The precedent here of ignoring repeated documented willful noncompliance and bird shooting at the courts shocks the conscience and endangers the public as well as undermines confidence in a “justice for all”; “equal rights, equal treatment, and equal protections under the law”; and the very rule of law itself.
Additionally this is so troubling from the perspective of a two world order as concerns the justice system.
Evidence of a serious violent bloody physical assault, incompetently cleaned up. >30 bags of bloody evidence of likely a slain mother of five dumped in a different town by MT & FD, almost certainly designed to mislead the focus of law enforcement away from the perpetrators and onto the working poor, the homeless, a less privileged area than the one in which MT & FD openly lived large as adulterous deadbeat squatters among the people the conned and betrayed with abandon.

I think about FD & MT’s pretrial release situation, their noncompliance, the charges they face, their conduct while out on bail. And then I think about KB. Who lives, who dies, who tells your story?
