He wanted all the benefits and power. What a sick 🤬🤬🤬 he is. Who wants to share a house with a husband's mistress and expose children to the $hitshow. I wonder what his childhood was like?
It could have worked if they had split amicably before he hooked up with the girlfriend. If one-sided cheating and deceit were involved (not to mention controlling behavior and abuse), forget it.

FD is starting to remind me of John Meehan ( Dirty John). look him up.
master manipulator, charismatic and handsome

Huh? This typically happens when a person is deceased if I’m remembering correctly. Can any attorneys weigh in here on if that’s correct and why they’d be proceeding without confirmation JD is in fact deceased?

Attorney Anne Dranginis, a former appellate court judge who is representing Gloria Farber, says that probate court proceedings are now taking place in the case Jennifer Farber Dulos@gettinviggy

ETA: I probably should've pointed out that that's a picture of a septic riser.

Yes I have these. But I would assume the septic tanks would be the first place on all FD properties LE would look for a body. My risers are green, hidden by shrubs but clear as day on the property, if you looked for them. Can’t miss them.

Those poor children - they witnessed that incident and now this? This story doesn't sit well with me - very convenient that FD was Italy and, as I read in a previous post, the nanny didn't speak English or have a license? Interesting. IMO.
Thanks for sharing. Not sitting well with me either. NOT AT ALL. Who usually knows the most about you? In most cases our parents (ones who raised us) They know us sometimes better than we know ourselves. Who would know FD? His mother. I wonder if she posed a threat to him in any way. (Exposing his violence or maybe even true stories about him that he wanted to remain closeted) I’m sure he could get a young impressionable woman to do something for him... just saying

I'm pages behind, so it might already be mentioned, but police are supposed to offer an update tomorrow morning.

ETA: Clearly already mentioned, but it's still exciting!

I think without MT, he would've simply dragged out the divorce case forever, making JD's life miserable until the last child left home. He was vindictive, but I don't think he was murderous until MT fed that fire.

My opinion at the moment, subject to change if we learn new info.

This is interesting...I’ve never heard of probate court proceedings being related to anything other than the estate and will of a person who is deceased. Tomorrow’s update from LE may shed some light. They had to have found something today.

When the perps were arrested, we didn't find out until the next morning, IIRC. So yeah, I hope something happened today that they will let us know about tomorrow.

Yes. That was clearly said by a complete genius. :p

And I absolutely believe that applies here.
Yeah I remember thinking,
"Boy, that guy is brilliant" but I just can't quite recall who said it.....
let me think...

I agree! She also had a previous fall...hmm. FD is quite a shady character IMO.

IMO buckle for probate court in CT where its freqently possible to make the impossible possible. CLEARLY JMO and NOT meant to start debate on the Probate Court history in the State of CT!

Seriously though I do wonder about the timing of all this legal maneuvering in probate court. Wonder if its tied in to whatever might be learned tomorrow at a Press Conference from LE?

Has anyone have experience with Attorney Reuben Midler? I would be very interested in hearing their feedback. I can be reached at 860.478.8625.

Often, these updates are not very exciting. MOO. I hope this one is the exception.

IDK. Wonder if State Police or NCPD will take the lead or if it will be a group effort? FBI is also present so wonder if we will see which parts of this organization have been involved in the case.

BBM:
I can't remember exactly which poster said it in the Berreth forum, but the words really resonated as being absolutely true in that case, and I think they're just as applicable here in this one:

"Take MT out of the equation, JD would still be dead.
Take FD out the equation, JD would still be alive."

JMO.

Yes. That was clearly said by a complete genius. :p

And I absolutely believe that applies here.
BBM:
Well. Let's not get carried away here.
I mean, it's a great quote, sure.
One great quote does not a Yogi B. or a Winston C. make, though.

To the point:
Glad to hear you're of the belief that those lines I quoted earlier also ring true in this case.
For all its simplicity, the analysis was and is brilliant.

It's worth both repeating, and remembering, as this case moves forward.

JMO. And pointedly ignoring the tongue-sticking-out emoji.
*Edited for syntax.

Is this a presser? Wonder if they found her :( I’m hoping beyond all hope that what is the unlikeliest is revealed...that she is alive

Update from LE tomorrow.
