Actually there is a process for those who feel they've been ill
served by member of the judiciary in Ct., he's the Chief Judge
who oversees other judges, at least that's how it works in
the Ct. Probate system. Of course that doesn't mean anything would be done but I would think JD's family would look into this.
If you have any money in. CT it takes at least a few years to get divorced if there isn’t an agreement . It can take a while to make an agreement. Lawyers generally prefer holding out for an agreement between parties that go to trial. I actually had to pay my ex husband as I made more money. We lived in Avon at the time . I kept house and 2 cars and still had to pay monthly

Property Address Search
None of the Farmington properties are listed on the Connecticut Court site as being in foreclosure. Link is attached, I tried Avon and Farmington as JC is on the border.
There are many posts on JD's thread and links to court documents that FD had not paid the mortgage on the house he was living in in over 6 months (since last Fall). Who knows how long it would take for the default to hit the books and be searchable online. IMO, there is a very tangled financial situation between FD and his estranged wife and her parents whom funded his development projects, and to this day are (her mother still living) suing him for over $2 million in unpaid loans.

It flipped several times? I wonder why. Something could have been wrong with the structure of the house. So each owner sold it to the next one. Highly unethical and/or illegal, but maybe.

So the new owners defaulted within 2 yeas and it was foreclosed on? Then why bring it up on this thread?
I don’t see any foreclosures on Jefferson Crossing on the CT Court Housing site. On this link (which is the Farmington Property site) you can look at the details re: each of the sales...https://www.propertyrecordcards.com/SearchMaster.asps?towncode=052

If you’re just out gardening, mowing grass etc then you probably won’t get into poison ivy. I’m local to Farmington/Avon and you’d ha e to be walking through woods to get it
I think the fact that he had a bad case of poison ivy tells us that he was out in the woods doing something he probably shouldn't have been/wasn't usual for him; but it does nothing to narrow down where that might have been within the entire state of CT, unfortunately.

Now I’m confused!

What house on Jefferson Xing had FD, MT, and her daughter actually been living in?

It’s the same house that he and Jennifer and their kids lived it, right?
And the same house he’s in now?

It has also been reported that the Farber’s co-signed the loan and GF has probably paid expecting to be repaid via the courts, IMO.

It just dawned on me that FD built all the houses on Jefferson Crossing. I know most people feel his houses aren't that great, but to me they are stunning.
And @Hazelnutty , the entire state is beautiful. I no longer live there and when I see the beautiful pics it is bittersweet for me. Each town has it's own flavor and history. Was a wonderful place to raise children. Tons of private schools and all the public schools were quite good.
They may be large homes but some of the construction is not great

I think someone saw on Zillow or site like that that it recently sold, and assumed because Fore/FD developed JC it was sold by him.
The lots/home/properties that Fore Group currently owns/has for sale in Farmington are on Mountain Spring Road. There’s also the old FD/JD house in Avon (where Grandma got run over) and the Talmadge Hill house in NC.[/
Now I’m confused!

What house on on Jefferson Xing were FD, MT, and her daughter actually been living in?

#4, which is listed under JD and FD, not Fore Group.

I take it you went to trial. So did I. I think you got screwed. So did I.
:(

I think CT is the worst of all the states to get a divorce. Unless you know the system and how to get away with lying, hiding finances, defaulting on divorce stipulations!

I wonder if there is a grain of truth in what FD says, that things had become more cordial in recent time between he and JD. I wonder if this was a calculated strategy on his part so that if he pulled up to the house that Friday morning with someone else, JD would not have felt threatened or alarmed. After all there was someone with him perhaps someone she knew.

I wonder if that someone was someone who, more indirectly, stood to lose their business (unpaid contractor for ex.) or an employee who could sure use an untraceable sum of immediate cash. Someone because of their circumstances, he knew would keep their mouths shut . Someone who couldn't talk now because they would incriminate themselves. (not EE)

I can see her getting out of her car and turning and going into the house and being hit. The accomplice immediately puts the body in the tool compartment of his truck. FD cleans up and puts bags in truck.
He drives her car to Waveney Park, and he is picked up by accomplice in the truck. They go to Mt. Spring the bags are put in his truck and the body goes off with the accomplice for disposal.

FD can honestly say he doesn't know where she is and if he hadn't been so stupid with his phone and if there had been no cameras on Albany Ave., he could have said he and MT went out for dinner and it would be hard to prove otherwise.
The altered plates are used on the accomplices truck and taken off back at Mt. Spring.

Two huge mistakes;
1. the blood in the garage
2. the trip to Albany that was recorded by their phones and therefore the cameras.
All this is totally my opinion,
Tool compartment!! Great thinking!!

Thank you!

Re your comment about FD:
I’ll say both!

Sometimes we just have to be grateful for the misery at hand.

I've had terrible cases of poison ivy where the worst thing imaginable would be to have clothes or anything else touching it.

Knowing FD was clad in a thick polyester jumpsuit without a full array of lotions and potions to soothe the rash makes me far happier than it should.

We may not know where he found it but, thankfully, he did.

The symptoms vary in severity from person to person. The plant oil canbegin to penetrate the skin within 5-10 minutes of contact. Poison ivy rash canappear in as little as 4 hours or as longas 2-3 weeks after exposure. Generally, the first blisters appear within 1-14 days.

I was just happy FoDu was itching while he was waiting to bond out. Lol.

“Sources said police also are trying to determine why Fotis Dulos is covered in a poison ivy rash and where he may have gotten it. They noticed the poison ivy last week when they executed a body search warrant on him and took his DNA.”

Police return to Hartford trash plant Sunday in search for missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos as estranged husband hires new lawyer

The date of the body search was May 31st. Just an FYI.
Soooo true ... We have poison oak here in the west . I am so allergic to it that I only came in contact with a leafless twig that I draped my jacket over ( not knowing ) and I had a slight rash the next couple days on my chin that turned it not a full blown anaphylactic episode that turned my face into the elephant man and down my throat .... 1 hospital stay 3 weeks and 4 cortisone shots later ...
