Hmm, Mr. Pattis? These things sound like evidence to me. And, I just want to say, Mr. Pattis, you make an incredibly sloppy appearance in court-and so does your no-tie client. Are we to assume that the two of you are attempting to indicate that this is no big deal, and that you two don’t feel the need to present yourselves in an appropriate way? We know Dulos has no respect for our court system, but you, Mr. Pattis, are an officer of the court.

I am sure the truck is readily identifiable. EE didn't seem to have any doubts it is his. It is on camera arriving at MS. Plus the blood evidence. The only road they can go down possibly is to say MT DID IT and try to explain away the blood on the faucet. IMO. Remember, FD knows what he did and what he didn't do. Maybe will try to say he only helped MT after the fact. I hope MT is reading here. She will be making a deal NOW.

Probably why gag order hasn’t been granted yet. What is going on out there? SOMEONE is reaping a huge profit. Huge money on top but as it trickles down, NC parks can’t afford to have working cameras installed. Really?

I have imposed a 'personal gag order on myself' on the topic of cameras in NC and in Waveny in particular! But will keep folks updated on this long winding road!

You know, I’m not from there and no idea how it would or could work, but if people who live there put up cameras and if those who there take GoPros or leave dash cams on in their parked cars, and make that known, maybe it’s a civil, practical protest—or much more likely, futile and a silly idea of mine.
