Two peas in a pod....Both FD and KM were nearing the end of the divorce process....both soon to be exes were pressing for financial information for settlements....both were facing court hearings in very near future....both were of a similar age and, IMOO, perceived themselves as Alpha males entitled to be in charge and be winners....what ideas could the two come up with the settle down those unreasonable women...."You talk to mine....I'll talk to your".....Calling wasn't very effective nor was charm...so maybe KM just dropped in and things went horribly wrong....or??????
BTW....I have remained neutral on the drug usage angle until reading more....Certainly alcohol or maybe more stimulating drugs could be involved.
ALL IMOO....Who said there are no coincidences in criminal cases?
Whoops....edited to change JD to FD
Interesting perspective. ITS No coincidences.

Raises more ?s and info we are not privy to:
1. Calls between KM to FD?
2. Calls from KM to JD?
3. Did KM and JD ever meet?
4. When was the last time KMs STBEx talk to JD?
5. Was there life insurance on either wife?

That is a hard one to answer. I don't see him resi
I don’t think he’ll try to commit suicide either
That is a difficult question to answer. I don't see him merely resigning himself to spending the rest of his life in prison. Surely, he knows LE is closing in. I keep going back to his statement,"I know what I did and I know what I didn't do." He is capable of anything. If I were GF, I would continue to keep those armed guards, although I know it must be prohibitively expensive.

KMs wife had a $750,000 life insurance policy

As soon as LE obtains dental records, though, JD is identified. Removing her clothes post-mortem would be a lot of work for an exercise in futility. I agree this murder was planned, but I still believe JD's body was not intact at the end of that day. Whether it was in the garbage bags, we don't have enough information to know.

FD's divorce lawyer's involvement in this crime, though, is an interesting twist. I 100% believe he was going to be FD's alibi for that morning. NP can kiss that alibi goodbye, because that witness' testimony is now worthless. The lawyer's strangely worded motion to withdraw in the divorce case also now makes sense. He is a witness or potential co-defendant in the criminal case and that creates an actual, unwaivable conflict with FD.

Could the lawyer have also had a role in disposing of JD's body? NP has been beating his chest that FD did not possibly have enough time to kill JD and dispose of her body. He didn't need extra time because someone was handling this problem. Is this person a link none of us anticipated? I think there is much more to come, but I do not think this is not the last we have heard about this lawyer's involvement.
I guess my attempt to be delicate, was too delicate! When I said smaller identifying pieces removed, I was referring to dental and digits. MOO While I do not believe there was dismemberment, disfigurement is still plausible to me.

It will be interesting to see which lawyer was supposedly at the mystery meeting on the 24th, the pre NP lawyer tied in a knot w GAL over the “stolen” psych evaluation, the FORE grp lawyer steaming in his own hot water, the new divorce lawyer w a hot line to NP (nah - too recent a hire), the civil or divorce attys who saw the smoke and skedaddled before the flames hit.....so many to choose from...

I have been thinking about this new revelation concerning FD's divorce attorney's potential involvement in this murder. Remember the interview the chief of police gave to the reporter from Court TV? He said at the time more arrests could be coming (or words to that effect). Makes me think that our theories this lawyer and his potential involvement with this crime may be correct.

If nothing else, he had a non-privileged conversation of conversations about FD contacting the lawyer's estranged wife. FD had a plan; IMO the lawyer played some role, even IF he wasn't aware of what those plans were. I normally would give the lawyer the benefit of the doubt, and say he didn't know what FD was up to, but what lawyer in their right mind would solicit a client in a high conflict divorce to violate a no-contact order? Such conduct is highly improper and will result in disbarment in most states. This little town in Connecticut certainly seems to have plenty of "Peyton Place" drama.

Also, I strongly believe this lawyer was FD's claimed alibi. Now we have a false alibi which, if FD were innocent, why would he fabricated a false alibi? Consciousness of guilt, my friends, consciousness of guilt. Not sure how this piece of evidence could get to a jury, but it is quite telling. It will be interesting if the prosecutor offers the lawyer limited immunity to tell LE what he knows about FD's plans. Remember, there is a crime fraud exception to the attorney privilege, so those conversations will not be protected. Since this lawyer is charged the serious offense of marital rape, however, IMO his cooperation with FD investigation will not result is a "free pass."

I will definitely be looking to see how this new piece of evidence plays out.

also will be interesting to see what neighbor's
driveway video recorded on 5/24 am.
Based on all the mistakes made so far I would wager LE has much, much more to fry him.

Tick Tock.

REALLY?

I never took out life insurance while married for this very reason. My gut just kept up with warning chatter.

new gf is alibi for MT returning purse on 5/24?

I don’t know if “ native”. Means she’s a citizen. If she was indeed born in the USA in Tennessee she would be an American citizen. If her patents are Venezuelan she may be entitled to a citizenship there as well but each country has their own rules .

IDK

Chapter 3 - United States Citizens at Birth (INA 301 and 309)

No mention of a child born in the USA to citizens of other nations.

MT's father was completing a medical residency, a defined short-term stay in the US.

The parents may have had the option to decline US citizenship for the child.

Apparently MT lived in Argentina. IDK much about this, but possibly to have dual citizenship of Venezuela & Argentina, any citizenship of the USA was ended?

The linked policy also suggests that a child born to citizens of another country with a diplomatic passport are citizens of their parents' nation. Again, IDK much about the government of Venezuala in 1974, but was Dr.T sent for this residency on a diplomatic passport? Was the parents' promise that there would be no "anchor baby" a condition of Dr.T & Mrs.T leaving Venezuela for the USA?

(My family has some experience with refugees from Chile in the early '70's....)

Articles state that MT is a citizen of Venezuela. There seem to be several possible reasons for this.

Apart from FD's suggested citizenship in Greece, Turkey, and the USA!

Don't they now consider babies born in US to
Mexican citizens citizens of US?
I thought that's why all the debate on these
children being deported.

Confirmation from NYP that MT is CITIZEN OF VENEZUELA!

She has to be in fear for her LIFE of being DEPORTED! Adios muchacha! A bit of a premature thought but most will probably get the point!

https://nypost.com/2019/06/03/jenni...dumped-bloody-items-along-highway-court-docs/

Will look for other sources but surprisingly the media is not fixated on citizenship for this suspect in what might turn out to be a murder case.

We have seen so many other cases where the press jumps immediately on the citizenship issue. But, not here. Wonder why?

FD’s creepy lawyer friend that is accused of rape practices immigration.

ETA: I was late to the party and I posted before I was caught up on the thread.

Few links to the documents, and I do not want to argue, but

Volume 2 - Nonimmigrants

includes several categories that may apply:

Part B - Diplomatic and International Organization Personnel (A, G)

Part F - Students (F, M)

Part J - Trainees (H-3)

The parents were here a short, defined time.

We may never know what Dr.T & Mrs.T agreed to to leave Venezuela for this medical residency.

I don't know the political situation in Venezuala in the 1970's. Somewhat familiar with the situation now, but not a scholar. Glad to be in the USA.

(The family we knew from Chile? The Chilean government applied to the US government to have their detained citizens returned to Chile and that included the US-born toddler & infant. Went on for months. Legal immigrants applied for asylum shortly after the coup. That was 1973, BTW.)

Links provided.

I don't know if this case can get any weirder IMO. I'm still very curious about the leak regarding the t-shirt/bra.

That 18 page arrest warrant (assuming it's the same one you were referring to) was published by the New York Times here:

Jennifer Dulos: Blood Found in Trash Matches That of Missing Connecticut Mother of 5

I would presume that makes it public and fair game to talk about.

Thank you so much! I never had seen it in its entirety and kind of freaked out when I came across it last night looking for the MT-deleting info on Google. I thought maybe it was a leak and I wanted to share it here but didn’t want to do anything if it would hurt the prosecution and knew you guys wouldn’t want me to do that, either. Looking back, I think I was overtired and not thinking as clearly as I should have! I know warrants usually are public (or I think I know that.) Sorry for the drama and thanks so much on this! Here’s the link in case anyone else wants to read it. It’s dramatic to me to see it this way. What a lot of work LE has put into this from the start.

The warrant is also posted in the media thread for JD- we try to keep that up with latest MSM - regarding the info and MT being asked to step away from a computer - if there is a link to MSM with that(not a screenshot) we can add that as well - TIA

Thank you! I should have known that!

Well, if I was a gun owner with a license to carry, I’d do it for free!

I haven’t have time yet to search more for the information on MT deleting information but in looking last night, I went back to Thread 1 and while I only read a few pages, it was very interesting and helpful to see especially in hindsight. No wonder cold-case detectives (not saying I/we are that) go back to look at everything fresh. No idea how long it would take to read it all but I think here and there, I’m going to start reading it. You know, instead of doing EVERYTHING on my to-do list! :)
