The emergency order, filed Tuesday by attorney Norm Pattis, asks the judge to compel the state attorney to share the evidence “critical” to his client’s defense. If the state does not play ball, Pattis asked that the state be prevented from using any evidence it won’t share in the prosecution.

Pattis claims the state has evidence that Fotis Dulos was not present at his estranged wife’s home on the day she was reported missing, but refuses to provide it to the defense. He requested that the state provide evidence regarding Troconis’ interview with investigators, as well as information pulled from Fotis Dulos’ computers and cell phones.
Pattis argued that his client needs to be given access to these items in order to “perfect his alibi.”

NP is crazy....the reason FD and NP have been in court is because of the Albany Avenue jaunt. There are no more serious charges at this time. Theoretically FD doesn't need an alibi for the morning when Jennifer disappeared...he just needs to 'splain what he was doing with the bloody mops, t-shirt, bra, etc. And, FD should know what's on his phone....OH....maybe that's why he's worried.
BTW...there's no mention of the attorney meeting early on the 24th anymore....Hmmmmmm…..
If FD would just give the media and LE his "simple" explanation (that NP says he wants to save for the jury) about the Albany Avenue trip....he would be home and FREE...right?

That’s funny ponytail, you seem to be the only one granting interviews and making statements/comments to the press and public.

We don’t hear a peep from the state prosecutor or Bowman. Also, perhaps you should start perfecting your anomaly explanation as I think it’s more concerning than FD’s alibi.

I thought KM was removed from his case but he’s copied on all of the motions.
