I haven't found any information about this, the answer may be somewhere in the threat but I may have missed it. Why were FD and MT at a hotel in Avon when they were arrested? His home is a walking distance away from it. It seems to me that he may have been trying to avoid getting caught and buying time to flee the country. Also, the new haircut is interesting.

Search warrants were being executed at his properties, and would have precluded him from staying there.

The house was a subject of a search warrant at the time, IIRC

Her own attorney, Andrew Bowman, has not made any comments regarding an alibi, polygraph, knowledge of trashbags contents. It’s all been NP. And if Bowman and MT are NOT in collusion with NP, NPs statements are in effect impeding Bowman’s representation of his client. (I mean I don’t care about MT— other than I want her to be convicted of the crimes she is guilty of and charged with—at all but I’m just talking NP strategy). It just seems like a way to get one possible torpedo to your client, MT, under your umbrella.

Check Tad DiBliase (No Body Guy) public professional Twitter feed- he has 3 tweets about Jennifer Dulos and says Lester Holt (NBC) has interviewed him about JD and “no body” murder cases. Interview was going to air on 6/12 but on 6/15 he tweeted that it would be aired later in the week.
DeBliase is an expert on cases like these so curious to hear what he has to say.

It does appear that the AW was laid out fairly sequentially. But the first mention of a meeting with LE is the brief exchange at his former attorney’s, Eugene Riccio, office where he provided his iPhoneX to Detective Allegro who confiscated it. At 2:47 pm. But yes there is a ton of time from when he was last mentioned in the AW as arriving on neighbor-surveillance video at 4 Jefferson Crossing at 8:10 pm on May 24th until 2:47pm on the 25th. Definitely.

ITA. I think FD pulled an all-nighter! I wonder if LE has surveillance of him leaving 4 JC again after returning home from the trash dump and at what time. Trying to be so patient as we await answers but am thankful that LE is building a thorough, rock solid case to bring justice to Jennifer!

Until that murder warrant is written, they’ll try to keep as much as possible under wraps.

Another question for Verified Attorneys (thank y’all for always answering all of our questions no matter how busy y’all are):

If LE believed from the suspected multiple blood stains and suspected blood spatter in her garage, and after finding her abandoned vehicle between 7 pm and 8 pm after she was reported missing and a Silver Alert was issued: why didn’t LE go straight to FDs address? She was believed to be in the terms of the Arrest Warrant (after NC entered her home and found no Jennifer and garage evidence they immediately called CT Major Crime Squad and several other agencies became involved) a victim of a serious physical assault. Wouldn’t they have had the right to go there? He is her estranged husband and I have no doubt LE was made aware of how contentious the estrangement was.

I get that he could have an attorney there and that could possibly have kept them from entering the home but I mean she was believed to have been wounded in an assault at the very least. I just don’t understand why LE wasn’t dispatched immediately to his home even if they had to involve Farmington or Hartford LE or some other agency.

Also, to paraphrase...the neighbor of 61 Sturbridge. a man stated that the the investigators returned after viewing his first submitted video and requested additional footage from his surveillance dating back to 19 May. Hmmm.

I really think this property is where FD did some prepping for a disposal.

These cases have been prosecuted for decades, some, well before the advent of DNA science.

With the forensic evidence here, I have no doubt that they’ll be able to prove Jennifer is dead.

They’ll be able to build a strong circumstantial case here, thanks in part to FD’s late night trash dump.

Now, it’s all about proving that FD killed her.

Body or not, I’m not worried.

I ain't no expert but my take is NP is VERY worried about her. Interesting to note the latest atty to assist in his civil case is Rich Rochlin. I think NP introduced him at the hearing? Too lazy to look it up.

That’s what I was thinking as well. MT doesn’t want to go to jail. Her best possible defense is to deny knowledge of anything pre-planning and if she did learn of anything after the murder that FD threatened her and her daughter and she was too scared to approach LE to try and minimize the damage? Tampering with evidence and hindering the prosecution in the 1st degree—maybe just try to minimize a possible sentence?

Not an attorney - but we dont' know that they did not pay him a visit that evening IMO - something prompted him to get his attorney and go turn in his cell phone - why?

Are you talking about when LE had the search warrant for the Jefferson Crossing home?

If so, they weren’t allowed to return inside the home until LE was thru searching. So they stayed at a hotel.

MT’s daughter and Nanny left in a separate car, prior to MT & FD leaving in his rented car with MD plates.
