Maybe he was being served by several entities. FD is involved in a lot of court cases at the moment.

Of course you haven’t discussed anything that wasn’t out there. Because YOU put it out there. So that makes it ok to blab about it.

That one lie could be the reason the Supreme Court rules against NP if it ever gets to that point.
I think judge will deny gag order request. Remember: if NP and FD get everything they ask for, within reason, obviously dismissal of all charges not included, there is no basis of appeal when they lose the case. Logic of the law business.

That poor boy intern- his expression will not be forgotten...wonder if anyone from MT legal team happened to be in court that day and just popped in? Really, don’t think so but would be nice to confirm somehow...only NP and legal team would do that..

I think that FD would have known that LE would determine that EE had FD's truck that Friday in NC and of course EE driving the Ford Raptor, was picked up on CCTV in NC.

FD needed to make everything fit the fact that EE had FD's Ford Raptor and EE was working in NC that Friday.

FD would need the evidence in the vehicle that was proven to be in NC and proven to be the vehicle that EE was driving that Friday.

LE probably ran luminal on the EE’s truck. Washing a vehicle doesn’t eliminate every trace of blood, I don’t think. I’d think LE ran luminal on EVERY SINGLE PIECE of physical evidence. Too bad they didn’t take scrapings from under FD finger nails right away. Or sprayed his hair. Would that be something?

He’s mounting the defense to head it off at the pass. He’s planning on defeating this “murder charge” at the indictment stage.

Clever strategist.
So he’s not just tainting the jury pool, he’s tainting the panel that sits for indictment proceedings.

Judge says he does not want relatives of Fotis Dulos to try and facilitate a meeting or conversation between Fotis and the Dulos children. Bail restrictions prohibit him from contacting his children. @WTNH

Well, what about other non relatives? Do we want some FD ex-lawyer facilitating a meeting at some water skiing lake? Or any one else for that matter?
It’d be tragic if the children wanted a meeting with their father. Even children removed by CPS will want to go back to the abusive parent. God love all of them.

Pattis in court comment about possible motion to surpress FD phone, contents and all fruits thereof, that was given to NCPD is concerning (sequence of events with the phone are detailed in the Arrest Warrant). We saw this coming at the last hearing when it was first mentioned by No Case Norm. Hope NCPD and State are on top of this issue.

NP looked a bit shaken today after court IMO and not usual blustering self. Wonder what was said in chambers that could have changed things possibly? Did anyone else see this? MOO
