Now that there's a gag order and Pattis can no longer say whatever he thinks out loud to MSM, going back and reading some of his statements in MSM to mull over what the defense strategy may be...

I wonder where Pattis is going with these statements (BBM):

“What was going on between Mr. Dulos and Mrs. Dulos before she vanished we think is critical to his defense,” he explained. “I don’t want to comment about what I think are in those records. Some of them are confidential at this point, but I have a good idea. But our view is that the weeks leading up to Jennifer’s vanishing tell a story and we think that story is consistent with Mr. Dulos’ innocence." Pattis believes the files will prove this Dulos’ involvement was not “physically possible.""

It's of course vague what records or files he's referring to. Assuming they're medical records of some kind (as he spouted off about early on re JD's medical bills), and Pattis thinks she was sick or going through fertility treatments, how would that make his involvement in her disappearance not physically possible? Can't seem to connect the dots. TIA for any ideas. MOO

email from my sister in Ct. who is now interested in this case and I warned her I may need her to go check out some things for us.
We need as many local eyes on as we can get.
And she's pretty gutsy, she'd go right up to the houses and take pictures if needed.

Yeah-putting the lids on those 55 gallon drums would definitely be a loud, metallic sound. So how did this go down-he took JD’s body up to Farmington, and then back down to NC, where all of the racket was made-then back North, possibly to the reservoir?

ETA-I responded to the post that this one responded to...

last night we were reviewing the timeline and noting that the two warrants did not indicate what was going on between 5:34 and 7 Friday evening - it would have been plenty of time to re-locate the body to that reservoir or to another holding spot - if the cadaver dogs hit on it, but nothing has turned up this is a possibility (that it was there yet moved) IMO. We also do not have anything released regarding Saturday morning other than the phone call to FD at 9am and his appearance at the police station that same afternoon with his attorney - including video of him entering/leaving 4JC which we know could possibly be available because the neighbor's video caught him arriving home Friday night after Albany and the garbage dump. So I guess we are back to wondering what he was doing Friday afternoon when his phone pinged for the 2 hours at 80MS - what he was doing between 5:30-7 Friday night and Saturday morning - JMO and Where is Jennifer?

State police, cadaver sniffing dogs searching West Hartford reservoirs for evidence in disappearance of Jennifer Dulos
This article was updated at 12:25 pm today, and says (in video) so far today there is no sign of LE presence searching the area again.

Oviedo, you're right there are several time gaps where he could have sneaked out to the reservoir. 12:22-4:30- no explanation for this period other than he and MT were at 80MS at
4:30 is to meet EE. What were they doing for
4 hours? Scratch the quick lunch, don't believe it.
Also I noticed FD's face looked very very scared
yesterday. Can't fake that. Like a rat who's cornered and knows it.

I want somebody to tell us if FD is actually moving out of JC. I think @the KirbyFamily's
sighting was just that. He's on his way out.

I agree. I think based on what we know so far and some IMO, he had to have dumped her somewhere either between 8:08-11:12am or 12-4pm. I think he wanted to get rid of her body as quickly as possible. I would love to see the alibi notes they wrote, to see what days and times they were trying to cover their butts.

In his interviews, FD complains about the mess he is in and how he hasn't seen his children...If
FD truly didn't kill JD and felt she was alive, why has he NEVER said "Yes, Jennifer and I had our own issues, but
what kind of mother takes off leaving behind 5 children!! Our children must be suffering terribly without us." He doesn't say it because
he knows he has caused this great suffering through his sick revenge.

DULOS SURVEILLANCE VIDEO: I was just sent these screenshots from surveillance video that allegedly shows Fotis Dulos at Russell Speeder’s Car Wash in Avon five days after his estranged wife disappeared. Police say Dulos paid for a $250 full cleaning of a red truck—the same vehicle police believe Dulos borrowed from an employee and drove to New Canaan the morning Jennifer Dulos was last seen.

In this interview from last week I was surprised to hear Pattis hesitate and admit he was concerned about FD!! At minute 3:16:

The interviewer asks:
"How bad does it seem right now for Fotis?"

Pattis replies:
"Uhhhh,Ummm, I'm concerned. I still think he's a defendable case. I think he's engaged in some conduct that is questionable, but not necessarily guilt, um, guiltworthy "
