I would guess it was around the time of the
'first' emergency search warrant at JC. That was on a Wednesday.
Either May 29 or more likely June 5
That was the warrant that LE showed up
unannounced.
Jennifer Dulos case: Police conduct late-night search at estranged husband’s home
Found this in the media thread - June 5 emergency warrant served but nothing about her being at the house at the time. I thought the computers and cell phones were seized with the first warrant? Need to go find his petition to get the items returned to him - maybe that date they were seized is in that.

I found a Fox news article saying State Police
were at JC on Sunday June 2nd searching.
Can't find a thing mentioning MT.

I just realized FD reminds me of Jeff Lewis from the show Flipping Out.

I looked through Dave Altimari and found nothing.
Thanks. I think it was one of the female reporters that they sent to the scene in the early days. Could have sworn it was FOX61 reporter but honestly don't recall. Will keep looking. Wish it were easier to search twitter. Lesson learned about saving tweets.

Yes, it was early in the process. One of the local stations might have just sent the person closest to the scene so its not one of the folks that we have seen following this case from the beginning. I've gone through HC people and didn't find it. But I recall it was a female and it might have been the very determined reporter that was chasing after FD when he did the jog around the neighborhood. It was during the time when reporters would just shout out things like, "where is Jennifer, Fotis" etc. I will find it or get the posts deleted.

So funny how the brain loves to create images! Was watching one of the old Star Wars movies on a flight and R2D2 reminded me of PT2! We could go on and on!

If it's any consolation, I KNOW I saw a grainy picture of MT standing outside of the truck somewhere on the trash run....have never been able to find it again. Do you think LE has put a lid on some of the earliest reports?

afitzy- I think this is the first search warrant=
Wed. June 5th- other media called it an
Emergency Search Warrant and LE showed
up in force unannounced.
This took place after the Albany Ave. trash
search on Mon. night June 3rd.
Sources: Police execute search warrant at Fotis Dulos’ Farmington home
That sounds like the time frame...thanks a million...this is like a needle in a haystack. But, its great to go back and read some of the press again and see how far this case has come. Need better system of tracking information. The media world has gotten so large and sources so varied that tracking all these sources is getting very hard.

Its also quite incredible that so much work has been done here on WS and there really was no info from LE other than the arrest warrants. Such amazing work I think, its amazing to see this happen.

The police showed up unannounced at 4JC around 6 pm on Friday May 31 to serve the warrant for DNA samples for FD. LE went into the house for about an hour that night with MT (and FD- MT showed up about 15 minutes after FD). They already must have taken FDs vehicles because he had a rental with MD plates that night when he arrived at the house. FD was also visibly stressed and irritated then. MT arrived with presumed nanny and daughter in her white Cherokee (registered to FD)about 15 minutes later that night. After FD and MT left the Litchfield PD where FD gave DNA samples that night they went to the Residence Inn in Avon presumably because there was a search warrant for 4JC. The 31st was the day LE did the Albany Avenue investigation and found the bags between 2-4pm in the afternoon.
The next night June 1 LE arrested FD and MT at the Residence Inn at 11pm. LE searched 4JC late that night. The next morning 6/2 around 8:45am LE had a warrant for and searched 80MS. They were still searching in NC that morning too, and if I recall there were just 2 police cars stationed at 4JC but no active search the morning of the 2nd. Later that week on Wed June 5 LE returned to 4JC with an emergency search warrant. MT met with LE for her 3 hour interview the next day Thursday June 6 (she was out on bail but FD was still at Bridgeport correctional center) and she took a tour of 4JC with LE following day Friday June 7. That Thursday and Friday MSM reported about the employee and FDs Raptor truck being in NC.

So if you’re looking for reference to MT deleting files during a search it might be related to 5/31 LE visit at 4JC since they went inside with her that night. I have read the media reports pretty carefully and don’t remember anything mentioned in media reports about MT erasing files. I do recall hearing this was going around on SM. It is possible a reporter saw or heard something relating to this and tweeted or posted on SM.

Yes, my bet is they scrubbed alot of the early stuff.

I've learned this lesson the hard way on other cases and even seen it done on missing cases. I've seen LE request media pull downs and edits of videos or edits of articles. I understand why they do it and I respect their process.

The one thing I wish I'd saved was the early Pattis interview with one of the TV stations that was clearly unedited. That was one for the classroom IMO. Sadly when we went back it had been deleted and the edited version was its replacement.

The other thing to always save are Press Conferences in full length. Surprisingly these often get snipped to save space or protect the investigation. If LE does do a snip and I have the full version I just figured they did it for the investigation and I wouldn't post the full version, but I would still look through it carefully again.

Sometimes these cases go on for so long and articles and press items simply get purged. I'm mad at myself that I know all this and didn't come up with a better system for this case. So frustrating to make an error. Those early days had so much info flying around from a variety of sources too.

Thanks, brilliant summary! Should pin this to the top of the thread so it doesn't get lost. So, must be the first time LE was at 4Jx or the 1st. But what I don't understand is why LE didn't take the computers on the first trip to 4Jx? I remember it being late and dark so it must have been the 1st at 4Jx. Will keep looking. This was super helpful!

Good one! Will search now. Thanks! She did such a good job too! I think she was the one that chased after FD when he was jogging.

I think it was her! Sent her a PM to ask if she recalls the nights she was there. Will see if I get a response.

Just keep thinking about this cozy Farmington area ménage à trois with FD, KM and KM wife. But I truly wonder if it was a ménage à quatre to include MT and the couples were good friends and travelled and partied together? Also thinking about the KM litigation and it seems that FD was called for depostion (or we suspect this is the case from looking at the document list posted yesterday on the State website). But just wonder if MT will be called too in the divorce and rape trial? To me it would make sense that all involved were friends.
MOO
I wonder if KM has the reputation of being one of those divorce lawyers who deliberately fans the flames of disagreement between the spouses. The kind who actually encourages bad behavior and uses every legal maneuver to make the dissolution as acrimonious as possible. He had to have been the alibi witness, which means he is involved whether he wants to be or not. There is more to come.

The infamous FD video at Sturbridge when he got a bit 'testy' that the FOX61 crew would not leave and the interview with NCPD Chief about possiblity of additional charges in the future:
