I spent an hour typing up a background and then future actions to start a “Jennifer Movement”.

Oh no! So sorry this happened. If you are working on a large draft there is an icon on the tool bar at the top of screen where you are typing of an old fashioned floopy disk. As you type its a good idea to keep hitting the floopy disk to save your work (even if you just step away for a couple of minutes) as sometimes WS will log you out etc. or become unstable and you will lose your work. Sometimes you might get lucky and have your post auto saved so when you come back to the thread you unfinshed comment is still there.

Sorry this happened!!! Hope you can find your work.

Everything in my being says this will be, "A terrible accident...." JD was unreasonable...FD just wanted to talk about the weekend...she fell...he knew he would be blamed. He panicked...what else could he do. UGH!

IMO the time for this argument has come and gone! Long gone.....

If this were the case then why not mention it day 1/on the 24th and save the family anguish and eliminate the time spent investigating the disappearance and subsequent murder of JD?

I take comfort in the fact that he cannot claim to not have had legal representation from jump on this case as he was accompanied by counsel to NCPD headquarters.

I think this could go back to the infamous statement, "I know what I have done and what I haven't done". Sadly when I first heard this I thought oh no here we go with yet more abdication of personal responsibility by FD as he was going to claim that JD somehow pushed him into a murderous rage where he remembers nothing from 8 am until his head hits his pillow on the 24th/missing date. This still potentially puts FD in the area of murder/manslaughter so perhaps he thought he could get away with the crime if no body were found? IDK.

Frankly I wonder if this is the only route that will work for Pattisville/Gang that can't shoot straight!

But given that Pattisville has now claimed that their client is "not a psychopath" in Family Court it doesn't appear they are going to head down the mental incompetency pathway in court and they want to portray FD as sane and psychologically healthy. My bet is that they will be back on the victim shaming bandwagon shortly once they are finished dragging GF in Family Court.

IMO we need gag orders in place in Criminal and Family Courts now and total file seals. We need this to protect the victim in this case and to insure a fair trial can happen in criminal court and that the interests of the 5 children can be looked after by Family Court without the public spectacle that has sadly been playing out and facilitated by an IMO irresponsbile press in CT.

Sorry I think I was unclear. On my screen there is this yellow colored toolbar for WS and towards the right end of the bar there is the floopy disk that can be used to save drafts. Sometimes though autosave on WS doesn't work perfectly if the site is unstable. So, to be perfectly safe if you are working on a long document it makes sense to me to work in another program (say google docs etc.) and then cut and paste into WS when you want to post. Sorry this happened to you.

view on what he did with her body so disrespectfully.
I have no hope of any trace of her body ever being found. Just the blood, which may be enough to convince a jury.
But, IMO, I think a good prosecutor who can tell the story based on Jennifer's blogs and
testimony in her divorce case can show a jury
her thoughts on his pre-meditated way of dealing with others he had disagreements with.

I agree! Having seen this scenario play out twice in one mid-sized city in the span of months, it is my opinion and only my opinion, that she ended up at the dump. Why else the need for numerous stops? I agree each of the bags had its own little piece of the puzzle; many of those pieces were destroyed before LE could locate them.

He planned for her body to be gone and it was. But for the holiday garbage schedule that weekend, all of the evidence would have been incinerated. This is the part of the murder he had preplanned IMO, as it required him to research exactly when those particular garbage pick ups were going to occur in that particular neighborhood.

He knew he was going to dispose of what he outrageously viewed as garbage. Reading the unrelenting attacks he is now directing at Dr. Farber in his pleadings, I believe he altered and discarded Jennifer's body in the most demeaning, obliterating fashion possible. He DID want her total and complete annihilation, as you astutely point out. Every aspect of that garbage dump is very, very revealing from a prosecution standpoint IMO.

He is now directing the same calculated fury toward an innocent 85 year old woman, with a venom that virtually drips from the pages of every single pleading he files. Notice how Dr. Farber is now the one who he claims funded and caused all the divorce drama? She is the one who has caused all the discord? Seriously? (Of course, no mention of him living off of the Farber largesse for years). He is trying to inflict the same pain on Dr. Farber that he did on Jennifer!

What he doesn't realize is he has hurt her all he can. He has taken her most precious gift, her child. She will not allow him to ever have the chance to do so again. File your ugly, disgusting motions C Team! Your client will not evade justice. You will not do to Dr. Farber what your client did to her daughter. She is bigger, stronger and yes, richer than your client. She has the resources to see he receives precisely the justice he is due.

Like the rest of us, I would like to know when the curtain is going to fall on Mr. Dulos' head, but I also know it is important to make sure all the evidence is completely gathered and analyzed. If Jennifer's birthday is the 27th, there would indeed be some measure of karma if that is date Dulos is arrested! But only if the time is right.

WHERE is the Justice for Jennifer?!?! FD's crap/BS has been going on for wayyyyyy too long now!!!! The divorce was filed for by Jennifer in June 2017 (IIRC). This is September 2019! FD has pulled way too many of his shenanigans IN COURT & OUTSIDE of COURT with no repercussions, or very little, IF ANY! Yet, Jennifer is missing and it seems as if HE is still winning the fight even when she no longer has her own voice! How long is this BS going to go on??? The insults to JD's mom (GF). FD and his crew now attack GF since they can no longer attack Jennifer because HE has silenced her. So now FD and his so-called attorneys are carrying on with the insults to GF who after all is taking care of his 5 children. Do any of them, especially FD, care about the suffering that the kids are going through not knowing where their mother is????? Then we have FD living in a house that he isn't even making the payment on, GF is. He hasn't paid child support in over 2 years. All of this, PLUS MORE! Yet, he is still running wild, still out and about sucking air, has several attorneys, yet he claimed to be broke in his court papers/filings. I mean WTF does it take for Justice for Jennifer?! Jennifer Dulos case: Prosecutor predicts ‘media sideshow’ without gag order
State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo said in one of two memos filed at the Stamford courthouse that defense attorney Norm Pattis has “undoubtedly crossed the line” with “improper and damaging” comments made publicly about the high-profile case of Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance.
Media coverage has been extensive and pervasive. And much of it is centered on comments (Fotis) Dulos’ lawyer has made — many directly to the press — about the case,” Colangelo said.
Colangelo asked the court on Aug. 7 to impose a gag order. In his memo Wednesday, he warned that Pattis’ statements could potentially prejudice future proceedings in the case.
“An essential tenet of the American justice system is that a criminal trial is not a referendum, and its outcome should never be determined by public-relations campaigns in the court of public opinion. Rather, verdicts must be based on evidence and argument received in court, untainted by outside influence,” Colangelo said.

Colangelo’s memo comes two weeks after Pattis penned an argument against the gag order that claimed Fotis Dulos has the right to respond to “damaging public comments fueled in large part by the warrant filed on existing charges and the sotto voce whispering of tattle-tale officers whispering innuendo to eager reporters.”
A second memo filed by Colangelo on Wednesday also argued in favor of denying Pattis’ motion from July to dismiss charges against his client, calling it a “poorly constructed Trojan Horse.”

“The reason for this is simple,” Colangelo said. “By authorizing an arrest warrant, a judge has already determined that sufficient evidence supports prosecuting those charges. No further hearings on the issue are necessary.”

I wonder if FD really even thought about the holiday weekend. Memorial Day probably wouldn't mean much to him as it's strictly an American holiday.

If only he hadn't been caught red handed dumping the bags, I think he believes that in time everyone would believe JD really did just leave. At least it may have given the children enough reasonable doubt to believe FD was innocent.

From the beginning, Pattis and his crew have deliberately ignored anything to do with the crimes that have been charged. The evidence regarding those crimes is overwhelming. But, without those charges and that evidence they must feel there isn't much evidence supporting a murder. Or they want the public to believe that.

I remember Pattis prattling on and on about no murder charges as if the charges that have been made don't matter. I think it would almost be worthwhile to go to court on these charges and file the murder charges after the conviction. It would be nice to make NP face the fact that his client is a nut job and that Pattis can certainly relate to him.

Dr. Dollars must have taken FD did at his word when he said,"I am not a psychopath", because he certainly never talked to FD's neighbors and the people who actually know him. According to media reports about FD,"A lot of people do not like him because he was so volatile with them, yelling, getting into disagreements and screaming matches." These witnesses also said he would "totally over-react" to "routine" parking issues, and that he was a"reckless driver, very hot headed." Jennifer, on the other hand, was described as "warm." This description certainly seems accurate to me, but then I am not being paid by the C Team.

Looking over early pictures and reporting, FD shaved head at first appearance continues to stands out. Had he ever worn that style of cut before? If so, when and for how long? IMO he shaved his head thinking it would ensure no hair evidence was going to be found. If so, more premeditation.

MT was an emotional wreck at first appearance, trying to hide her face, crying, telling her parents she loved them. She is a weak sister. She will not be able to play LE at all. The EE also is a big problem for FD. EE's lawyer says he wants nothing to do with FD and is now a former EE. Obviously, these two people are in entirely different buckets, but between them I bet they had a whole lot to say about Mr. Dulos.

The facade of caring father is a myth and a mask. When Dr. Dollars claims FD "is not a psychopath" he is incorrectly using that term to say FD is not an evil, ruthless murderer. Sorry doc, but all the psychobabble in the world will not convince me of your client's innocence.

State police picked him up at his house. in Farmington at 2:32 p.m. and have taken him to Troop G in Bridgeport to be processed. Sources said it is another tampering with evidence charge
