@HopeForTheBest - My phone won't let me open the links you posted so I can't see the license plate number.

@afitzy - something happened to me today kinda crazy! I went this evening (around 5:00 PM EST) to try and look at that barn structure again and decided I would go and take a picture of the entrance to 585 DC for you. I was on Old Mountain Road, slowing down to turn onto Ely Road, and had just put my left hand blinker on. Right at that moment two huge, huge, huge Uhaul trucks (they must have been the biggest trucks they have) came flying down Ely Road, making a very slight effort to attempt to slow down, before gasing it again as they turned to the left in front of me on Old Mountain Road. I slammed on my breaks briefly and thought to myself "Wow, they must be in a hurry" before I saw what was coming next. Booking it at a feverish pace behind the Uhaul trucks was a black Suburban!!! It had very dark tinted windows so I couldn't see who was driving and it was moving so fast I couldn't make out the license plate, except for the fact it was one of the "special" license plates we have here in CT and possibly had one letter and two numbers. Directly behind the black Suburban was a white SUV, moving at an equally fast pace. It looked like an Escalade because it had lots of shiny chrome on it or even a Chrysler Aspen, but it was going so fast I couldn't tell what make it was. Keep in mind this about a 1/4 mile from 4JC.

Oh yes, and here is the picture of 585 DC, haha :)

It seemed like more than language to me, too. MOO.
Before it was taken down, I noticed a lot of MTs social media was in Spanish. I think Bowman would make sure that she’s being interviewed in the correct language; especially by the time of the 3rd 8/13 interview you think he’d pick up on it, wouldn’t he?

I absolutely agree. I'm trying to figure out if there is another explanation but I'm with you. MT was very determined and persistent liar in all of this and it enrages me that she wasted so much LE time and resources doing what she did.

Why has MT NOT been charged with lying to the police in addition to hindering and tampering?

Still am missing something with why this was tolerated and why MT got the 'heads up' about the arrest. I could have sworn I heard Bowman exclaim to the press as he was heading into the Troop Q building in BPT that "we are cooperating with LE" but I cannot be sure that this was actually said as the doors were slamming and press was shouting questions.

I'm not sure that cooperating now has much value if the client is a well established liar?

Seems like a total and absolute mess.

MOO

I think LE fell down on the job with the search warrants for the Toyota in 2 ways:
1. If they didn't know on 5/31 that FD drove it often, they definitely knew on 6/2. Why no search warrant until 6/6 or request made to EE on the spot for permission to search?
2. LE had been made aware of the seat issue on 5/31. Why was that not in the search warrant? That seems like a grave error to me.
So yes, I do wonder what took so long. It's odd.

I do not think EE had any prior knowledge or participation after the fact in this crime. However to characterize his thinking as "his employer was acting just a little more stupid than usual by Washing EE's Truck and Demanding that the seats be changed" is the same as saying EE is not very bright.

You asked "So, EE was supposed to be a psychic and determine that FO murdered JF just because FO was acting a little more stupid than usual, about an employee's red truck"?

Answer: I don't think anyone has to be a psychic to figure out what happened. And EE would have been way ahead of the people here at WS.

You asked "What Exactly was EE supposed to approach the Authorities and tell them, about FO Before June 2?
Answer: It's not that hard. LE asked for tips. As soon as the washing of the truck, the seat swapping talk, the grilling of EE about his day on the 24th, the odd key issue at MS, that's what could have been told to LE. And he was still leaving the truck at 4JC. If FD hadn't been so lazy, he might have swapped out the seats himself. So yes, evidence was in jeopardy.

I think the Never Trust the Authorities thing is most likely overblown here, IMO. He went to the station on 6/2 without a lawyer, AFAIK.

I have NEVER stated any comparison of EE to MT or FD and I don't believe there is ANY equivalency. I do believe he has told the truth. FD and MT managed to get themselves arrested the first time without his help and I do feel he is overall decent person but do I have to agree with every single thing and the timing of it in order to believe that? All is well that ends well but if MY loved one was missing, I would expect EE to come forward immediately with his information. On 5/30 it was already reported in the media that blood was found and LE was investigating the case as a homicide. IMO.
IMO this investigation is about one of the most thorough, professional investigations I have seen in awhile. Murder investigations are complex, with a LOT of moving parts. LE never knows in advance what significance to assign each piece of information and probably had not established the role the Tacoma played in this crime for some period of time. So, again, I am not going to second guess any of their decisions. The way LE went literally door to door, getting those car wash and ATM videos was true detective work, and it is clear that everyone connected with this investigation gave and continues to give 110%. LE did not "fall down" in investigating the Tacoma in any respect IMO. It has also now been established that EE came forward within days of Jennifer's disappearance, so some of the criticism directed at him here is not even based on the actual facts of what occurred.

I am reminded of a set of instructions the clerk in the Bronx County Courthouse gave us the first time I showed up to jury duty.

"About not understanding English: I used to ask people this question, and I used to take them completely at their word. I would spend probably half of each work week, calling and reaching out to the employers of individuals who had told me "no habla Ingles". What I found was that, invariably 99.4% of the supervisors I interviewed, said "what are you talking about? He/she speaks and understands English perfectly well; and in fact is out there right now on the shop/showroom/supermarket floor speaking it right now." At which point, I promptly gave up issuing any exemptions for language issues."

Since that time, I have warned my Spanish speaking coworkers; my Russian-speaking coworkers; my Chinese-speaking coworkers, any and everybody in between, not to dream of trying to "play the language card" and drown them in a flurry of Cantonese or w/e, because the clerk of the court is just going to track them down and embarrass them in front of the judge when doing so.

One big happy family.....FD...PoPo....Jeep and seats all caught on tape...
Who looks nervous in this video? Yes of course you guessed it.....FD.

Estranged husband of missing Connecticut mother-of-five is questioned by police | Daily Mail Online

It seems like police only found out about the red truck by accident when EE drove up to 4JC in the Cherokee with the 2 Porsche seats. This was on 5/31. Purely accidental and fortuitous that police happened to be there. Then 2 days later police interviewed him. On 6/6 when police seized the vehicle, he advised the seats had been changed out. What if police had not been at 4JC the day he drove up in the Cherokee? Would we know very little of what we know now? He knew from day 1 something very fishy was going on. It seems he would never have reported anything on his own accord. There could have been evidence lost due to his delay. Not that impressed. MOO.

OMG ! Thank you for doing all this but I am so glad you weren't injured with what sounds like dangerous driving with the 2 uhauls and the 2 speeding cars.

What you describe sounds like an unusual situation with 2 huge Uhaul and the racing Suburban and white SUV. Your instincts have been spot on with everything you have reported so if you felt what you saw could be relevant to the case I would strongly suggest giving some thought to calling NCPD:

In addition to the tip line, 203-594-3544, to further gather information regarding Jennifer’s disappearance there is now a dedicated e-mail [email protected] and website www.FindJenniferDulos.com

A bunch of folks worked together to get the info you wanted on the Suburbans and I posted a picture of the white SUV with GA plates that was being driven by MT Mamma at the last arrest event. It looked like a Nissan with alot of silver trim.

Be safe and thanks a million for the picture it certainly looks overgrown. I wonder if what you saw was MT finally picking up her belongings from 4Jx with the 2 trailers? Wouldn't that be wild? But if the Suburban were involved then that would be a violation of the no contact order?

PS. With all the 'adventures' you have I hope you have a dash cam?!? Every time we talk about Albany the image of you in that neighborhood pops up in my head and it hard not to worry about your safety! Be safe and take care always please!!!

Does anyone know if MT is still staying at the Residence Inn in Avon? The last time I know it was verified that she was staying there was the last week of July when she was served a notice for deposition in GF lawsuit, her address was listed as Residence Inn in Avon then.
That was before her 8/13 interview with LE when she started to turn on FD.
One would think she might want to get a little distance from FD since that time, eh?
She has to stay in CT of course, and FD is down in NC all the time apparently, but nonetheless...

It could have been a Nissan now that you say that. I know someone who has a Nissan Armada and I forgot how much chrome those have on them. They wanted out of there because it was obvious that even though I had the right of way, they weren't going to stop. After seeing the Suburban I thought where are the police? But on a Saturday afternoon at 5:00 maybe not watching as closely?

I can't wait to be away from here!

It is unclear where MT is presently staying. I thought they would have a new address for her on the most recent warrant but the latest warrant shows 4Jx as MT address (ditto for FD). Not sure what to make of this. Absent any info online (nothing new as we checked on Friday) then I would think the address in the GF civil litigation for notices purposes would be best one to use.

Staying 2 miles or so from 4Jx with a no contact order hasn't made much sense to me but perhaps her daughter is back in school? IDK. If I run into any other info I will post it.

Hahahahahaha. The old no comprendo trick. But Friday? In their best English, where’s my paycheck?
You have NO IDEA how many times I’ve heard this BS.
hahahahahaha.
Puhleez. She was born and raised in Tennessee, was she not?
Spanish is her second language.
Hahahahahaha. Forget about it, MT. Honey, pack your bags. You’re going bye bye.

Seems to me that MT represents her demographic quite well -- settled in Florida, educated, etc.... No need to worry about her proficiency with English. Also, with Argentinean in-laws, bi-lingual social media posts are the norm. Reminds me of Gisele Bundchen that consistently tweets/posts using both English and Spanish.

Owing to their higher levels of college education and better English skills, a significant share of immigrant workers from Argentina (46 percent), Venezuela (42 percent), Chile (38 percent), and Brazil (36 percent) were employed in management, business, science, and arts occupations.

IMO---MT and FD went to Bowman office together for a little heart to heart. But the bill was paid by MT (b/c her family had the money to put in her account so that she could cut the check) which would make Bowman MT attorney.....not FD attorney. She paid...got Bowman not FD (who had no money, obviously).

Ole Bowman read right thur FD and was quick to realize MT just isn't ---well, "very quick thinking" to pull off a murder. Oh and there's "ITS ALWAYS THE HUSBAND" thing in the back of his head ----and told her to stop talking to him.
When LE has an interview with a suspect like MT, counsel is with the client, right?

Frankly, I'm surprised Atty Bowman let Troconis continue to talk at times. Am delighted she continued to talk, however. Maybe Bowman was as shocked as we were when she said some of the things she did.

A “special” license plate with one letter and 2 numbers on a Black Suburban with tinted windows sounds like it could be LE. Don’t some of the “Municipal” plates in CT used by the local police and such have just a couple numbers/letters? The white SUV could be LE as well, but it sounds like speed precluded getting enough detail. Of course it could be MT’s movers, or even FD anticipating the worst coming up and trying to move his valuables out.
I would call it in to the tip line as @afitzy suggests, things have likely really heated up for and between FD and MT in the past few days and who knows what could be going on. It doesn’t hurt, you know, “if you see something say something?”

I am going to venture and say yes, especially after living here in CT and seeing what I have seen. The expanse between the haves and the have nots is the width of the Atlantic, with the haves absolutely clueless (or at least they act clueless) as to how the have nots and the rest of the world actually survives. Every single time my husband and I have been taken advantage of here it has been by someone far richer, with access to everything we don't have. It seems to be the name of the game here. If I had been PG, and my life is probably very comparable, I would have been scared to death when I put together what was happening. Over the fact I would need to quit my job, how would my family survive and how would this affect them, how would I hire an attorney and where would that money come from since I don't have family to help me, etc., etc. I am sure it would have taken me some time to figure it all out too.
I also think FD may have alluded to the fact that he set it up to look like EE did it. Basically letting him know that if EE went to authorities he’d be digging his own grave. MOO

MT was born in TN but went back to Caracas with her family shortly after birth we believe and received all her schooling and university in Venezuela. We have no reason to believe that English is MT first language. Her father was in TN doing his residency at the time of MT birth so it is believed that he speaks english and MT mother was previously a licensed psychologist (no longer) and is also believed to speak english.

My guess is that the language spoken in the home is Spanish but this is pure speculation.

But the language in the arrest warrant IMO heard from MT appears disjointed, unclear and incomplete. I do wish that LE would investigate further on the language issue to make sure that the correct language is being used for MT in these interviews. We see incorrect tense usage, pronoun usuage and references that make little sense and sometimes its even unclear whether MT understands the question or when she refers to the body of JD being in EE passenger seat it appears that she is simply saying what she believes LE wants her to say based on what was being said. The AW says directed and probing was used to get anything out of MT so my guess is that things might have gotten tense as LE saw how things were going with the interview. IDK. But based on the AW it seems like the interviews were far from productive. Could things have been managed differently to get a better result or was this just a very determined MT who was going to do or die and follow the alibi scripts at all costs? IDK, but the AW question responses from MT certainly seem odd IMO.

Sorry if I was unclear about the language issue.

I am bringing up the language issue as a question or possible explanation for why the responses from MT simply seem oddly 'off'. Did MT fully understand the questions being asked or her?

Neither MT nor her atty so far as what is mentioned in the arrest warrant brought up the entire issue of what language the interrogation should be made in.

Perhaps Spanish would have been a more productive way to interview MT?

My guess is that is someone is determined to lie that it doesn't matter which language they are interviewed in!
I think if LE believed they needed an interpreter they would have used one.

I do think she was saying that the body of Jennifer was in the Tacoma because of the evidence that was provided her, but I thought she was just being coy.
Instead of stating that she knew it for a fact, she phrased it in such a way as to suggest she assumes it's true because LE found her blood there.

It's just a way of avoiding the question and not directly admitting to it.
I think she understands just fine. Imo
