Lot of sitting and waiting in Stamford court for Dulos case to be called. Attorneys have been meeting with the judge for awhile. It’s one of the frustrating thing about court cases all of the real business gets done in secret in Judges chambers

Love it!!! I bet he is fit to be tide over this complete and very public breakdown of a life he worked (cheated) insanely hard to create. He always looks so wound up tight and ready to blow that I wouldn't be surprised if he started having verbal outbursts.

That was a big stack-I’ve never been served with a subpoena; are they that big?

Interesting.... my sons was not. He had to testify and his employer requested he be served to prove he was Going to court....company policy. He had a two page summons.

Maybe it included multiple subpoenas....from contractors and KM divorce case...one can only hope.

Sure-you wouldn’t expect your process server to be wearing shorts and flip flops. It’s pretty clear that Pattis warned him that the subpoena would be served as they entered the courthouse. NP took it like he knew it was coming, and FD had the usual po’d look on his face that he gets when he isn’t in charge, and is expected to do something he doesn’t want to do

Multiple methods to serve a person. After awhile, if avoiding service, can get court order to “post” it on the door of person’s house.
That’s why I was curious why there was so much trouble getting him served. Maybe CT different laws than Texas.
Divorce case from years ago, my process server sent a young, beautiful long haired, process server that worked for him to serve a husband who was avoiding service. He had just pulled in, and as she approached the driver’s side window, he was rolling down his window.....
Hahahaha. Instead of “Hi, Babe,” she handed him the paperwork. I wish I could have seen his face.

States attorney Richard Colangelo calls it a fishing expedition by Pattis and asks the court to deny it. Pattis replies she’s gone and we don’t know why and we have the right to pursue alternative theories. Blawie denies Pattis motion.
