His lawyer confirmed to NBC New York that Dulos had been arrested, though he had no further details.

It could even involve tampering with a witness...MT or EE? Or tampering with private communications.I wonder if he was caught tampering with something new at the house ? or would they have new charges if something was confirmed after testing???
As long as he sits in a cell, they can charge him with whatever they please. Murder charge will come. Maybe today I hope. It will be great if he cannot get out on bail. Keep him occupied!A new tampering charge? I guess I don’t know how this works; I would have figured all of the tampering would go together under one charge-wonder what this bit of tampering is about? So he has to come up with more bail money (unless this is actually his arrest for murder and not tampering)? I wonder if MT will be arrested, too.
He has a 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination, but he voluntarily sat down for that interview. In fact, his lawyer solicited it. There was no force, no coercion, he wasn't in LE custody. It was "freely, voluntarily and knowingly" made by FD. IMO it comes in and it is a damning piece of evidence. With the mountain of evidence LE will have, it will be very interesting to see how Mr. Coangelo constructs his case, though. He may not view the impact of that statement in the same light.Yes, thank you for this post. It's profound.
@oceancalling, question for you: His statement in his interview "I know what I did" - that is, in my opinion and my opinion only, an admission of guilt. How much weight can that interview carry in court?
