In reality, this is a 44 year old woman from Tennessee with no marriages and a child. She has a pattern of getting jobs with wealthy men and seducing them. Her family history is sketchy, and there's no reason to believe that she is not 100% involved in the murder of Jennifer.

The fact that JD hasn't been found despite MT's info could also mean that her body was not left in a condition/location where it could be retrieved relatively quickly (e.g. burried in a specific place). It might have been destroyed and the remains scattered. Alternatively, she doesn't know where the body is.

I think we can't always blame the parents for how their children turn out. Once you are an adult, you're resposible for your own actions/decisions. Personality traits also play a role. She appears to have few scruples.

By mongrel, I mean the character of a mongrel who has no place except where it is not welcome. By all accounts the girlfriend had an upbringing of privilege and opportunity, yet no social community. Regardless, this wench saw nothing beyond money for fun and she apparently had no concern for casualties.

It would be a bizarre reflection of the CT courts if this woman walks after she participated in the murder of a mother of 5.

So many comments here about how the girlfriend is ugly, old, ragged, and bad looking! She actually has great bone structure and wasn't she a former model? I hadn’t thought of it, but as you said, the property taxes had to be paid on all of these properties-the property in Fairfield County alone would have put him far into the red...I don’t know about the Farmington area, but I imagine most places in Ct have pretty high property taxes, relative to the rest of the country. He would have wanted to make sure the taxes were paid, if he did nothing else. How was he doing it?

This is a million (or possibly multimillion dollar) question IMO! Mrs. Farber's attys are no doubt busy working to try to answer the question as well as they seek the return of funds allegedly loaned to FD for the FORE Group.

My speculation is that either Mrs Farber needs to engage the best forensic accts and fraud detectors in the business or the State needs to bring in the FBI to figure out the money trail.

FD had effectively 2 years jump on everyone now looking for the money to take it and hide it IMO because the courts didn't punish him for not following through on court requested demands for financial information.

Depending on how much money is being looked for, at a certain point it won't be worth it for Mrs. Farber to pay expensive experts to find what she believes the estate of her husband is owed as detailed in the litigation document.

If this speculation of hidden or stolen money is true, IMO its sad/pathetic/tragic as he took money from the family that bank rolled his business and also effectively ransacked his childrens legacy. Given MTs background in Miami, I wonder also if FD found the perfect person with the right contacts to assist in his efforts to financially ransack his own company? FD has a history of finding the right person to do what he needs done so my guess is the MT was the perfect patsy for his plans. Where is the money MT? MOO

we don't know what kind of financing FD used. If his house is in foreclosure, then he hasn't been paying the mortgage and the bank has paid the taxes. I don't know why anybody would want to pay $40,000 a year in property taxes. That's ridiculous. No wonder his houses aren't selling.

Yeah-my point was that I didn’t know what the status of these properties was, with regard to property taxes. How could they all be up to date with the payments? Of course he wanted to stick the Farmington house in which he was living, on his soon to be ex wife, but I can’t imagine he would want to lose the rest of the properties.

Still trying to figure out why he stayed unless it was another of the sick revenge fantasties that JD spoke out in her blog on the Patch? I'm almost convinced that he very sadly viewed the childrens no differently than JD in that they just represented access to cash and life of not working.

I also speculate that the children had high value in his mind as they were the only thing that JD wanted and he wanted her left with zero. Problem is that he didn't see that he was out of his league on the legal front and the Farber family had money to outlast him in court. Truly wonder at what point FD might have realized all this and it so twisted his brain that he was effectively incapable of logical thought? I don't know why this is bothering me so much tonight, but I can't get it out of my head. In the description of the guest house that FD's company built for JD's parents, it mentions that they "...were luckily introduced to the best high end builder Fore Group...". Besides the extremely poor grammar in the ad, the deception is driving me crazy. Obviously, Mr. and Mrs. Farber weren't "luckily introduced" to this company as if it was some wonderful coincidence.

Really, this is nothing important, I just can't get it out of my mind. It makes me very wary of any advertising!!

Yes, reported by neighbor/dog sitter in the early morning hours at Sturbridge house owned by FORE Group in NC. Conjecture it was dumpster being tipped to clean it out or other activity in the garage. No confirmation from LE as to what exactly was going on.

Were the loud banging sounds confirmed by LE to have come from FD’s house?

In attempting to put together the puzzle that is FORE Group I stumbled upon a Houzz entry that details over 20 projects done by the company:

I think it's rather obvious that if Jennifer's body is intact, and if the girlfriend is honest in her deposition, Jennifer's body would have been retrieved yesterday. Instead, a significant piece of evidence was located and Jennifer is not found.

I suppose that means that the 30 pieces of evidence, 5 of which were found and had contained blood, may have been the disposal of her body. The husband, with his girlfriend, calculated how to leave her body in 30 different trash cans on garbage day. What was their next step - pick up the mail and pretend that everything was normal?

She knows perfectly well where the body is. Her phone was right next to his while they hid evidence in 30 trash cans along a garbage pickup route.

(2) gaining uncontrolled access to a garage, via the automated garage door opener, is very easy - YouTube is full of videos that depict how you can use a simple metal coat hanger to manipulate the emergency release cord, using the coat hanger to bypass the exterior door weather stripping

Yes, FD seemed to be losing all the legal battles with both JD and GF, and the court wars were probably only going to get worse for him. I think his world was coming apart. JMO and speculation.

This entry was in response to the person that asked if anyone saw a scenario where JD is still alive. WS has been having major system issues tonight so the quote from the OP wouldn't post. Sorry for that!

Will try. From the beginning I wondered if there wasn't some discussion between FD and JD that escalated into something physical and violent but that didn't end with the death of JD. This discussion/assault took place in the garage of JD house or possibly Waveny after a quick morning run. I wondered if the fight happened and FD and MT took the no doubt battered but alive JD to some location to use her as leverage to negotiate with Mrs. Farber under some kind of kidnapping gone wrong scenario.

What didn't make sense to me about the killing JD scenario is how did FD expect to get anything with JD dead? He probably wanted the children in order to get support payments from any trusts etc. but it seems improbable that he would go from supervised visitation to primary caregiver even with JD death IMO. JD had money but it was in trust and probably the only player in this group with access to cash/assets with liquidity was Mrs. Farber IMO.

Unless there is some provision in prenup (no info on this so far either) or will (no info on this so far either) that would make JD worth more dead than alive to FD then doing away with JD makes little financial sense to me. Under this scenario the idea is that FD and MT took the badly injured JD to some location where she is/was being held. When the news first broke about Albany Street I wondered if FD/MT had stashed JD in an apt in the area but that didn't seem to be the case. But I am also not sure we or LE knows all the properties that FD/MT had access to in CT where they could have put the injured and now presumed dead JD.

The longer the case went on though it became clear that money was a logical motive but the issue of rage also developed as a good possible motive too IMO. FD had been effectively in battle with JD in court for nearly 2 years with 500+ court documents filed and there was no way he would be able to win IMO as JD had access to cash to continue for a lot longer than FD could.

FD had effectively lost everything he had built and was living in a house that was shortly to go to foreclosure with a woman that he most likely picked as his next victim. For whatever reason he couldn't let go of the situation with JD and continued to fight on but there really was no way for him to prevail as he was the weaker character in the battle financially. MOO

How many people in the Farmington/Greater Hartford area would be willing to carry a house with $40,000+ annual taxes? At some price my guess is that the house will sell but the price will be much less than the current ask IMO and ditto for the remaining Farmington properties.

The NC house isn't complete but probably has better sale prospects than Farmington IMO but even the NC market is quite soft. The State of CT has major financial issues and the housing markets are generally weak all over the state as more and more people chose to leave the state. NC just revalued its grand list over the past year or so and its estimated houses lost somewhere in the range of 5% of their value. This is on top of consistent real losses in value in real estate in the area for nearly 20 years. This doesn't stop people from coming into the area and building or renovating but it means the days of gains in real estate are over.

I totally agree with you. Is MT giving LE little snippets of info that gather some evidence? Holding out on where JD 's remains actually are? Milking her 15 minutes? How long does LE continue this dance with MT? Very frustrating.
