probably show what a sham his life was, and what a scammer and fraud he was.

So FD would be the last person for family or friends to check in with, IMO. Now LE, once she was reported missing, that would be another thing entirely, IMO. They were probably already on alert to be on the lookout for FD to do something terrible to his estranged wife, and jumped right on it that same day, which FD was not expecting, hence the early evening dumping of evidence that had JD's blood on it and / or the disposing of her body early the next morning at his nearby NC property.

'Be prepared' isn't just the Boy Scout motto; LE was ready to snap to as soon as they were alerted, and so were JD's friends and family. I've heard of some people on the periphery in DV situations to call local police stations and just tell them, 'hey, you should be aware that if ___ every goes missing, you should look at ____ right away for these reasons'. Or LE could have already been on top of the situation 'through the grapevine' -- NC is not that big of a town.

JMO, it's very tragic that all their vigilance and quick reaction time couldn't save JD from a soulless maniac who took her life, but it was very heroic on her part to fight back (which I assume she did when attacked in the garage due to the blood evidence LE found), and do everything she could to protect her children, to have a plan in place and regular check-ins with friends and family, etc. Way to go, JD, friends, and family. Very admirable, and a saving grace for your family involved unwittingly with such a monster. I also think something big is about to break in the case as LE finishes running to ground the 1000+ tips, dozens of video surveillance, and processing evidence from a month of combing through MIRA. All JMO.

This report said the Silver Alert was issued on Saturday, May 25th:

Police issued a silver alert for Dulos Saturday and, in an Instagram post Tuesday, said her SUV was found the day she went missing.Jennifer Dulos, a New Canaan, Conn., mother, is missing. What we know. | Boston.com

If it were my sister or friend who was missing under these circumstances I would reach out to the estranged husband before contacting police. I don't see a down-side to contacting him and trying to gauge his reaction. But I know others might feel differently. JMO.
