As usual, no comment from Attorney Andrew Bowman following today’s proceedings.

I have news for this goon: The State has no clothes.

The State has never had clothes.

It defies the English language to even suggest that the State of Connecticut has ever been clad in garments. Not sure if it is a mixed metaphor, or a mixed anthropomorphism, or maybe both. Whichever, it is a mixed pile of dreadful.

That is all.

It’s a play on The Emperor’s New Clothes. He thinks the state is delusional. I think the state knows what they are doing. It is watching of what the courts are doing that are totally painful for me.

FD and MT were both in court today, and what did they have in common (besides being charged with the same thing)? They're both wearing cowl neck sweaters. Maybe this is their 'secret signal' for I'll continue to cover your neck if you cover mine.

Sadly, there is nothing (nada que reportar) to report on MT trip to court today.

Atty. B picked up the discovery package from the States Att, MT entered Not Guilty Plea and they will return to court on 10/25.

Not sure why I feel like MT and Mama A. are going with the 'Soy una tumba' / my lips are sealed is the idea in english defense.

Her daughter will be 25 before justice is served .
MT might as well move her Back to Connecticut, have her go live with FD while MT gets the NO contact order lifted , then they can go back to having their “beautiful life”.

A “NO contact” order that she and MAMA probably asked Bowman to write so she could “fake” siding with LE.

All the while , she’s on her Mommy’s phone communicating to FD on his burner phone FaceTiming and giggling over where to retire.

My two cents...the petite prince is looking like a Steve Jobs "knock-off" in his black turtle and velvet blazer. He is also looking tired...lol! YAY!!!
Kevin Smith is simply a Pattis-Jacka** Junior...zipping his lips with his finger...what, is he in second grade???
And as for Sweet Michelle -- doesn't she know she shouldn't wear white past Labor Day??? I would think a jet-setter like her would know the rules???

After the defense lawyers read over and look over all the info they were handed from the prosecution today, I wonder if MT will change her ‘tune’.....probably not but she should be very worried. As for FD....he will not change his tune but will he try to leave the country? Always a possibility especially if he has money hidden away in other countries. He will not need the children for money. JMOO

Yeah, maybe that was part of the plan, for her to play hard to get to publicly, so collusion between them wasn't so darn obvious as it was before their first arrests. Smoking mirrors.

Thinking of MT's silence and 'my lips are sealed' attitude (compared to FD), and how nothing ever seems to happen in any of the court appearances besides not guilty pleas(e) and continuances / kicking the can down the road, and the assumption that she isn't talking about anything that implicates either of them...

I have this sinking feeling, all of a sudden, that FD and MT figured it was worth the risk of getting caught on a few things (like dumping the bloody clothing) and they would be able to weather any charges, and eventually be free, if they stuck to 2 key premises:

(1) Never admit to planning for or executing what was done to Jennifer
(2) Make 100% sure that her body would never be found

It wouldn't be the first time that a pair of murderers pulled this off, but there have been several cases where they were convicted without the body ever being found.

I read early on that one of the LE team working with the State on JD's disappearance was a person with lots of experience getting murder convictions without a body, so will have to do some research on other cases like this and see when in the process murder charges were brought.

It seems like it's taking such a long time, but in reality it probably takes alot longer to bring together a comprehensive package of charges that will stick without a body.

Patiently waiting for Justice for Jennifer to come, and for MT and FD to go to prison.

It allows for virtually endless billing of clients and keeps most of the 'interesting bits' outside the view of the public.

If Atty B. bills at $500/hr including travel time (perhaps with a 3 hr min when out of office) look how much he made today for simply 'showing up'!

I just watched the video of FD in Court.
Blawie basically “ praised” FD for keeping his Ankle bracelet charged . FD gave Blawie a little smile and nod.

Blawie DIDN’T need to bring that up!!!!

Agree on your sinking feeling ..

1. She thought EE’s car keys were her’s, she wasn’t the one to lock his doors , he must be imagining it , no evidence that the car was locked .
2. She was coerced into stating Jennifer’s body was in the Tacoma.
3. She was on the phone the entire time FD was dumping “construction” debris.
4. She knows nothing about JD’s blood on any sponges .
5. She was videotaped in a store the day of the Murder .
6. She drove FD to the car wash , so what?
7. The Coffee stain she realized was Greek
Expresso with Mint flavoring , she was mistaken.
8. She knows nothing about switching EE car seats, she was picking up her daughter at school.
8. All she did for FORE group was book airline Tickets to meet with potential investors, clean and organize job sites .

Not hard to imagine ..

It can't come soon enough that these two go down. Shame on them. Shame on him for saying what he said to the media about JD. Despicable.
