He’s mounting the defense to head it off at the pass. He’s planning on defeating this “murder charge” at the indictment stage.

Agree. Think Judge needs to head this off at the pass but isn't fully sure what to rule yet so is taking more time to consider. But it also appeared Judge has been doing his homework on the issue and might be leaning in direction of doing something. Manafort ruling was interesting choice to discuss in court IMO on this topic.

LE probably ran luminal on the EE’s truck. Washing a vehicle doesn’t eliminate every trace of blood, I don’t think. I’d think LE ran luminal on EVERY SINGLE PIECE of physical evidence. Too bad they didn’t take scrapings from under FD finger nails right away. Or sprayed his hair. Would that be something?

I agree. The car wash would not eliminate everything.

However, would FD have known that?

My theory is based on what FD thought based on what he actually did.

In my Theory of what FD Did or Did Not Do (pun intended), FD Thought it would eliminate everything or at the very least he Thought it would eliminate 99% of it.

This theory explains why FD would take EE's red truck through the Avon car wash.

These same bags of evidence were in the back of FD's Ford Raptor and FD did Not take the Ford Raptor to the car wash After the 'Trash Bin Odyssey of Stupidity Date Night' with MT.

Why Not?

IMO, to have evidence in the exact vehicle that EE had used all day in NC that Friday and possibly all week.

Judge says he does not want relatives of Fotis Dulos to try and facilitate a meeting or conversation between Fotis and the Dulos children. Bail restrictions prohibit him from contacting his children.

Looks like his nails are healing after being all tore up from digging and hard manual labor. I got my finger tips pinched bad where that happened and that's what it looked like. Pools of blood under the base and how they tore as the damaged parts grew. No wonder he wore gloves before he was trying to hide something.

But check out the older gentleman. His expression. Wisdom of maturity. Kid next to him meh, boring. Lady behind them. Can’t tell what she’s thinking but listening.
Gives us ideas of how some are perceiving the court appearances.

Yikes. Wish he hadn't used this example as IMO Pattis was fishing for info here and baiting State. Now we know it didn't happen. So many other falsehoods issued by Pattis.

But at least we know about the alleged polygraph-we know she didn’t pass one, because she didn’t take one. Which also likely means she isn’t cooperating. And let me extrapolate that out to say that if she isn’t fully forthcoming, then there is some fire with that smoke. MOO

Face gaunt. Weight loss. Way more than worry and not sleeping well. Wonder if NP will hire psych for some anti depressive meds.
