Could you have seen it in a picture maybe? In her home or his? Just throwing out ideas.
I do not recall previously hearing about it before - but that doesn't mean we didn't!
I would sure like to know what type of pillow it was.
I don't remember that description but I do remember a reference to blood being found in the house (not the blood mixed with his DNA found on the faucet) and at the time I suggested that he followed her into the house and surprised her while she was changing for the trip to NYC, perhaps in the shower. She could have picked up a pillow to defend herself. He could have carried her back out to the garage. If she regained consciousness, he may have used a knife at that point, causing the blood which had to be cleaned up. I will keep looking for the reference.

It's not unusual for LE to PAY for information.
Or to reward the informants in some other way. I have a strong suspicion LE has gotten
all they need to know about Albany Ave. and
their inhabitants and visitors.
Me too.

OK, it's been so tight with no info coming from LE. Now very important, significant details are emerging. What's up?
In Afitzy's post of the warrant showing his abdominal tat I noticed his birthday is in a few days. Perhaps it's an early BD gift from LE.

This is a Memory Test for all our Super Sleuthers:
Where have we previously heard about the
blue and white striped linens w black stripes?
It's in this story somewhere but I haven't been able to find it.
I've already checked the arrest warrant- no luck.
either I have esp or I dreamed it (not) but I'm
positive it's been mentioned before.
I also recall something about linens/fabric. When I read it, it seemed VERY insignificant and was like, so what, big deal, what is that going to help. Maybe wrong on that thought.

Incredible article! Kudos to HC and the writer on this incredible 'scoop'.

Quote from HC article:
"Sources have verified that there is video surveillance of the man reaching into the garbage can and removing items the weekend Farber Dulos disappeared. They also confirmed a statement was taken from him before state police conducted a massive search on May 31 with dogs and troopers in the Albany Avenue area".

Looks like this tragic story of Clue might just be reaching the time for additional charges to be filed. Or we can only hope.

Looks like we might so far have FD/Player to be named later, in the garage, at Welles, with a knife. Motive, Crime Scene, Weapon.

Trigger warning here:

I don't know much about knife violence and blood splatter. Has anyone else seen this in another case? The assumption so far if I recall was blunt force trauma.

Wonder if the next news to drop is info about body?

So many details to sort out in the story but it seems like the basics are starting to come together for the State.
IMO, there was much more blood than reported.
Think about a knife being used in a rage killing. It's never just one stab wound.
No mention of the condition of her shirt and bra other than bloodstains.
LE is keeping it all close, MOO.
Poor Jennifer. She never had a chance.

@enelram - Was it from one of her blog posts? I can look. I remember one of her posts was about a friend's choice of towels or linens, but I thought they were just plain white.

I agree on the amount of blood.
With the knife found, I'm even more inclined to believe he dismembered her in the garage
and parceled her body into garbage bags along
with the cleanup rags and mops and sponges.
Took everything to Mtn. Spg. til he could figure
out where to get rid of things. Put bags w/ body parts in shower area overnight, where they leaked. Took cleanup things to Albany Ave. Fri. night, and body parts maybe on Sat. to
burial area or body of water.
Wonder what his phone and GPS say about his travels on Sat.
Also thinking the banging early Sat. at Sturbridge was him preparing a coffin/barrel to bury her in.

I considered her blogs but I still think it was
reported in an article about something found.

Me too. There could have been blog postings about someone's linens but that is not at all what my memory is telling me. Because I remember reading about it and I was like, oh, that's all they found. They are grasping at straws. I was literally LOL because it seemed so irrelevant.

I am wondering about this, though. I would think LE would have to talk to the kids/family to corroborate some of the evidence found, specifically the shirt? Maybe the pillow? A knife?

I know we can't sleuth the kids but I will say, they must have some clue at this point that there mom is likely the victim of murder. And likely at the hands of there own father.

Unfathomably sad.

Perhaps telling the children as the details unfold is better (per psychologists?) than one day announcing Mom is dead and Dad did it. It would seem that little bits of the news would be easier to deal with on a daily basis. Maybe even counseling’s done daily to review, open up, discuss and deal with the tragedy. I’m sure it’s on their minds every second. Poor things. My heart breaks for their losses.
Any court order giving FD custody should be examined for illegal “maneuvering” to allow that to be approved.

Also adding, the police would have known to look for the pattern of the described fabric in their search at MIRA because they were already aware before the search even started. I know, kind of obvious to us smart people here at Websleuths but just had to say it.

Wonder if he still has the pants he wiped the blood off his hands on ?

FD is MT's 'procurer' not dealer, he just gets it
and pays for it.
That's how a lot of rough guys keep an addicted
gf tied to him. MOO.

Sorry if I am misunderstanding...MT has an addiction issue?

absolutely. Which is what I recall thinking after having seen the mention of the fabric earlier.
I suspected she would have had matching linens.
Glad I'm not the only one that recalls this, but darn I can't find a thing about it now.
I do wonder if it was redacted and now that LE
is releasing some discovery to FD's team, the news is out there.

MOO means My Opinion only- just speculating
since she looked so strung out in her arrest photos.
