They better not get away with this..
This is laughable:
"The forensic investigation requested...is highly unlikely to lead to any discovery of admissible evidence."
"The Motion is simply another attempt by the plaintiff to harass both defendants during this ongoing process"

and ps, that lawyer has a really cheap/bad website.
my opinion only

I know. They are leaving most of her stuff out for a reason, IMO.
Taking it slowly and focusing on the petite prince, as you say.
Her time is coming though I'm not sure she was in BEFORE it went down
I do think she was all in after it.
Remember it came from Norm that she was on video at the grocery store at 10:30? I wonder.
MOO.
PS and I don't take notes. It's all aswirl in my head. So I could be way off. LOL.
Yes, but I believe that grocery store reference from No Case Norm was part of the "alibi script" as it now seems clear that FD sold that "alibi script" hard with Pattis as so much of what we are now guessing was on it has come from Pattis IMO via DA at HC. MOO

Thanks, aftizy, this is what I was referring to. My vision must have been blurry or my memory fuzzy, because I thought it said MT "bought" the bags, not "brought" them. Either way (if she bought and then brought, or he bought and she brought?). I guess I still have a niggling question about what the significance could be of her admitting to bringing the black bags to the house that items with JD's blood on them were found in the dumping on Albany Avenue the evening of JD's disappearance.

Also, I think it's a huge boon to LE that MT also admitted that it WAS she and FD driving along Albany Avenue the evening of JD's disappearance (even with the caveat that she was on her phone the whole time and had no idea what he was doing), so even if the videos are not 100% clear on identifying them, they have her as a corroborating witness.

Oh, but she's lied to LE before, so I have to hope that LE has a way of sorting out for the jury what were "early lies" and "later true statements" from her when / if she began cooperating / copped a deal.

Just some head scratching about what MT admitted to in AW2, that was all pretty shocking and exciting to me. MOO
I agree with you. There is the obvious MT contradiction here IMO of her bringing the bags to 80 MS, participating in filling up some of the bags or watching FD do so and then most likely seeing the bags loaded into the Raptor and finally watching FD dispose of the contents of the bags on Albany AND THEN saying she was on her phone on Albany and had no idea what was going on!!! Why would MT even bother saying such a thing to LE?
MOO

May be a ridiculous question, but do we know if the Quickbooks records ever existed? Maybe no actual entries were ever made-maybe just money in the bank that got moved around with no actual business recordings made in a Quickbooks program.
Wouldn't that just be the cherry on the top of the FD hot fudge sundae of lies!

I honestly don't know the answer to this. All I do know is that its these Quickbooks records that have been the source of much testimony in Family Court and in Civil Court.

As FD is a well documented liar I'm not sure how much value to put on his testimony in Family Court that he was the only person to maintain the Quickbooks records. Perhaps as you say this entire line of inquiry into "Quickbooks" was just one big FD led snipe hunt game! Simply designed to waste time and further delay the inevitable inquiry into the finances of FORE/FD.

We will see if Weinstein is successful in his pursuit of the Quickbooks records in Civil Court as we know FD was to have delivered them by 3/18 I believe and to date the Quickbooks are STILL MIA! MOO

Any more reservoir activity today?

Oh please. He can't possibly be working. His business is at a standstill, IMO. He's got all the time in the world.
There hasn't been a FORE business in nearly 2 years IMO.

No active construction now and 5 white elephants/zombie houses to dispose of, or not!

The only thing FD is working on now is his tan on the patio of 4Jx and the gym, complete with Pelaton as he was preparing for the 3.5 mile sprint from Lapham to Welles!

MOO

Yep. I would take it with a grain of salt.

Good link! I've looked extensively for the MT computer files issue and I believe it is to be found from one of the reporters at the scene when the search warrant was executed that made the statement. I have been unable to find the post, not for lack of trying.
Thanks for searching again. I think it may have been in a court document that was later sealed, so it was maybe removed from the Internet?
BBM: IMO, the definition of tampering would cover MT deleting files from their computer:
"Connecticut state law says, ” (a) A person is guilty of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence if, believing that a criminal investigation conducted by a law enforcement agency or an official proceeding is pending, or about to be instituted, such person: (1) Alters, destroys, conceals or removes any record, document or thing with purpose to impair its verity or availability in such criminal investigation or official proceeding; ..."

QB's played a part in taking Charles Ray Merritt down.
Knowing nothing about it at the time I learned quite a bit. MOO.

ITA. Not Normal Norman just says things (that his client whispers into his ear, methinks).

All claims, claims, and more claims!

Remember he told the media that MT had been given a polygraph? Total fabrication on his part! He basically either repeated an unsubstantiated rumor or made it up! MOO

"When Fotis Dulos made his last appearance on Aug. 9, State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo revealed Troconis has not taken a polygraph exam, refuting defense attorney Norm Pattis’ claim that she had passed a lie detector test."

Jennifer Dulos case: Michelle Troconis court appearance lasts less than 1 minute

If MT participated this much wouldn't she also have known that there was a body in the bags and perhaps she was there when the body was disposed of?

Middletown Press article about GF:
Jennifer Dulos’ mother shows strength amid ‘devastating situation’

Quotes from article:
“She’s the most incredible 84-year-old,” said attorney Richard Weinstein, who is representing her in the civil lawsuits. “She’s a wonderful woman, an intelligent person. We should all be like that at 84. The only thing on her mind right now is the welfare of those kids.”

Friends describe Farber as an avid theatergoer, a constant reader, a woman of humor and longtime tennis fan.

As the director of education for Columbia University’s Head Start Program, Farber spearheaded the drive to make sure the children of West Harlem and Washington Heights started school on a level playing field with their middle- and upper-income peers.

She also was an adjunct professor of education at Columbia University’s Teacher’s College and a founding member of CARING, Children At Risk: Intervention for the Next Generation, a psycho-education and arts program that helps teens and families identify their strengths and express their emotions in positive ways.

She continues to be actively involved in the program, friends said.

Farber was born to first-generation immigrants in Newark, N.J. Her mother was a seamstress from Poland, her father an upholsterer from Russia. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in English from Douglass College in Brunswick, N.J., after attending high school in Newark.

She received her master’s of education and a master’s of science from Bank Street College of Education in New York City. In 1958, she married Hilliard Farber, who became the youngest senior vice president, heading the bond trading desk, for Chase Manhattan Bank. He founded the Hilliard Farber Company, an inter-dealer brokerage firm in 1975, serving as chairman and chief executive officer until retiring in 2008.
What amazing people!
The couple had two daughters, Jennifer and Melissa. The Farbers were known as philanthropists, starting the Gloria and Hilliard Farber Foundation, which supported educational institutions and aided individuals in pursuing their educational goals. They also were benefactors of St. Ann’s School in Brooklyn Heights, where “Hill” as he was affectionately called, served on the board for decades.

The Farbers were married for 58 “joyous” years, friends said, until Hilliard died in January 2017 following a long illness.
What amazing people!

Thanks for posting this.
This raises my hackles.

She said he had them on a “dangerous and excessive” training regimen that would sometimes go from morning to night. She said he once threw a ski against a rock and broke it when the children refused to train. “We are all terrified to disobey my husband,” she wrote in an affidavit. On another occasion, Jennifer Dulos said her husband was outraged when she planned other activities for a day he felt the children should be on the water. “He got within inches of my face and berated me,” she wrote

Exactly.

The polygraph "Pattis Lie" was cited by Judge Blawie specifically in the Gag Order document he prepared. He repeated that lie for weeks.

O/T-if you ever get poison ivy like that again, get some Zanfel. It is expensive, but it works! I’m glad FD didn’t know about this.

ETA: i should have read all the way through before commenting, MemPat, as I see that you are already familiar with Zanfel!
Zanfel is life changing enough to warrant two mentions, Jmoose!!

Boxers wear gloves. This was a cat fight. Have you ever heard when 2 women fight, the fight is way uglier than any man to man fight?
Open wound. Walking through poison ivy. Does that get into blood? Or is poison ivy a skin contact only medical issue?
Poison Ivy can get into your blood and wreak havoc!
