He switched out the seats on 5/31, kept the seats in his possession, and didn’t tell LE about the switcheroo or that he had the seats until 6/6 when they were in the process of securing the truck on a warrant. So over a month he had the seats and didn’t say anything. Just facts. Read #16 and #17 again. It’s confusing but it’s there.

It sounds like he was afraid of FD too or at least intimidated. He didn’t want to lose his job so perhaps avoided the seat issue over holiday weekend. During that time FD maybe getting angry that EE not changing seats and went ahead havi got ckeaned and detailed . Sounds like EE knew this was as strange request but what could he really say? I’m trying to picture that conversation. Um “FD what’s up with these seats. You keep telling me about them, what happened?” I think at one point EE told LE he just wanted to get FD off his back

A “special” license plate with one letter and 2 numbers on a Black Suburban with tinted windows sounds like it could be LE. Don’t some of the “Municipal” plates in CT used by the local police and such have just a couple numbers/letters? The white SUV could be LE as well, but it sounds like speed precluded getting enough detail. Of course it could be MT’s movers, or even FD anticipating the worst coming up and trying to move his valuables out.
I would call it in to the tip line as @afitzy suggests, things have likely really heated up for and between FD and MT in the past few days and who knows what could be going on. It doesn’t hurt, you know, “if you see something say something?”

A couple things I want to put out there (I basically missed this whole thread so not sure if this has been discussed, I apologize).

• As we know, lies sometimes have bits of truth. I'm thinking about the 'shower together' piece of the 'alibi script'. (Note: I can hardly type alibi script without laughing @ Duh?los) Anyway, of course FD had to take a shower after the crime. Where/when did he do that? MT would want to shower too, they have to wash off the blood, after all. A literal blood bath. Did they actually shower together or maybe they showered simultaneously but in different showers? Either way, of course they would shower. I hope and assume LE has checked drains for Jennifer's DNA. Wonder if EE would have noticed if MT's hair was wet. FD's hair (or lack there of) would dry pretty quickly so would be less obvious.

• Also, when EE arrived at 80 Mountain Spring he was told MT and FD were "cleaning" the home. And both MT and FD were standing in the driveway, waiting for EE? This was clearly to prevent EE from entering 80 MS. What was in there they didn't want him to see? JD? The bags?

• I'll betcha there was discussion between MT and FD about murdering EE too. I believe LE that EE had nothing to do with this crime but I also feel EE is lucky to be alive!

• There is another pond just south and connected to the water ski pond. Sconsett pond. I did some googling and found a fishing forum where a guy is talking about this pond. There are some pictures of it. I am not sure I am allowed to link the forum so just google sconsett point avon ct fishing the pictures show a little trail to the pond. To me, this seems like a place FD could have put her remains and a good place to get poison ivy. I know they searched the main waterski pond but I wonder if they checked this area?

It could have been, maybe they were assisting MT in getting her things from 4JC. Maybe while FD was away or unaware, hence the hasty departure? If true, could fully confirm she has flipped and is all out for herself now. It also looked like the numbered plates we have for "important people" or for someone related to someone important here. When I first moved here (I hope this is true as I never checked) it was explained to me that there were these specially numbered plates given to important people and their families, beginning with 1 for the governor, 2 for the lieutenant governor, 3 for the treasurer, and so on. The lower the number the more important the person is. These plates are everywhere with some of the numbers being very high but I guess still a status symbol none the less if you care about things like that. My neighbor has one in the 300's and the guy is a jerk. Drives his car 80 mph down the street and controls the whole neighborhood with fear. Supposedly he is at the helm of a major marijuana growing/distribution operation but LE won't touch him because of his connections. Getting back to FD/MT, I couldn't really tell if the first didget on the plate was a letter, the next definitely were, and there where 3 total didgets. It made me think of my neighbor's plate. It made my mind wonder because we are always talking on here about how unfair things seem to be when it comes to FD, where the money is coming from (is there really a mysterious Greek benefactor?), and why does it seem he gets away with, pardon my language, murder through the courts...maybe he's "license plate" connected...wink, wink.

If the Alibi Scripts are written in English that would be a clue that MT is fluent, I'm thinking.

She would have had to answer to the affirmative that she understood her Miranda rights which I'm just guessing were in English.

I'm more inclined to think MT was stoned/high than that she "no abla ingles".

Thinking further.....how does she run that rug business up there without English-speaking skills?

Yes! This reminds me of a case several years back where a woman was shot and murdered in her home. Her husband wound up charged with the crime and it was theorized he had become involved with a young woman that the couple had met, befriended, and eventually "sponsored" to move to the US from somewhere in Eastern Europe, I think. They originally met her when she was a child on some sort of church mission trip or something. The woman's name was Anna...I remember seeing footage from either interrogation or trial where when questioning became uncomfortable, she wasn't able to understand questions or respond in English. I cannot remember the name of the killer or victim.

I think if LE believed they needed an interpreter they would have used one.

I do think she was saying that the body of Jennifer was in the Tacoma because of the evidence that was provided her, but I thought she was just being coy.
Instead of stating that she knew it for a fact, she phrased it in such a way as to suggest she assumes it's true because LE found her blood there.

It's just a way of avoiding the question and not directly admitting to it.

Yep. It could just as easily be interpreted that she intended to imply EE had had the body in the truck.

The shrugs and grunts she came out with, at least those strategically detailed in the AW, could be read in a number of ways by a number of parties.

LE will be monitoring how each party is reacting. I can hardly breathe.

I was thinking one of them was a ruling denying FD's emergency motion to get custody or some such thing. I can't find anything about it because it didn't get discussed with all the breaking news.Does anyone else remember this or was I dreaming?

There was a 2012 Freestyle Skiing World Cup event held at MT lover's Argentina world class ski resort. Would MT have been with lover at that time? Maybe that's the skiing event she hosted? Tried to find something on YouTube with her hosting. Nothing. Maybe someone else would have better luck.

Maybe so. Know a man who is/was from GB. You’d never know it by his American accent. However, if he became severely stressed, the Cockney (spelling?) accent would come out. He couldn’t help it.

i recall there being discussion if he had shaved his legs (thought to remove more dna- ha!!), they do not appear to be shaven/growing back week later..IMO, his facial muscles are tensed, to go a long with his piercing eyes..

MT is wearing the red converse shoes, same one she wore when she turned herself in for 2nd arrest..on her rearrest- she appeared too relaxed/non-reactive- maybe some xanax..could be just somber, but regardless, she better keep cracking to LE..

On the jogging theory, my husband (a map geek whose commute used to take him by Frogtown) yesterday noted that there's a creek that would take you pretty much directly from Lapham to Welles, and that that was the route FO most likely would have taken.

He had no reason to bury the body; I still don't see a full timeline theory. He is laying in wait in the garage at 8am; how did he get there? If he crossed through the woods after dropping off his vehicle at Waveny, and somehow got poison ivy, he was wearing shorts not regular pants, so that fits into a jogger narrative but there are too many risks with that of being seen, trespassing through properties, as a jogger which some would remember. I am with him leaving a vehicle nearby with cleaning materials and change of clothing as he doubtless had blood from the knife killing. I don't see how he pulls off all this alone at murder scene with all the steps following.
