The issue for me is, and some others have expressed, is getting the dead weight of a person 5 feet 9 or 10 back there. Not the same as a live person getting back there. MOO.

In my opinion only from my experience, probably not as hard as you’d think esp. if the front seats didn’t have high backs and some of the front seats in those trucks aren’t high backed, maybe for that reason. I don’t know. Just saying that with ours, when you moved the seats forward and tilted the back of the front seat forward, you could just kind of slide things back there like over the seat. I imagine it would depend on what the body was in (duffle-type bag with handles, etc.) and if it was in one piece. Ack. I bought a rolled-up braided rug once and put it back there but it wasn’t huge—maybe 4x6? On the other hand, when I brought one of my rescued English bulldogs home, she climbed over the console and into the back seat, and getting her 80-pound, tank-like, adorable, stubborn, bulldog self out of there was a nightmare. It’s all coming back to me now...yes—getting things into the back seat of that kind of extended-cab truck isn’t that hard but getting those things back out because you have to pull and lift, not push, can be much more of a pain so maybe that’s where the blood on the car door came from. MOO.

Like Drew Peterson used for his last wife. Never found though.
Thank goodness LE went back and got him for the second wife and he's in prison forevah!

Oh, gosh! I didn’t know that’s what he did! Yes, those drums are heavy-duty. Awful! Glad he’s not leaving prison!

I saw the HLN special “what Really Happened” on Drew and cannot get his evil otherworldly loud scream in court as he is sentenced “I did not kill Kathleen!” That’s gonna be FD y’all. Drew’s voice sounded like a scary monster and that’s what FD will sound like when it finally dawns on him he’s been found guilty and going to jail. He’s been holding that rage in. That rage that drove him to kill JD and seek his twisted evil revenge. We will hear that howl from FD. MT will probably still be staring off into space like that kid that eats paste in school like she has zero awareness of where she is and that this is real life. Just complete dazed or drugged out non-presence of a vibe.

I just looked inside a 2015 version of this truck I believe and it had what I would call a 'jump seat' pull down for the back seat - just a flat seat that can be pulled up and down.

With the jump seat up and door open, IMO its possible to place a body in the rear portion of the front cab as you might have 18"-24" across the rear portion of the cab if the seats were pulled forward. Its interesting that the driver of the truck that I interviewed is 6'4" and he said he doesn't use the back seat much except for storage as he has to have the driver seat all the way back as he is too tall to use the truck any other way. FD though is petite and so could have pushed the driver seat forward and so give almost all usable space in the rear portion of the cab IMO.

But, if you put the passenger seat all the way back (leaving no space in rear portion behind the passenger seat) then IMO it might be possible to place the body in a bag there as well and it might be faster than placing the body in the rear portion of the cab.

MOO

Yes, I am sure so. That’s how I had the front passenger seat for that incorrigible, beloved English bulldog to give her room...until she climbed into the back like Winnie the Pooh. Ack. MOO.

(BBM) - We don't know if the garage doors were open, but I'd assume - since she was in fear and likely had a remote garage door opener - that she'd keep them shut even on a short trip.

But this brings something else to mind: when he left, he had to have shut the garage door - with a remote. Wonder if that had any fingerprints or any trace of blood on it, and if it was left in the vehicle.

EDIT: Removed an extraneous "and"

I read that the door was open but I think that may have been a rumor in a paper. I think you can shut a garage door without the remote. Some have buttons on the walls but when the electricity around here goes out, my neighbor opens and closes hers manually somehow—with a cord, I think. Still, he may have left blood on it however he did it. MOO.

Trying to keep up with this discussion about the back seat.
The truck is two door, right?
Has a large flat bed.
Why do we think he put her in the back seat and not the flat bed?
He planned this out meticulously, IMO.
My guess is he had a tarp of sorts to cover her body?
Or maybe it was the mat from her SUV?
What am I missing?

I guess because they found the blood on the seats? I don’t remember if that truck had a topper over the bed but probably not since it limits you in what you haul. With the way wind can lift up tarps, etc., and just the thought of open exposure makes me think he wouldn’t chance it in an open bed but who knows? I wonder if the bed was rusty or had construction stuff in it already? I’m not being much help—I just keep thinking of more questions! :(

A not very bright relative of his helped him carry it out of the house.

It’s MOO that based on the screen shots of the Tacoma seen on 5/24 that the bed has some type of equipment in it. Or at least that’s what it appears like to me. Jmo.

Attorney for Fotis Dulos questions whether missing New Canaan woman Jennifer Farber Dulos was ill or may have been undergoing pregnancy testing

Attorney for Fotis Dulos questions whether missing New Canaan woman Jennifer Farber Dulos was ill or may have been undergoing pregnancy testing

The attorney for Fotis Dulos in court filings Tuesday said he is seeking access to the medical records of Dulos’ missing wife and mother of his five children in an effort to determine whether she was undergoing pregnancy testing or suffers from a serious disease, disclosures that could bolster defense attorneys’ “Gone Girl” theory about her disappearance.

“In the year prior to her disappearance, Ms. Dulos had dramatically lost more than thirty pounds, and commented to friends and family that she had gone from 120 pounds to a mere 88,” attorney Norm Pattis said in a two-page motion filed in Stamford Superior Court late Tuesday afternoon.

Omg! Maybe because she was stressed and worried due to FD! I cannot believe the inanity of these thoughts! Cannot! MOO.

Oh, my gosh! It was in the HOUSE?! Incredible. Omg.

I see they do not think FD's Dateline interview went well. So - NP is pushing "Gone Girl" theory once again. Sigh. If she is "gone" where did she go? She had a terminal illness, so she abandoned her children just to punish poor, innocent FD? She may be pregnant? I expect next they will announce she had a "lover" - PG perhaps?

And this is reaching for straws, IMO:
“Ms. Dulos had been withdrawing large sums of money from three separate checking accounts at the same time she was undergoing the above-referenced testing, including a series of ultrasound services in April 2019 just prior to her disappearance,” Pattis said.
NP and FD are twisted and cruel. MOO!

Idiots! Just MOO but IF she took fertility drugs to get pregnant with the kids (and two sets of twins may or may not be indicators), ultrasounds later in life are not uncommon in my experience to check for cysts and watch for any signs of ovarian issues as a result of using certain fertility drugs. My gosh. I’d like to know how many accounts FD took money from—and she’s the one who had the money. I hate to go to sleep not having read all of this but another early and long day awaits. MOO. I’m always glad to know that you guys are here for JD’s case no matter what! You all are amazing and so kind! (That is not MOO-; it’s a FACT!) :)

The “beautiful life” included:
Being denied visitation with his children
Being a defendant in a civil action for more than 1.5 M
Not selling the properties built
Not earning any $$$
Knowing foreclosure of the home he lives in is forthcoming
What a beautiful life!

And being a legendary jerk. MOO.

Missing Connecticut mom's husband said in an interview he 'had a beautiful life' prior to her disappearance - CNN

IMO more than a few of the FD comments from Dateline will come back to haunt him in court. IMO the 'violence' comments are just one example of this.

Quotes from article:
'Never, never, never any violence'

In the NBC interview, Fotis Dulos was asked about one of Jennifer Dulos' court filings where she said "he frightens me ... his sense of revenge."
"There was never, never, never any violence, any abuse in any way," he responded. "Jennifer and I didn't even really argue all these years."
They just grew apart, he said.

Missing Connecticut mom's body was in truck used by her estranged husband at some point, warrant says

"I'm not putting the blame on her or me. It just happens, and it happens all the time."
And it was supposed to be an amicable divorce, he added.
Before Fotis Dulos' June arrest, investigators discovered stains that tested positive for human blood on the mother of five's garage floor, the arrest warrants said, and evidence of attempts to clean up the scene of what investigators concluded was "a serious physical assault ... and Jennifer Dulos was the suspected victim."
The day she went missing, surveillance cameras captured someone matching the description of her estranged husband getting out of a truck and putting "multiple garage bags into various trash receptacles" in the Hartford area, authorities said. Detectives later recovered clothing and household goods from trash receptacles with Jennifer Dulos' blood on them.
In the NBC interview, Fotis Dulos said he believes his wife is still alive.
"I wish she were here to sort this mess out," he said. "And I'm still hoping that she's going to show up."
He also said he doesn't owe $2 million to his estranged wife's family, despite a lawsuit by them against him.

And it burns me AGAIN that he wants HER to “sort this mess out”—like he always seemed to do, making her do all the work while he played around and make life more difficult for her. MOO.

We don't know. Nobody has been able to drive down the hard to see driveway to see what is now at the end of 585 DC! We don't know if the house is still there but I believe a garage might be there as FORE group might keep the trailers and some supplies there. MOO

We need a drone! MOO.

The EE truck did not have a cab on the back.

So, open bed and totally exposed.

Wonder if that is why FD put the body in the passenger seat of EE Tacoma?

MOO

My daughter went through a three year battle with a manipulating narcissist and her weight dipped frighteningly low because he worked at keeping her in such a dither she could hardly eat.

Anxiety like that makes some people eat too much and others the opposite.
The ones who gain weight are called fat by the monsters.

I’m so sorry your daughter had to go through all of that. I hope things are happier for her now.

So based on my timeline (taken from the AWs) we have a couple of times for JD body disposal:

5/24
1. 10:25 am and 11:12 am (New Canaan). But must transfer JD body to Tacoma and other items and attempt to wipe down Suburban and dump body close enough to NC and crime scene area to be caught on camera driving back towards Farmington on 11:12 am. Would FD have gone to 61 Sturbridge Hill Road or another place like a dumpster?

2. 12:22 pm and 3:37 pm (Farmington). This could be anywhere. Avon? Farmington Fore Group properties? Definitely not NC.

3. 5:00’ish (not sure when EE left for the weekend after retrieving his Tacoma when he arrived at 4:30 pm) until 7:00 ish. This would be up until the trashbin odyssey of stupidity. Again this would be more Farmington or Avon. Areas not NC.

4, 7;10 to 7:41 pm. (Hartford) in trashbags in odyssey of stupidity. We know those trashbags were picked up and taken to MIRA. And likely shredded and incinerated before LE got there. We don’t know if any remains have been found by LE. We just know a bag or bags were recovered from Albany Avenue along with the license plates which were shoved in the storm drain.

5/24-5/25
5. Some time after 8:10 pm that evening. I try to resist this just because I think FD had to have known JD had been reported missing by this time? And that LE was on the case. It just seems odd. And risky but then anything is on the table. Would he have driven back to NC when JDs been reported missing and LE are searching? Did he have an “accomplice” living closer by do so!? Remove her from the dumpster on 61 Sturbridge Hill Road or somewhere else? Was that why the loud banging at 5 am on 61 Sturbridge Hill Road that was heard by the dog sitter of neighbor: Was reported to LE. Property and dumpster on that Fore Group address have been searched a couple of times.

Just one more thought...FD never thought JD was really ill no matter what medical bill he saw because if he had, he might have waited to see what happened because if she had died and he hadn’t been the direct cause of it, he might have gotten the kids and her money. A horrible thought but it’s a horrible situation. MOO.
