Since he met bail again, I really am concerned he will try to skip the country. He values his freedom more then the kids. He most likely has money stashed overseas. I hope I am wrong....but it is a god possibility.

He’s got that ankle monitor, is likely under surveillance, has no passport, and is quite recognizable.

I’m not worried.

So much stuff! We were right about so many things it’s incredible. Poor JD! My heart aches for her. The AW refers to FoDu lying in wait at her house. Crime occurred between 8:05 and 10:25am. MT is heavily involved in that she definitely KNEW what happened! And likely was in on the planning. FoDU kept her away from the actual murder so she could alibi him. MT admitted to police she couldn’t account for FoDu from at least 8 am until between 1-2 pm on 5/24. We now know he had handwritten a timeline to account for his movements between 6:40 am until 5:10 pm. Her body was likely moved in her Chevy Suburban I think. Tons of screen shots of the ex-Fore Group employee PG who’s wife’s Toyota Tacoma is seen everywhere in NC on morning of JDs disappearance (murder) it is clear from reading the AW that FD tried to frame him and that the ex-Fore Group employee is not involved in JDs disappearance whatsoever.

Soooo much stuff you guys! I will have to read and reread a bunch! Both MT and Fodu’s gooses are cooked! Especially FD! He definitely killed JD MOO! He did it and likely committed the murder all on his own. I can’t believe according to the Arrest Warrant FD hugged JD on 5/12 Mothers Day knowing he would be killing her.

I’ve missed y’all so much. Have my aunt staying with me who is rapidly declining with dementia until Monday so I have no life at home until then. I look forward to posting soon and digesting all of this stuff! Amazing details! Simply amazing! He is never getting out of jail. Which is good because I literally hate him!

I don't feel the need to spend any more time on this as you brought all the info I need on this sad topic.

I wonder if we might see some public revision on this statement from Pattisville tomorrow?

Perhaps, "My client might be a psychopath" or "My client may have some psychopathic tendancies" or better yet, "Sorry our Dr. administered the incorrect older test and so we will have to retract our statement to the Hartford Courant in full"!

Thanks for bringing in the info about the testing as it just hit home how the atty making the statement did little to no work IMO to understand the testing involved or confirmed the results prior to speaking with Dave Altimari at the Hartford Courant.

Shout out to Dave Altimari for not asking about the extent of psychological testing to ascertain exactly how an attorney can make a statement that their client is NOT a psychopath!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Here's what we arm chair sleuths got exactly right:
1. Killer Dulos DID in fact use the red truck and park it near at an empty turnout, ONE HUNDRED FEET AWAY FROM WHERE JENNIFER'S SUV WAS LATER FOUND ABANDONED.
2.Killer Dulos DID lie in wait for Jennifer at her home and murder her in her garage.
3. Killer Dulos DID attempt to clean up the murder scene and in doing so, left crucial evidence for LE to find.
4.Killer Dulos DID load Jennifer's body into her Suburban and transport it to the red truck for transfer.
5. Killer Dulos DID load Jennifer's body into the red truck he had, in a premeditated manner, left at that spot for that exact purpose.
6. Killer Dulos DID have Jennifer's phone after the murder, an item of evidence we believed to be important, and which confirms the time Jennifer's SUV left her residence and where it went.
7.Killer Dulos DID in fact abandon Jennifer's SUV in the park for LE to later find.
8.Killer Dulos DID have plenty of time for this seemingly "impossible" task of murdering Jennifer. According to objective video evidence, that red truck was parked at that "empty turnout" between 75 and 7:40 a.m. According to objective video evidence, Jennifer returned home at 8:05 a.m. According to objective video evidence, Jennifer's SUV was recorded leaving her residence at 10:45 a.m.

FD had planned everything, from beginning to end, even his attempting to steal the "Gone Girl" plot line! His problem was, he just wasn't as smart as he thought he was. NP naively thinks he is going to even make it to round 2? He has just been delivered a knock out blow, and is blathering on about 12 rounds? Dude, pick your jaw up off the floor and go lick your wounds in private. Your client is going to spend every day of his life behind bars soon. Why don't you start looking for another high profile case to satisfy your need for fame?

But we arm chair sleuths were right! The evil bas**** did it! No wonder that EE was in a hurry to cooperate with LE. If the EE told LE that his sick **** of a boss DIRECTED him to load the bags holding evidence of the cold-blooded, premeditated murder of the mother of 5 children, LE surely has concluded that FD was more than capable of trying to falsely implicate this poor EE for this crime. He is reprehensible. Thank goodness that EE retained experienced counsel!

This arm chair sleuth has one question remaining to ask. When can the citizens of CT, expect Killer Dulos to be indicted by a grand jury for first degree murder?

He is cooked. I do worry about him being out through as the heat is getting turned up and he is a loose cannon. Even with an ankle monitor. They must have cops around his property too. I hope.

@MassGuy, why do you think she wasn't hit with additional charges today? The arrest warrant language on how she didn't cooperate and then lied and then changed her mind was pretty damning IMO. Also, the prearranged 'alibi notes' were absolutely stunning as well!

Wonder how No Case Norm spins this one? The picture trail is extensive and deep. And the WS theories were pretty damn close too! Incredible to see this play out in video!

It looks like MT may have made a sweet deal like KK in the Frazee case. It took MT three interviews and, obviously realizing how out of synch their "alibi script" was with the physical evidence to get her there.
Nothing like all those pictures of this dumb duo to convince her to turn!

No wonder it has taken LE so long. So much video. (Gotta' love the buses!) So many phone records.

And thank goodness FD's employee was smart enough not to sacrifice himself to the plot.

Somebody smarter than I am is going to have to go through all the WS posts and see who came closest to solving this one!

Its actually so interesting that No Case Norm attacked the reporter that asked the question with the statement, "Where is your objectivity" when she had the "audacity" to ask, "Where is Jennifer?". Honestly, who else was the reporter going to ask this question to No Case Norm?

We are dealing with the fact that JD is missing and FD has been accused now multiple times of tampering/hindering in the disappearance of JD. So, how can No Case Norm make any claim as to lack of objectivity for a reporter simply doing their job? IMO that reporter was the only one dealing with the elephant issue in the room and he simply attacked her?

Strange--I thought I would find more joy in FD arrest but instead I have thought more about JD since the arrest.

In remembrance of beautiful JD, whose song was cut way too short and to her wonderful children-----

This is the first time we have seen a reference to JD cell phone.

Wonder why he kept the JD cell phone or if he disposed of it subsequent to dropping JD Suburban at Lapham Rd. But what is so facinating is that its the JD cell phone that details the drive from Welles to Lapham as FO left his cell phone at 4Jx. This also explains why there were no 'pings' for the am detailed in the first arrest warrant.

The absence of the FO cell phone on the 24th in the am (as it was sitting at 4Jx) meant that all this detective work had to be done using CCTV. Incredible work putting this together!

Warrant also confirms CCTV at JD Welles house as early MSM pictures showed.

So interesting that this arrest warrant still has some gaps which we will no doubt see in closed full with the next round of charges.

24th alibi/alternative theory was all fabricated! Wonder what this means for KM? Does this mean that he gets dragged in for false testimony on behalf of confirming an alibi for FO?

I am so curious as to what prompted today's arrest? Was this event for MT or was it to put Pattisville on notice that the ball on murder is going to drop?

The MT knowledge and participation in the crimes of hindering and tampering now look to be absolutely clear. I hope that there is NO sweetheart deal as this warrant has her with clean up items and placing them in a black plastic bag at 80 MS. Further it took 3 interviews I believe for her to finally cough up some relevant information! So much for her mother having an impact on this process of getting MT in gear! She wasted alot of LE time and resources during a critical time in the investigation IMO.

Looks like 80 MS as we were all discussing the other night is where FO did his evil work. MOD and Murder weapon not detailed in this arrest warrant that I could find. But I believe the knife story that was previously leaked to the HC to be in line with what was described to have happened at Welles.

Absolutely gobsmacked about the 'bus cam' footage as its like having 50+ cameras swarming around NC every morning and afternoon!

Brilliant detective work IMO.
