This is sad. So NP is suggesting Jennifer took off or killed herself because she might have been sick? With what? Depression? Menopause? A chronic disease? Cancer? Whatever it is, it will make her a more sympathetic figure. Not everyone who is sick offs themself. Especially a mother of 5 children. These numerous, extreme suggestions are getting really really old. She was murdered at her home and taken away. Please.

I think NP is making the public really NOT like him and FD. Maybe FD can sue NP for all these crazy antics instead of proper legal guidance. Can a client sue his lawyer if he isn’t paying him. What a mess.

It wouldn't surprise me if FD was behind a lot of NP's garbage talk.

It seems to me like their have been several cases where the defense has gotten out front and tried to poison the well then try for change of venue. If I remember correctly it didn't work out that well when their clients had been in the media. I'm thinking Jodi Arias, Sidney and Tammy Moorer and others.

Not sure how you can ask for change of venue when the defense is responsible for keeping things front and center in the media.

This could backfire big time IMO.

I haven’t had time to read all the posts yet and will ASAP but it makes me so mad to see these women sashaying around in designer innocent white suits and high heels when Jennifer was dumped in some unknown location and her children miss her every night and her mother is having to go through hell everyday to fight this crazy legal system and have a new slap in the face everyday by NP and FD. I think somebody in charge has forgotten there is a victim and a family suffering and the public is wondering when it became against the law to not believe lies . Thank you WS people for giving comfort to the honest people and families of victims.

Michelle Troconis, 44, appeared in court in Stamford, Connecticut on Thursday

During the hearing related to her charges in the disappearance of New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos, 50, her bail conditions were addressed

Farber Dulos is the estranged wife of Troconis' lover, Fotis Dulos

Both are free on $500k bail on charges of hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence related to Farber Dulos' May 24 disappearance

Troconis had been approved to leave the state for multiple days through Wednesday so long as she wore a tracking device and stayed with a relative

The GPS ankle tracker malfunctioned, however, her attorney said and she returned back to Connecticut after being gone for just one day

The judge said the weak signal should not be an issue because Troconis will not leave the state again with first obtaining pre-approval

Troconis's case has been continued to August 19. Fotis Dulos appears August 2..."

This is REALLY the heart of all our posts. Jennifer remains missing....from her family, friends, and beloved children. I can't even begin to imagine the pain that fills the hearts of those who love her most dearly. Justice long delayed can be agony for the families of victims. Thank you for reminding all of us...I hope some of the people affiliated with the legal portion of this process remember this, too.
