@kimch33kim, wouldn't it be a TOTAL [REDACTED] SHAME if the deleted images just KEEP SHOWING UP ONLINE? Wonder how many copies exist in screen shot form of the material? JMO, but not sure paying someone to clean things up will work if you have an army of folks determined to keep the material on the net. She must have $$ to [REDACTED] BURN if that is what she is doing IMO. MOO

These websites grab screenshots of past states of websites - going back over 20 years.

It's AirBNB management/ownership who will care that he has a criminal record, moreso than the agent, methinks...

Just in FD goes thru Anna to list 80 MTS Rd on Airbnb. Check it out: Connecticut Estate - Houses for Rent in Farmington, Connecticut, United States . $1250 per night and its real because of the updated pics. This is why he was at home goods buying plates. Mystery solved . MOO

The listing agent, "Anna", simply provided an email address and phone number to get 'verified'. She just joined AirBNB this year - no way of knowing if it was this week or months ago. Her ONLY listing is this house.

Just curious ...with the pending litigation, can FD sell his properties? Aren’t there huge question marks about how he secured financing on these homes?
We don't know what the lien situation is on any of his homes. And is IRS in the picture yet?
FD may owe more on each home than the amount the home is worth, so even if he were to have a prospective buyer, it remains to be seen if the transaction can close.
If he owes more than offer on home, he would have to elect to do a short sale and then negotiate with each lienholder to lower payoff
amount.
So the answer is....it depends.

The fact that he owes so much money on the houses - likely with liens - he has no provable income, is desperate for money, and the fact that he's already been arrested for activities showing he's capable of almost anything, indicate to me that anyone staying at that house is in danger, because he's a [REDACTED] desperate man.

What if he decides to burn it down when he's not staying in it, to get insurance money? Because that's the only way he'd be able to get any big money from the house.

Excellent question! The general information we have is that 4Jx was owned 50:50 by JF and FD while the rest of the houses are owned by FORE. FORE is alter ego of FD, so other than the mortgages (if any) on the properties, trade liens (80MS and Sturbridge) and 'friend loans - not clear if they are secured or unsecured) and GF pretrial lien of $500,000 on Stubridge house, it is believed that FD could sell the real estate. I do wonder if one reason he hasn't sold anything recently (other than the obvious marketability issues etc.) is that Atty Weinstein might claim that the house/s sold were built using FIL loan funds (which they most likely were) and make claim to sale proceeds. Entire situation is complicated and messy.

I also continue to wonder why the GAL Meehan situation (both sets of attys had called for him to be terminated as GAL) in Family Court has been unaddressed? I would also expect that GAL Meehan might be concerned that the interests of the 5 Dulos children would be impacted by FD selling his assets without putting something into trust for the future welfare of the children.

FD claims via his public statements on courtroom steps to 'care about his children and miss them greatly' but what has FD ever really done for his children recently? Will FD do anything to leave a financial legacy for his children as its unlikely having cash for the prison commissary will take more than a few thousand dollars? We know FD per the Judge Heller memo awarding custody to GF that FD is a deadbeat dad and we know he owes $60,000 to GAL Meehan but I really do wonder if he will do anything to leave anything to his 5 children or will everything FD owns go to pay Atty. P. (who doesn't have a [REDACTED] case IMO)?

Its certainly possible but to me it doesn't show much awareness of how people in small communities going to private schools act. It also IMO shows zero awareness of the impact her choice to place her daughter in that school might have on her daughter.

Over and over it just seems like the MT daughter is treated as a toy to move around and nobody really cares what the children in class or on the playing fields will say to MT daughter. Children are so smart and you know that many will have heard their parents talk about it all as JF was well liked and respected by all accounts. I am struggling I understand placing a child into that particular school environment when there are other options available. I do wonder how much of this was driven by FD and how much by MT? Did MT even care about the choice and did she even think about her daughter and the impact?

I also very much wonder if the baby daddy was aware of the choices MT made and did he know that the daughter was in the school where the Dulos children had been and where JF was known and respected? I really do wonder at what point he woke up and might have started questioning MT fitness to parent as IMO these decisions look 'at best' to be questionable. Is the baby daddy fully aware of the seriousness of the charges that have been levelled against MT and what all was going on at 4Jx where his daughter lived for a good amt of time? I really do wonder as I would think many fathers would object to a child being put into that situation.

Could MT have been so insensitive so as to not be aware that the situation would impact her daughter? Was this why the daughter switched schools shortly thereafter?

I think its a pretty fair bet at this point to say that MT is by no means the brightest bulb, but to me this choice to place her daughter where the other children went to school and where JF was known and liked, speaks to selfishness, insensitivity and absence of caring about her daughter. No reason in the world for that daughter to be in that particular school given the available options in the area IMO.

I also really wonder about the family clan that surrounds MT and how they seemed to embrace the relationship with FD. Did they really think that putting a child into 4Jx was a good move for the child? Or, did they not really care?

Ok, first off my apologies for bringing this forward like ten pages. I’m starting where I left off yesterday before I went to work. WRT MT’s daughter, it’s well known to those in the area and those that are familiar with boarding schools that the school she currently goes to is very good for skiing. That particular school starts in the sixth grade, which is likely why she wasn’t at the school JF sent her kids to for more than a year because I’m fairly certain that she was in fifth grade in 2017. I am ABSOLUTELY not defending MT here but the reason that she may have sent her daughter to the R school is because it is well known for being a reputable feeder to top boarding schools in New England... like the one her daughter currently attends. The Hartford area isn’t exactly a hotbed for private K-8’s like Fairfield/Westchester are so that was likely one of the only options to increase the likelihood of getting her daughter into her school of choice in sixth grade.

ALSO, I’m not entirely sure whether this was brought up before, but did anyone notice that the R school is on Albany Ave?! He’s definitely familiar with that area...

Gave me pause. Can't help but wonder about the neighbors? It must seem rather odd living on a street with a suspected murderer (many of whom may have known the children and their mother), passing his house every time they enter, paying all that money for houses that look the same inside and built by said suspected murderer. Did each new buyer realize that the neighboring houses mirrored their own on the inside? That's a given in medium range track housing......but 3 million?
I thought his houses were breath taking. Open and bright and airy with dark wood floors. Until I realized they were all the same! Know someone who bought a house nearby. Older renovation. Warm, charming, unpredictable. Just spectacular. And way cheaper. Captured the real New England charm. Nothing better.

Thanks. It's been a while. Thought they were best known for their Equestrian program. Had no clue about skiing. Seems that has been popular for about 15 years now ?
The R school is in West Hartford on Avon Mountain. Main St. in Avon quietly turns into Albany Avenue. Still several miles from the infamous Albany Ave in the North End of Hartford. Avon, West Hartford, Farmington all seem to blend together, don't they?

LE, of course, requested the security footage. However, knowing what I've read about FD's temper and revenge fantasies...I suspect FD is not the friendliest of neighbors at this point. I'd want to move!

Oh my. Never considered the cameras. Just considered them walking or motoring in/out of the neighborhood as he seems to be the first house on the right.
Is it possible he has neighbors who know he is on camera on foot exiting the back of his house and wondering what LE is waiting for?

AA in Kenzie Lueck case Utah was a AirB landlord. Cameras all over....

I would not have thought so a few months ago, but now I feel that's entirely possible, particularly since - if she were not at least as guilty as FD - she would have given up info on him by now if for no other reason than to be able to be a parent to her daughter. Except, it seems LE saw him drive out of her driveway with her body in her vehicle.

But wait: was she in the car, as well?

Looking forward to AWs 3, 4, and 5, whenever they are ready and zipped up so tight an Argentinian roach can't crawl in. Waiting is worth it to know they're doing their best. (With IRS investigations, hopefully, as well.)
