I tend to agree with you, but NP seems to have become involved in all of FD's legal issues. If there is wiggle room, NP knows about it and will use, IMO. Unless FD is having a nervous breakdown, I'll bet he is being advised on all his legal issues at the moment. Didn't one of the MSMs actually post the "upcoming court dates," and the deposition was included?
Maybe his boat ran out of gas while water skiing!

Last time I drove down MS road there was still pink tape surrounding the yard. Grass was becoming overgrown. If LE vehicles were there even people driving by may not even notice them. IMO

Drove by MS tonight. No more stakes or tape. Grass is all manicured. Looks like things are going back to normal . So sad.

Yes, but why would NCN tell him not to show up? There were no motions filed by FD to postpone the deposition and so it seems like he had the obligation to show up as the court had scheduled the deposition and he was formally requested to show up. Couldn't he have simply shown up and did what he did in Family Court and take the 5th due to the ongoing criminal investigation? I'm not getting the advice to simply not show, especially as I think this was the second time he didn't show.

I don’t think NCN is representing him in this particular matter, is he? That’s not to say that he wouldn’t or couldn’t have advised FD not to go to the deposition. But I suspect that FD might have figured it out all on his own.

NP may have overlooked the deposition, but I seriously doubt it. It probably won't be important because FD can say he was without qualified and trusted representation and would have been dependent on attorneys who have filed to be relieved of their counsel to him, so he couldn't possibly sit for said deposition without legal advice.

NP said in an earlier MSM source that "FD will talk when I tell him to talk." I got the distinct feeling that Pettis has tight control over what he allows his clients to do.

With FD's current legal issues, I can see the court granting him ANOTHER extension. And, as I stated, in MOO a reasonable judge might grant that extension. Hope I'm wrong!

NCN says that discovery is underway on the current charges against MT and FD so it looks like these cases are moving along if even at a slow pace. He also mentioned that LE is looking at the possibility that the rear entrances of both 4JX and JD NC houses were used in one way or another which I thought was an interesting statement. The statement was also made that the FD cell phone was in Farmington all day (assuming he meant the 24th/Missing Date) and that LE were investigating other means to prove location of FD on the 24th. He also made it sound like he hasn't received much info in terms of cell history etc. from the State and I thought that was interesting too given that they probably have it for the known phones.

I think she may have thought better of being on here, lest she get “outed”, and lose her job. I think she was legit, but I think she is understandably frightened. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had a mod delete her posts, because FD would likely figure out who she was and sue the school.

Didn't she clearly state she was no longer a teacher at that school?
even still, it seems a little out of place for her comments, considering the state of affairs with the father she was discussing.

I think this speaks for itself. NP has spent a lot of time speaking for MT and encouraging her through the media to come into the fold. He even suggested he could provide a dual defense. All the while Mr.Bowman has had little to say. Until then. And even then he gave little up. MOO.

I would file that "dual defense" under the list of things cops laugh about over drinks. MT's lawyers too.

Take a listen and see what you think. What I heard is that the States Atty and his staff are in contact with Pattis and Crew and that the hindering/tampering case is moving forward and discovery is happening as we speak. Things seem to be moving slowly but the States Atty isn't talking here and so all we have is Pattis Patter for what its worth. I'm always game to read or listen to virtually anything on a case so I do listen to this morning radio show when the case is discussed (JMO as many love these announcers, just not my cup of tea!).

On the billionaire case, I don't know anything about it but it seems Pattis is representing the wife. Will see what is out there on it but it apparently involves alot of money and some very odd behavior.

Man I feel so anxious about finding JD. I just want LE to arrest his a$$ for PM Murder . But then I think back to Laci and it took almost 4 months for her body to be found . Which has renewed my spirit and makes it seem less of a hopeless cause . I can be a bit of a pessimist.... When I look back on that case , which I mentioned was in my back yard , it dawned on me that Connor would be 16 enjoying HS . My eldest children are a tad older but were “babies” themselves when he/she were murdered in 2002. They have flourished into responsible respectable contributing adults which he will never get the chance to do at the hands of his own FATHER ! This case has renewed my fire to help in anyway I can to put monsters like SP and FD away forever.

Did I say I’d be quiet? Well...I’m just so horrified about this situation that when I have a few minutes, I let it drift around in my mind. So, now that I know who makes those car carriers like that seen on FD’s SUV, I checked out the site.

Cargo carriers

There are general carriers and some that are for skis. I’m posting a few screenshots from the website. Note their durability amid an array of conditions and size of one of the ski types. Just interesting.

Agree that the carrier would be easy to use as a carrying case for a small person (120 pound JD), and would also be easier to maneuver on and off a vehicle and 'through the woods' using a rope or cable to drag along the ground due to its aerodynamic shape, light weight, and capsule-like design.

IMO, the only thing that may not fit for this scenario would be mounting it on the vehicles mentioned in MSM that day that were in use by FD and EE -- both pickup trucks. Would one of these be mountable on top of a truck cab, or would the only scenario be mounting it on JD's SUV before moving it to Waveny Park, then taking it off and putting it in the bed of one of the trucks?

As far as I know, these were not dumpsters...they were your average garbage cans along a major route in a bad neighborhood. God knows what bs was fed to MT by FD as they went along their merry way. I'm no prude, but the fact that MT is living with this married man, narcissist 101, makes me think she is incredibly insecure and gullible too. MT likely didn't know that the Farbers were funding his operation...on that note, FD you have to be building 5 or so houses at a time, instead of just the one Mr. Big Shot?! Lord knows, I'm sure you manipulated the hell out of poor JD to justify your spending. You were "doing something worthwhile with the trust fund". Just like Scott Peterson, you will go down FD. Enjoy your freedom while it lasts. I'm too consumed by this case...it's too close to home (literally). Come on LE...cover all bases, even the obvious ones.

As for the garbage receptacles ... Inside Editon ( I know u know don’t judge ) drive Albany Ave and showed the cans which were typical city receptacles with a lid and 4 slots to deposit refuse .

Every time I see that pic of the vehicle with everybody around it, I always wonder who might have taken that picture? And where were they standing? What were they standing on? I'm guessing they are pulled up to a cabin or something that has steps going up to it and somebody is up on the steps/deck/whatever taking the pic??
