Judge: Fotis Dulos must reveal how Norm Pattis is being paid
Fotis Dulos will also have to supply financial affidavits furnished for his divorce, which was proceeding when Jennifer Dulos disappeared on May 24, an accounting of how much and for what he was reimbursed by the Fore Group for business expenses and any documents given to Pattis related to his Fidelity retirement account.

His former civil attorney, David Markowitz, will also have to appear at a deposition in the lawsuits and supply three years of financial information related to the Fore Group, according to the orders. Like Pattis, Markowitz was seeking to quash a subpoena requiring him to attend a deposition and provide financial information related to Fotis Dulos’ dealings.

Markowitz will have until Oct. 7 to comply with the subpoena, which includes supplying financial information for 2017 to 2019, Noble said in the order.
.................................................................
Still unclear when Pattis need to respond.

With you 100%. :):mad::):mad::):mad:

There is little that can be done to show support IMO other than showing up and continuing to put the puzzle pieces together of this sad and tragic case.

5 children lost a Mom and I refuse to say they also lost a 'Dad' because I don't for a second believe FD cared at all about his children after reading through the Family Court case file. At best FD treated his children as 'possessions' IMO and I cannot even go there on the issue of FD as a husband and partner as the Family Court file makes his history in this regard quite clear IMO. JD was for all intents and purposes a single parent of 5 children and had been for a good long while IMO.

When I see 'gaming the system' by defendants and legal professionals across the various courts (civil, family and criminal) it just pushes me harder to try and understand what happened to JD.

It will be easier to Pattisville to 'defend' their client FD through manipulation of the CT legal system than anything having to do with the merits of their case IMO which is why I remain committed to being here and believe that Atty. P (who doesn't have a case IMO) needs to be closely watched by all.

You are just the Best!!!

Along with your Very Insightful Informational Posts, You bring that tiny amount of comic relief that we All Need when dealing with these cases.

Sometimes we just need a small laugh to keep from crying and your observations allow us that opportunity.

Thank you @afitzy.

Hopefully, some of the search warrants will be released on October 16th now that the defense attorneys are in possession of part of the discovery. Maybe that will give us some focus to the most important question: Where is she?

Date from:
Jennifer Dulos disappearance: Reservoir searches hit close to home for Fotis Dulos, local parkgoers

Agreed. And if anything ever happens to me, I’d like Afitzy and the rest of the JD gang to be on my case. Please. (I’m not in danger btw! But in case of some random...)

Just thinking about FD (and his legal representation) still not complying with court orders to supply his last 3 years of financial information and it being allowed to go on as long as it has with no repercussions, and the CT courts continuing to allow it to happen.

IIRC, it has been at least 2 years that FD has not filed income taxes. Then why doesn't the IRS get involved in this situation, which would be then at the federal level of our government? He would then be forced to file income taxes, face stiff penalties, added interest and all those things that go along with it. When they (IRS) audit you, you are forced to produce the documents, receipts, bank statements, etc. that are requested of you. And I know it's believed by some people that IRS does not really get involved much in these situations. However, I know they do as I had a family member that has recently went through this process, and the IRS had NO mercy, and I mean none, and it was over a LOT less money (of approximately $100,000 income over a 3 year period) and simply not filing taxes for the past few years. And you know, the saying that says you'd give the shirt off your back to help someone. Well....the IRS will TAKE the shirt off your back to see that they get their money, plus penalties, interests, federal leins against property, etc. And from what I understand, in some cases you could even face being charged with IRS fraud which could result in prison time. With the bottom line being, you are then FORCED to comply versus being ordered to supply financial information and ordered to do so for several years and still have not complied, as is the case with FD/FORE Group.

Just wondering if a person were buried alive would cadaver dogs pick up the scent? Perhaps when Fo last saw JD she was still technically alive but gravely injured or weak and he put her somewhere she could not escape. Like a sealed barrel buried deep.

Dont go I enjoy your insights. I know many days are slow news days but this thread always manages to find something to ponder about.

I have to admit that I've stopped checking in, as much, because this site is a distraction from the work that I should be doing to make a living.
One thing that came to mind to me was this: Remember when FD and MT were first brought to court...FD with his orange suit, and MT with her blue striped
shirt, and ponytail effectively tipped to hide her face, looking oh so guilty? Back then, people, who I assume were reporters, were shouting things like "Where's Jennifer?". Why aren't they shouting this anymore...is it part of the gag order? Why so polite?!

I'm with you on the possibility of a deeply dug prearranged gravesite that perhaps would be challenging for cadaver dogs to pick up.

Sometimes dogs need to return to a site more than once to pick up one of the many scents they are trained to track. These dogs are incredible but I don't believe they are infallible. Perhaps we will learn more about where exactly the dogs have been after the arrest warrants are unsealed. So far I believe we have seen the dogs in Waveny Park, Reservoirs in/around Farmington, 4Jx and 80 MS.

I also wonder if JD were definitely deceased as she left Welles?

Was the FD motive to eliminate JD entirely or was it to injure her to extort cooperation to end the divorce and/or money from GF?

Why is Atty. P (who doesn't have a case IMO) continuing with his active campaign of victim shaming via the recent Greek articles and sticking to the lunacy of the 'Gone Girl' theory?

Does Pattisville out hope that perhaps one shred of doubt as to the existence of JD is found and is enough to convince a jury that reasonable doubt exists that JD is still alive as there is at present no body?

I'm sure FO has run the differential equations and examined the statistical probability of the success of such a strategy and when compared to the alternative of their non existent alibi/alternative theory, IMO Pattisville doesn't really have much hope here other than a true 'hail Mary pass' kind of defence.

Or, is the Pattisville strategy simply to exploit some legal loophole to extricate FO from his current criminal charges?

Or, is the Pattisville strategy the classic 'throw MT from the train' where she as the 'lying lover' will be the next individual to be thrashed, shamed and annihilated in the public domain. MT is an easy target here IMO and perhaps could be considered 'low hanging' legal fruit? IDK. MT doesn't appear to be cooperating greatly with LE but I do hope she and Mama A. are aquatinting themselves with the benefits of cooperation via doing some quick reading of the Berreth case. Enjoying a good probability exercise myself, if I had any level of knowledge or involvement in a crime such as what appears to have happened to JD it seems the better path would be towards cooperation with the State rather than being thrown under the bus by Pattisville. What would be fascinating to see is if Pattisville has sufficient evidence in their minds against MT such that a solid case for murder or possibly manslaughter could be made and that FD seeks a deal from the State in advance of any deal of cooperation from MT. It would be a curious twist and might also be the only way to keep FO out of prison for the rest of his life.

IMO MT has some legal strategy choices to make but I'm not sure trusting in the goodwill of a malignant narcissist makes much sense unless you are interested in limiting your fashion options to an orange jumpsuit for 20+ years!

OPEN HOUSE TOMORROW AT STURBRIDGE....Open House: Oct 6, 2019 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Anyone want to tour the yard? I want to know if you can access the yard from the houses off the rear of the Sturbridge yard....It's a long drive from the West coast, or I'd be there!

Rats!

Can't make it, but I still have dreams about showing up with my mobile digger and going to town on the front and back yards and patio (and demolishing those front steps which FO was working so hard to 'clean').

NCPD might have some issues with my 'plans' though so its probably good think I cannot attend!

No idea why they don’t yell that anymore but maybe they’ve realized that FD knows but the answer is going to have to come from someone else like LE. I know what you mean about the site taking time from real-world work; I look at this as a kind of hobby with a purpose—and incredibly good for critical-thinking skills as there is so much to learn and consider thanks to the different perspectives and insights, and the immense depths of intelligence and compassion. @MollyDDD, I am so so surprised that you of all people didn't see Atty. P in the parking lot with his bunch of balloons chasing down the press to make a statement about his gag order appeal?!?!?!?

Here is a quick pic! Thought it was in line with the most likely paid for hecklers we heard in the parking lot at the courthouse today! Guy was shouting, "Family Court is broken and Dad's lives matter"! IMO Pattis needs to hire better hecklers.....and hecklers that had some relevance to his clients situation! No 'pro dad's' group in CT worth their salt would support FD in a million years IMO!

Pattis is yelling: "Hey, over here! Look at me! I should be inside but I wasn't allowed today! I've got an appeal going to the CT Supreme Court! Its about a 'gag order'! Hey, don't walk away from me! No, No, please don't call the State Police I beg you!!!"

CT State Police Show up: Ok now Atty. Pattis, we are here to escort you off the property. You know you aren't allowed inside any State Courthouses for awhile.

Pattis yells: You have the wrong information!! Leave me alone, I have my 1st Amendment rights you know! Back off Officer! Hold on, let me call my friend Dave Alimari at the HC, he will tell you its all ok!

Okay, @afitzy, since you brought it up, I will take "Throwing MT from the Train" to its logical conclusion. All very mathematical, FD and Mama A.'s diabolical endgame. Someone on Websleuths has already guessed that Mama A.'s job one is to protect the bail bond. Which means keeping MT from fleeing. And also keeping MT in a drugged stupor so she can't make any deals on her own. Perhaps MT had planned to visit her friend in NY to flee but that family friend brought MT right back to Mama? The Family closed ranks to make sure that Mama A's deal with the devil remains in place. In any case, rationally speaking, MT is a has-been so why be selfish when MT's daughter shows so much promise as an athlete? And with cash that Mama A will get from the sale of, say, 61 Sturbridge Hill, granddaughter will be well taken care of while MT is in prison. Oh, who could have foreseen such a tragic turn of events! Poor MT being put in jail for 25 to life after loyally sticking with FD's story throughout the trial and then taking the fall when the time comes, all in a drugged stupor. Can MT sacrifice herself for her daughter? Maybe after FD signs the deed to 61 Sturbridge Hill over to Mama A who will gladly keep it in the Family while they wait for the two lovebirds to do their time. And for real estate values to pick up again. Awww. MOO.

IMO MT ain't going anywhere. Mama is her meal ticket.
FD was her meal ticket up until now.
She has no home, right?
She receives money monthly for her daughter who by all accounts is not with her now.
She has no job.
Perhaps she receives money from Patagonia Style whatever it is called?
Is Mama buying all her stylish outfits for the court room?
And where are they living? At the hotel in Avon?
Who is paying for that?
And who is paying Mr.Bowman?
Cha Ching.
MOO.
