Hearing for Fotis Dulos is underway. Before we even got to the motion to dismiss, state’s attorney mentions Fotis Dulos’ comments to a Greek media outlet about Jennifer’s mental health despite a gag order in the case.

Kevin Smith argues this doesn’t violate the order because Jennifer isn’t a victim. He points out there’s no body or murder charge, just an assumption. @News12CT

We have to hold onto hope that justice will come, even when we have to watch him walk out of court over and over.

Wow though, he literally deliberately and outrageously violated the gag order. He really does not believe rules apply to him or gets a sick thrill out of manipulating every system. Hopefully, he will soon see consequences.

He should be used as an example in educational seminars about the behavior of a malignant narcissist. It's playing out right in front of us. It's outlandish.

Judge Blawie will not make a decision in the motion to dismiss. Next court date is November 6th. Hearing over.

This is obviously his way of refusing to produce the files. Just because they dissolved the partnership, the files don’t disappear, and as a lawyer, he knows it. Unless he could be criminally implicated in FD’s financial gobbledegook. Markowitz better get with the program and give up the files. I am frankly shocked by how many people are willing to blow their careers and lives to smithereens because of FD. He is quite the charmer!

I can’t stand it. I don’t know how GF does it. It’s just unimaginable. FD and NP are trying to kill her by letting this thing just drag out, day after Godforsaken day. :*(

Wouldn't it have been heaven if after FD said "I love my kids", if someone heckled "Than why did you kill their mother Fotis! Where's Jennifer!"
I wish I had the guts to drive down there and do it myself.

Agree ! FD was definitely unhappy going to court with a "Second String" lawyer
and KS seemed more than ready to leave FD in the dust !! Good for KS IMO ! The look FD gave KS, to his back when KS rapidly left the podium was a "killer". Lots of "something" going on there between those two.

Ok. 3rd times a charm. Take a look at Melissa Alter Twitter. The body language of RR and FD leaving court, and RR walking away. Even when heckler begins, and FD turns towards RR -for help? RR doesn’t even turn around.

I’m asleep at the wheel today. The atty was Kevin Smith. Not RR. Duh! Sorry for confusion.

Blawie couldn’t rule on that either because of NP’s Appeal ??

I’m surprised NP hasn’t appealed every Court Order in this case.

Ponytail 2 (must be a requirement for working in that office) came out with some weird comments for a courtroom. Did I hear correctly?..."It's still a pig no matter how much lipstick you put on it" (sorry can't remember what that was in reference to).

According to Ponytail 2, NP reviewed questions prior to that blog. If NP has trouble abiding by the gag order, how can he advise his client to do so?

If MT was a victim of an abuser/narcissist, her eyes would be open by now. They aren't yet...and that's weird.
A normal woman in this situation, charmed by FD, would have been in shock and reading the divorce filings, realizing JD's side of the story. With time apart from FD, she'd be slowly coming to realize how she was being used.
So...is she still under his spell? Is she just as evil? WTH.

MT conducted the affair clandestinely for a year+ prior to moving to CT AND STAYING OVER 2 YEARS! She has vested over 3 years in this 'relationship' and I agree that a 'normal' person would have moved on long ago.

BUT we didn't see this from MT. MT not only moved to CT but she brought along her then 10/11 yo daughter into the mix. I think its a fair conclusion that MT did not proceed with her decision making along the lines of what most might consider remotely 'normal' or 'typical' or whatever low bar you might set up to evaluate personal decisions or determine 'healthy' relationships.

Not only did MT and her daughter stay in CT BUT the broader Arrezea/Troconis clan by all accounts EMBRACED FD as 'one of their own'.

Most times looking at this situation I believe I've entered the parallel universe were little makes sense. But the 'facts' above to me at least show us what we are dealing with in the form of MT and her extended 'clan'.

They’re still in contact; there isn’t any “away” from him time-he can’t allow that, because she knows things that can hurt him. But what could his spell consist of? Nobody is THAT good in bed...

He will! PT2 aka Atty Smith alluded to just such future appeals. IMO Judge Blawie is grossly underestimating what Pattisville will do to derail any form of justice via abuse of the appeal process. Judge Blawie had the opportunity to stand behind his 'gag order' motion and chose to not stand behind it with sanctions or punishment either for Pattis (who was on the phone with the Greek interviews) or FD. Hugely disappointing show for justice today IMO. MOO

So sad and disappointing to see again today CT judges not implementing law but reiterate previously agreed to terms, which FD keeps breaking, and judges refuse to punish him for breaking those terms. Then further delaying the case to again do NOTHING!Are they NP’s BFF or what is the deal? They seem like cowards elected to work for the mafia, not the innocent law obiding tax payers! This is outrageous. No justice in that state.

IMO pushing out the decision on dismissing the charges benefits the defense.
Also in my opinion Blawie did the right thing regarding the gag order. From a channel 12 tweet

IMO that is smart on his part. The appeal is about a month out. If the gag order gets dropped and the judge had disciplined FD, I think he opens himself up to lack of credibility within the court regarding the gag order. I can hear Norm spinning it already. Whether warranted or not. IMO let's not sweat the small stuff. IMO this impacts nothing long term. Big picture focus.
