Beware of the garage door fixer. Was it ever confirmed that JD’s garage door was left open the morning she was murdered? I remember discussion about that many threads ago.
So far as I know it was unconfirmed by LE and wasn't detailed in Arrest Warrants.

Is this type of knife used in a tannery business?
Perhaps the Dulos family ate fresh fish often. Mediterranean diet. So conceivably buy fresh fish from a fish monger: head, tail, skin and fins. Would be part of kitchen set. Left over fish parts make great fish stock. This IS New England, right?
So possessing a fish knife would not be uncommon. IMHO.

Oops! I should have read this before posting. Sorry!

Absolutely.

Reading these articles and seeing the testimony from KM STBX this almost reads as bad fiction or as if you are being pranked. Is this a joke? Who are these people?

It just seems so sleezy and creepy and potentially life threatening.

Shocking actually.

GF was so on point to get the guards for her apt and to never set foot in CT!

What is going on with FD and KM?

I want to know who the guy with the crowbar and gas can is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta find him, well right after LE finds "Fudge" and the knife.....
MOO
Gosh...I was thinking the EXACT same thing. This is getting stranger, unbelievable, and more convoluted as the days/months go by. I REALLY HOPE LE has their "game on"...and gets to the bottom of all these shenanigans!!! moo

I have also heard they can watch crimes as they are happening? Any value to the point they may have been watching this odd, strange, little man doing bazaar things at trash cans for a good chunk of time and if nothing else made mental notes. When NCPD came calling they recalled it fairly quickly??? Heck, they probably are going to knock on my door and ask what the heck I have been doing driving all around taking pictures.
I'm with you... Can only imagine how many cameras I've photobombed too!

From the media reports I'm confident NCPD/State Police got exactly what they needed. Will not listen to No Case Norm on any of this as he is going to work very hard to create doubt and I wouldn't even be surprised to see some hail mary pass (on what basis I have zero idea) to get the footage excluded. It will be a circus I am sure. But the arrest warrant is quite clear and the entire path of the trip was clearly documented in the arrest warrant too.

Your Albany footage was super helpful! I know that area is quite dicey so thank you for doing it and glad you made it home safely. As you are driving around Hartford as you said you did, someone today asked a question about commercial trash pickup in areas where the City also does trash pickup. I thought it was a good question and one we haven't really talked about much. I wonder if businesses that have alot of trash like stores and restaurants might not be able to wait for once a week pickup so have commerical pick up too? I wonder if the dumpster divers know where the food and other desirable items are left and when they should head over to pick them up.

Do you think its possible that the dumpster diver interviewed by DA might have been going into a dumpster that was private commercial and not one used for pickup by City of Hartford?

I'm gonna be mooing here for awhile...until the cows come home...here it goes:

Let me start by taking back what I said about the city garbage cans being affixed to their location. I saw one today sitting haphazardly on a grass embankment and you could see it wasn't connected to anything. As for them having concrete or other heavy stones in them to weight them down, I don't know, I didn't go up to one and actually touch it or try to move it. There appears to be a preforation in the middle on all four of the arms on either side of the openings where the top portion snaps on and off for emptying. The first picture is of Scott's Jamaican Bakery and the garbage can closest to it. The second picture shows the awning of the bakery on left, garbage can closest to bakery, then another garbage can on the left next to the white bus. These are the only two city garbage cans around as the blocks before and after did not have any.

You are unstoppable! I have a quest for you. Storm drains. I was trying to be interactive w the storm management system for Hartford on my phone. U Conn has a link. But no dice on my tiny screen. We have seen the storm drains near Scott’s (Albany and Adams) in the video w the fire chief, and still photos, and they are visible on google maps, but we haven’t seen them at Albany and Garden. I cant make them out on google maps, but they may be of different construction. Next time you’re over there can you check out the storm drains at Albany and Garden? One of your photos would be great!!

Another confirmation that FD is ducking the State Marshalls! Cannot believe that FD is yet again messing with the legal system in CT! Wonder if LE cannot legally use the monitor to locate him for service in another case?

But I would think a simple phone call to FD parole officer might solve the issue of locating him?

This is turning into a Where's Waldo situation!

https://nypost.com/2019/08/06/fotis...me-so-his-lawyer-could-be-intimate-with-wife/

This article seems to debunk the idea discussed the other night that FD, KM and their partners socialized.

"According to an affidavit, Mawhinney’s wife said Fotis — who she had only met once in 2014 [BBM] — randomly called her in May asking her to consider repairing her marriage, the report said".

Does anyone remember if there has been talk about the car wash across the street from the bakery at Adams and Albany Avenue? I mention it because in one of the pictures I took of the bakery I noticed a large white garbage can that does not appear to be city owned sitting next to where I was parked on Adams Street across from the car wash. This peaked my curiosity and I looked over at the car wash where I saw 4 or 5 more of these large white garbage cans for customers to use as they clean their cars. I wonder if those were searched and/or why FD didn't use those for at least part of what he was dumping. To me, pulling into a car wash, washing or pretending to wash your vehicle and dumping some garbage in the process is a lot less noticeable than the "trash bin of stupidity date night" as @LitteBitty so aptly put it. The first picture is the one which I noticed the can sitting in the vacant grassy lot. The second picture is of the car wash showing at least 2 of the cans that were there.

Next let's move onto storm drains:

There are three storm drains directly in front of the bakery. Two out front on Albany Avenue (first and second pictures), one just around the corner on Adams Street and Albany Avenue (third picture).

So so interesting! Its good to know that there are other trash cans in the area that might not be part of City pickup.

The only car wash I recall being discussed was in Avon. We won't know more I guess until the warrants are unsealed. But your car wash on Albany certainly looks like it would be easy to zip in and out of without much attention.

Great pics and alot to think about as we learn more about Albany Ave. Be safe!
