The Supervisor is the protect the children and to keep the entire interaction within the guidelines of the Court Order.

FD - No private contact or conversation with any of the children.

FD - No speaking in any other language than English.

FD - No derogatory talk of their mother and/or the divorce and the custody process.

I think that the Supervisor would just stick around the children and may or may not have noticed if FD stepped to the side of the house for a minute, unless FD and the children were playing around that side of the house.

LE has surely interviewed the Supervisor in great detail.

I’ve been at tases supervised visits. It’s possible that the supervisor didn’t realize FD went into the house or maybe he had to use the bathroom- or so he said. Sone of them can be lax.

I speak from limited experience with friends and family:
Attorneys advise spouses seeking custody to be extremely nice, no yelling, no angry emails, texts or social media. They're instructed to look like choir boys on Facebook, erasing any distasteful posts.

It's all about the old saying of drawing more flies with honey...

Someone like Jennifer who once loved FD would want so much to believe he was cleaning up his act for their children's sake.

He is a player. We saw that for ourselves on TV.
He played her to get access to her father's money, to birth children for access to their trust funds. Of course he could play her to get an invitation to the kids' end of school celebration. He knew which buttons to push for sympathy.

Two years is a long time to be angry and anxious and a peaceful moment would be welcome for Jennifer.

I don't believe he had to break into her garage. I believe he walked up and said, "Hey, let's talk about how to make life good for our children," and she would have turned her back to lead him into the house for a cup of coffee.

Then her life ended.
(The rest of you are doing a good job of sleuthing what happened next.)

I also agree that’s it’s highly possible that he pulled up and said something like that and being vulnerable and wanting to believe he can change, she said ok.

I have a horrible feeling that Jennifer will never be found. It totally makes sense to me now why he put the license plate in the drain. It wouldn’t incinerate.

I believe most of the bags went to MIRA and were incinerated before the 2 bags that LE found before pick up. Jennifer I’m afraid to
say it, was in those bags.

Yes. I have a friend who’s relative works for them and he said they get incinerated very quickly, sometimes the same day.

Link to an article from an unsolved murder of a woman which occurred in 1998 at the West Hartford Resevoir. Very close to the location of where the powerline hits the Red Trail. In fact in the photo of the powerline this site was directly behind me. That area runs next to Old Mountain Road.

Regarding the IMO theory that FD walked down the powerline from behind his house to the Red Trail at West Hartford Resevoir, I can’t account for the section closest to his house but the lower part is very clear, graveled, and downhill (pic 1)

This powerline connects to the top left corner of there Red Trail and goes to the right to the far left corner of Reservoir 3, (pic 2), which LE reported putting a dive team in 7/3.

With my 30lb child in a child-carrier backpack I walked a section of the red trail from the parking lot to the intersection with the powerline and then to the left corner of Res 3. Also up over a grassy hill that holds several utilities.
A couple things I learned: you would have to dig off past the edge of the woods, off somewhere your digging won’t be heard or overseen and still be able to find your way back to it, and good luck with that poison ivy. There are paths that branch off from both sides of that section. Also walking that section is completely uphill. Which was very grueling with a 30lb backpack, seeing as I am not in shape. If I didn’t have a heart attack from learning our Farmington car tax bills were over due I am certainly having one now lol.

@afitzy requested me to post photos of 585 deer cliff road which I obtained by someone who went there and took photos for me. It’s a run down abandoned place and he ran by it the second day of his morning jog. Apparently it’s less than 3 min jog from 4 JC.

been in litigation for 2+ years regarding contract to build a custom

I am assuming most of us have watched and or read FoDu’s interview with NBC NY at this point. In this thread and the previous thread many of y’all referenced FoDu’s comments re: that since April of 2019 he and JD, according to FoDu, we’re having a more cordial relationship up until the 24th of May.

ITA with how everyone feels. If indeed JD and FoDu were communicating more directly and more cordially, I truly believe the reasons were twofold.

1. FoDu was trying to butter her up in the hopes of going to mediation at some point. Eventually, IMO, FoDu realized that the estate suit was still going forward. The financial documents were going to have to be produced. The custody case was still moving forward as well. Once he recognized IMO the attempts to put the divorce/custody case in mediation would not be successful he began plotting JD’s murder. MOO!

2. If FoDu was still cordial with JD at this point he was trying to lower JDs guard. Because he already intended to kill her. JMO.

He was probably trying a new tactic after his visitation was suspended March-May 2019 by Judge Heller bc he was not complying with the Judge’s orders. JMO. He was probably seriously plotting and planning for JDs murder from This point on. MOO!

LE I hope does too, and is on to his shenanigans, it is way too obvious that money is the main motive, life was about to implode and JD was not giving in to halting the court proceedings even after he was buttering her up with the old charm technique. JD was on to him and that infuriated him, so he plotted to get her out of the picture to gain her money as spouse - he is now dropping divorce proceedings - and control of the kids trust fund money. Hey I guy has to eat!
His plan went horribly wrong and cover up was bad so he had to get another person to look like they did it, so he could get jury doubts so conviction would be tough. We need to remember how smart and cunning he is and his attorney is the same. LE needs a very seasoned team working as protection.
I just wish they could get even part of JD body for evidence, they got the pilot that wood chipped his wife with a fingernail only....maybe the DNA on the clothes and sponge is enough????? I am going to pray to St Anthony to help LE find her - I know I sound cooky but really really want her found.....Thank LE for cameras in Hartford and GF for acting so fast to block FD access to kids, or they would be with him right now. Hope her deep pockets keep them away from him.

It occurs to me that an accomplice whose only job was to dispose of her body, could have been given a short list of properties like this one by FD and was left to choose the site. This way FD could truthfully say he did not know (exactly) where she is, which is something he has already said.

It also occurs to me that the same accomplice may have said to FD (when the plan fell apart), that he take the bags up to Albany ave and dispose of them, because the accomplice knew the area and and trash pick up. A kind of "while you do this, I will do that" situation. I do not believe this accomplice is the person referred to as EE.

I made a cursory look.
On May 29 there is a renewed order for compliance or default in producing all of the Fore/FD financial records by GF in her financial lawsuit. Not new to the discussion about finances being a reason for the attack on JD but it shows additional pressure here to deliver ALL financial information from all sources.
The LAMIKANRA, OLADEJO v. DULOS, FOTIS Et Al lawsuit is interesting in that it details how FD manipulated on a real estate deal. Confirms how manipulative he is.
I could not access the divorce documents.

I would like her found also. It would be better for her family to have the truth and the truth to send him to jail. I noticed in the course doc how much he attacks truth.

I agree with your thinking here. However, it’s probably something FD would have been concerned about if it didn’t completely incinerate. That piece of evidence leads directly back to him.

Glad to hear people like to see them! More are coming but need to find good way to put them all in one place to view as posting single pictures makes things hard I think. When I post the pictures as a group I will put them in the media thread so they don't get lost in the threads here.

If there are any sites that people are interested in just post the names as I have a couple of free days due to the holiday. So far on the list: train tracks from NC station to Talmadge Hill, Lapham Rd. location where JD Suburban was found along with the NC Town mulch pit across the street, better picture of pond at Waveny that was drained, and Irwin Park.

For those not from this area its hard to explain that woodlands are everywhere. There is very little true open space in the way that you might see in the midwest or southwest for example. Waveny Park complex is probably about the most open land that is in NC and Irwin Park also is largely open space except for the rear of the park. Houses here (other than downtown locations in NC) are literally plucked down in a cleared area in the woods. NC does have some areas that are more rolling hills that have been cleared over time and so look a bit more like farms on cleared land than true woodlands but truly the woods are never far away from anything in the area IMO.

I also took some shots at Brown's Reservoir today using a different route than normal so saw the signs that it is protected by cameras. Not sure how the cameras (didn't actually see any cameras BTW) are distributed as its a sizable area and Brown's is smaller than some of the other reservoirs that people have asked about. I've never seen these camera signs before so will look for them at the other area reservoirs as I get time.

Do we know if the disposal of the plates in the sewer was the last stop in the bag disposal odyssey? Could they have been used to disguise the truck until the last stop, removed and deposited at the last moment?
