This was one of the funnier stories about MT IMO. It was baffling why she delayed so long before filing the paternity suit?

Kate Middleton was punished by the UK press and called 'Waity Katie' for following her guy around for 10+ years.

MT did the same with GB, she hung on and clung on and really was a bit like poison ivy or a bad rash until she finally relocated to Miami.

WHY and WHO is he protecting ?

That’s easy: he’s protecting himself bc he could be charged with murder. Presume there is no proof, no videos, no anything to link him to FD that morning. Other than him saying, oh yes, FD and I had a breakfast meeting, he’s free and clear of any bloody involvement. No one in their right mind would admit that they were with FD that bloody morning. Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination.

Chilled to the bone to read that MT picked her daughter up, in the midst of car washes and "coffee stains".... how is that not cold abuse to bring your child into the company of a creature what she had to have either known or feared had something to do with his estranged wife's disappearance?

Moreover, do we have anything but her word that she really was at 4JC that whole morning?

FD's behavior and disregard for the law continues to shock me. To place the school your children attend in this legal nightmare is deplorable. NO ONE who cares for their kids would stoop to this behavior, IMO. Something is very wrong with FD. How could anyone think this was okay?

He defies every rule. I don’t understand how he got away with so much. Or did the courts punish him by limiting visitation to the least possible? Maybe they should consider harsher punishment.

It seems attorney Weinstein is the only competent honorable attorney in this case. He files reasonable motions, is honest and is the ONLY attorney not looking for media attention. Thankful for honorable people to uphold the law and ask for simple requests...how are attorneys being paid if clients are claiming “no funds to support 5 children for years or funds to pay simple things like “normal Ct citizen’s pay....property taxes, their mortgages, and we file both federal and state tax returns....why doesn’t FD or MT have to file tax returns, why don’t they have to pay property taxes on all their homes & vehicles...I moved out of state & still had to send in a check on July 1st for 3 cars (Ct did prorate this payment but I had to send in all new licenses and new state registrations....) how can the state of Ct allow this man to basically steal from his in-laws (a gift??? Why did he pay back the loans from the in-laws in the beginning but after JF’s father died he stopped paying back the loans, stopped paying the mortgage, stopped paying property taxes, stopped paying his sub-contractors....and stopped filing tax returns???? Fotis wasn’t allowed at his children’s school, he did not pay ANY money for their schooling, their clothing, their food and shelter...nothing....how can he speak on a camera and say he loves his children? He moved a basically homeless woman (MT) who didn’t even own a car into a house he wasn’t paying for...his sweet wife’s parents were paying for it....this entire situation was CRAZY & the courts simply allowed him to file motion after motion......the CT court system needs a complete audit and they need to seriously look at the judges and the abuse....this makes no sense....not counting this loser FD and his basically homeless/carless girlfriend...scuzzy MT...yes, I’ve met them both....users, manipulators and people who have serous personality disorders....they not only lived on JF (sorry thinking of Jennifer with the last name Dulos only proves how she was used, manipulated and then brutally murdered disgusts me). Fotis and MT need to face so many charges of financial fraud and then planning and executing a murder....yes, they are both guilty beyond a doubt...if they involved other people....hopefully LE has proof & will lock anyone & everyone who helped murder Jennifer.
Why do the normal people in Ct have to pay property taxes on their homes & vehicles and file income taxes each year....why is FD and MT who are both wearing huge nasty ankle monitors so their every move can be monitored, but the rest of us have to file our income taxes, pay then and pay all our home and vehicle taxes...even when we move out of state. Is the state of Ct scared of FD and MT???? Why aren’t they held to the same standard as all the working class people in Ct who aren’t “lying in wait” to brutally kill a sweet/humble mom of 5 children who was charmed and loved by everyone who met her. The lies that
FD’s attorney spouts are simply crazy & the great reputation that MT’s attorney had had simply been ruined...I had heard he was the one of the best/honorable defense attorneys in Ct but now he is “rolling in the mud” and had ruined his reputation....so sad.

It’s too bad MT’s attorney hasn’t been able to get her to cooperate with authorities.

Attorney Richard Weinstein, representing Gloria Farber, wants Troconis to provide information about Fotis Dulos’ business dealings. Weinstein contends Fotis Dulos was shuffling money from his high-end real estate development company, Fore Group, to his personal accounts, including travel and meals involving Troconis, according to court papers filed Thursday.
A judge overruled a request from Troconis’ attorney, Andrew Bowman, to quash a subpoena requiring his client to be deposed in the lawsuit. But when Troconis arrived last month for the deposition, she invoked her Fifth Amendment rights for every question, according to court papers filed by Weinstein.
Bowman has filed a new motion, opposing Weinstein’s request for a judge to compel Troconis to provide information about Fotis Dulos’ business. Weinstein responded on Thursday, requesting the judge to toss Bowman’s motion because the court papers were not sent to him personally.

Weinstein pointed out in the court filing that Troconis has spoken with state police several times, admitting she did not see Fotis Dulos the morning his estranged wife disappeared, according to arrest warrants. Weinstein also said Troconis and Fotis Dulos created "alibi" notes that were false and that she participated in other instances construed by police as attempts to cover up her boyfriend's role in the disappearance, according to the warrants.

I believe there are sociopaths in every culture. There is nothing "normal" about FD's personality and behavior in any civilized culture!
