I love the New Canaan Police Department for posting this Tweet!

They know everything that's coming and so does FD. We'll be the last but I can live with that!

For sure. The only question at this point, is when that knock on the door comes.

I hope that “knock,” is a door kick. And that door kick catches him in a deep sleep.

They made written notes of what they did? For what reason? Make sure their stories matched?
Or make sure LE could hang both of them with self authored admissions.
Are they stupid? Or what?
Or druggies.
Whatever the reason, good thing they made notes.
Patience. It’s coming together. Where’s Fudge when we need him?
Maybe he pawned the knife. Hope LE ran through all pawn shops.

I'll be content with LE having Fudge's pants with a print of the knife in blood where he wiped it.

He might trade away the knife but he wouldn't get rid of his pants and probably wouldn't wash them.

We can only dream of seeing his words and the picture of those pants on the next Arrest Warrant.....
the one (drum roll.....) for kidnapping and capital murder!

I seriously am wondering about her cognitive abilities right now; I do wonder what she might be taking. Surely she hasn’t always been so inarticulate given her previous jobs. MOO.
Sometimes women who sleep their way to the top have titles and not jobs if you know what I mean.

Smarts were not exactly high on the list of expectations!

(Even wearing clothes was often optional?)

Or maybe when he's halfway done dying his hair.

I may get sick when I repeat this but in the warrant, I believe I read (yes, my retinas still are burned) that she/FD tried to say that they had taken a shower together that morning and she’d seen him all morning but then later said he wasn’t there and she never saw him until the afternoon. MOO.
My retinas are burned too. And UGH about the shower. So, and I can't remember, could read warrant again, UGH, but if she said together all morning....then there is NP claim to airtight alibi...that is dust in the wind now...IMO

I think those license plates were simply an efffort to thwart any license plate readers, while dumbo and MT were dumping evidence.

They had to get rid of them after they were done.

I wonder if the plan was simply to use PG’s red Toyota truck for the Hartford odyssey of stupidity, but he insisted on taking it back that weekend. So they had to use the altered plates on FD’s truck to keep his truck. What did they do-attach them to the plates already on the truck with magnets, and then pull them off, stick them in the fedex mailer, and toss them into the storm drain?

Legal expert: Prosecution telling Fotis Dulos ‘we’re coming after you’

If he did it, they appear to have narrowed down his whereabouts to a very tight timeline,” said attorney Lindy Urso, who represents a former employee of Fotis Dulos’ real estate development company who provided key evidence in the most recent tampering charge.
Based on the timeline, I’d image she’d be in New Canaan,”
He’s very upset that Fotis dragged him into this mess,” Urso said. “He quit when Fotis was arrested.”
It looks as though this could form the basis of a murder warrant against Fotis Dulos,” Urso said. “A strong case could be made that there is enough circumstantial evidence to charge Fotis with murder.”
Why deliver this warrant now?” Maddox said. “I can’t think of a procedural reason for doing it. My guess is that the state is waiting for more forensic evidence before they charge him with murder. In the interim, with so many people clamoring for information, they wanted to put their side out there.”
Speaking in general terms in situations where for a number of reasons the police or state felt comfortable that there was not a risk of flight or the chance the suspect was a danger to the community, there is no need to act at any particular pace,” Gulash said.

Thanks - at the risk of appearing a bit daft - I am still baffled. How would this help, since plates trace to him? I would understand if stolen plates were in the drain. And did they use the plates on any vehicle they used?

Yeah, this is purely stupid; using plates that circle back to him don’t make sense. Did he think the wouldn’t be found in the storm drain? He took such a big chance there. Why didn’t he just take them back home and put them back in the garage?

YES! The State is TAMPERING with Fotis. Toying with him like a cat to a mouse. NP wanted to see the evidence. Voila!

Marissa Alter on Twitter

"Norm Pattis just sent me this statement regarding Michelle Troconis’ new arrest.
“Our hearts go out to Ms Troconis. We are confident that she will, in the end, tell the truth at trial. The state is a terrifying enemy, but a clean conscience is a powerful ally." @News12CT"
What is that supposed to mean?
I can't imagine that they would really want her to tell the truth.
It it some kind of veiled threat?
Are they planning on accusing her?
Imo

Something that keeps coming up that I keep thinking about:

The Porsche Cayenne is registered to Jennifer. Fotis gave EE the seat from the Porsche SUV to EE to put in his truck and so Fotis could discard the soiled seat, claiming there may be Jennifer’s hair in it.

EE took the Porsche seat, but was adamant about keeping his old one, which was eventually given to LE, and Jennifer’s blood was found in it.

Ok... here’s my questions:

1. Is the above mentioned Porsche Cayenne, that’s registered to Jennifer, the same one that was mentioned as one of the cars in her garage when she was killed? Or was there another Porsche?

2. Was the Porsche Cayenne that FD removed the seat from, and gave to EE, actually at the FD house... or maybe was just the seat removed and then left in the garage when/after Jennifer moved out? Is it a 3rd seat that JD didn’t need or want?

3. If the Porsche Cayenne was actually at FD house, how and when did it get there?
They are two different vehicles.

I think it’s a veiled way of reassuring her that FD still “loves” her and begging her to stick with the story. Just my opinion.

Perhaps in response to the GAL telling him he better be able to account for every minute of his day? Remember that- way back when FD told him she was missing IIRC? JMO

Yes, they already have started down that road. Didn't NP call her a scorned lover or something?
