In this interview from last week I was surprised to hear Pattis hesitate and admit he was concerned about FD!! At minute 3:16:

The interviewer asks:
"How bad does it seem right now for Fotis?"

Pattis replies:
"Uhhhh,Ummm, I'm concerned. I still think he's a defendable case. I think he's engaged in some conduct that is questionable, but not necessarily guilt, um, guiltworthy "

Does "guiltworthy" mean capable of feeling guilty? Not sure who's winning the word salad prize - NP or MT!

Why does that sound beyond his capacities to me? You're absolutely right and he could have thought of it before (YIKES). A person who is dark and evil enough would actually do it, I guess.

Yeah, overall I’m not a fan of the barrel idea.

The whole thing originated from the banging sound heard at his property on Sturbridge road, at 5 a.m. on the day following her murder.

I just don’t see him getting rid of those bloody items, before he got rid of the most important thing.

Her body.

It’s very strange though, so I guess I’m not closed to the idea.

Has Pattis seen the alibi notes? At what point would he actually see the actual evidence?
I should just ask my lawyer hubby instead of bugging you guys... but he is currently embroiled in following whether justice is meted out for the Anguillian hotel worker whom George Hapgood (from Darien, CT) allegedly killed in Anguilla. MOO

They appear to be part of the second tampering case, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s seen them already (as part of discovery).

Who knows though.

Happy BDAY @enelram!

On the paperwork for the medical bills. Like the psych report I have to admit to being curious exactly how it came to be in the hands of FD.

Has No Case Norm shown a copy of the bill to the world or explained where it came from and to whom it was addessed?

Of course NOT!

To me this just seems like the stolen Family Court psych report all over again.

What I am very curious about is was perhaps this "medical bill" something that FD perhaps picked up at Welles either on the 22nd or better yet on the 24th?

Has the State requested a search warrant to take and examine the "medical bill" or has No Case Norm submitted the bill to the court as part of his motion for additional information about the invoice?

What is the address used on the bill?
Who is the bill addressed to?
Was FD tampering with mail that didn't belong to him because it wasn't addressed to him? Why is the State not investigating this as we are talking about private medical records of a missing/deceased person who is not here to act on her own behalf?
How did the bill come to be in the hands of FD?

IMO this entire situation is yet another wild goose chase by Pattisville but I do hope the State checks out whether FD was authorized to open this letter. If this letter is at all tainted then please charge FD and Pattis for mail tampering or whatever charges might be appropriate.

MOO

Lawyers are never completely prepared for trial. They simply run out of time...

Actually our brother isn't so gutsy but their other 'sister' could be.

I’m an idiot. Don’t ask me why I had that wrong. I apologize. :(

Do we know what time the truck detailing happened? Looks like he was in pants and a jacket by that time. Before 5pm I assume?
@sun16 , the carwash interior video showed 9:09am on one of the clips. That would have been when he was checking the car in. It was mid-afternoon before the car was ready. But keep in mind that EE's car was washed the Tuesday or Wednesday after 5/24, when MT "disappeared."
FD even fudged the time of arrival on the intake forms, if I read the warrant correctly. Wrote an earlier time than when he actually appears on the tape, left the "name" field blank, and gave MT's cell, rather than his own. Oh, and claimed the wrong make on the Toyota!

don't forget even though Festis is a not so large person- I won't say runt again- he has a world class weight room at JC and I'm sure because he suffers from Little Rooster Syndrome, that he would regularly bench press his own weight-
prolly all 145 lbs. of hard muscle. So he was no doubt fit enough to handle a body in a barrel.
moo.

That's a pretty snarky and condescending way to put things. The use of "my friend" is really offensive. We're not friends. It's patronizing.
Patronizing: apparently kind or helpful but betraying a feeling of superiority; condescending

Darn. All you people. Like tv, keep the last few minutes (posts) unsolved so that you HAVE to come back again.
My heart’s been pounding since we’ve gotten so close to finding her remains. She’s trying to tell us. Listen to the gut....

I doubted we’d find her. Until the last few days. She’s out there. Let’s keep looking.

She would have been just coming out of full rigor mortis the next morning at Sturbridge, I am not sure he could get her into a barrel at that time unless he had thought ahead and folded her into the fetal position as small as he could. Also, was a tall lady and even he folded her arms and legs beforehand she might have been to tall to fit.

Dismembered.

A 2001 Tacoma no less. With Ford seats in it. It makes no sense when he claims to be broke and spends $250 on s heavy duty detail of someone else’s vehicle.
I think they can see the license plate, too.

Looking at the reservoir map (I turned it sideways to align google maps direction) looks like it is partially wooded trail/Metacomet trail. You can identify by the obvious “C” portion towards the bottom -is brown on the reservoir map and turn to blue

Edited and added another map where I circled the not so obvious “C”

So that trail is really close to 4JC then...
